As bad luck would have it, I spotted an AC leak on my ceiling on a Friday afternoon. I decided to call AdvantaClean to get some expert advice. When I spoke to Axzel, it was apparent he was very knowledge and understood the issue. He agreed to stop by the same day and evaluate the damage immediately. He identified the leak, setup a quick fix to not allow further damage, and even called an AC repairman who showed up the next day. The next morning he and his team were at my house mitigating the issue.The AdvantaClean team was professional, knowledgeable and timely (all things I value in a service company). I would HIGHLY recommend their services!

Exceeded my expectations! I had called several air duct cleaners in the area for quotes, AdvantaClean was the only one I found that was certified through the National Air Duct Cleaners Association and you could tell the difference up front. Axzel, the owner, was in no rush, took his time explaining the entire process and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He even showed me videos of their process on his phone. I live in a townhouse which is a little smaller than usual and he lowered the price without me even asking. I decided to go with them because they felt more professional than the other companies that quoted me cheaper prices.The process took 2 people, Axzel and a coworker showed up on time on Monday and they were incredibly thorough. The equipment they brought was immaculate and these guys worked incredibly hard. My air ducts hadnt been cleaned in over 7 years! Let me tell you, it took a lot of work and they showed me the before and after and it was impressive. Everyone else who quoted me for the job said they would spend about 2 hours working on everything. These guys easily spent over 4 hours! After everything they spent at least half an hour cleaning up and vacuuming after themselves and left everything impeccable.I can tell you the next day when I walked in the door I noticed a HUGE difference. The air quality was so much better. Its crazy how you can get used to something and not realize you need to get it fixed. Before the air was mustier and dustier, but now it feels like staying a nice hotel - I dont know if that describes it well, but the air feels crisp and clean.I would recommend these guys to anyone, like I said before, they exceeded my expectations. Axzels work ethic is what sold me upfront, and it followed through until the very end. These guys know what they are doing! And the price was comparable to other companies so this is a no brainer. They are certified, work incredibly hard, clean up after themselves and want to make you happy.

We used AdvantaClean for cleaning our air ducts/vents plus running air scrubbers for 24 hours after a house remodel. They were professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Eduardo and Axzel went above and beyond to take care of our newly finished eco friendly/zero VOC floors that required a longer curing time. We will use them again for air duct cleaning!

Axzel, the owner, and a team member came by a few weeks ago to clean our air ducts after we had a lot of construction work done at the house. They did a great job and showed me where there were some issues in our (very old) duct work that was costing us lots of $$ in leaking cold air. They took great care working around a newborns nap schedule and left the house very clean. Would definitely recommend them

Axzel did a moisture inspection all around the house, checked the AC, checked for leaks under every sink and condition of the air ducts in my rental property. Honest and professional, I feel much better that we dont have any moisture problems that could cause mold problems in the future... highly recommend these guys.

First of all, no one wants to run into a mold situation in their home, but the best thing you can ask is for the process to be as pain-free and smooth as possible and thats exactly what these guys did. My wife and I received various quotes from various mold remediation companies in Houston and we eventually settled on Advanta Clean. At the time Im posting this review, I realize they may not have as many reviews as some other companies here in Houston but I can confidently say that you will not regret choosing these guys. Eduardo was our mold remediator and throughout the entire process he was honest, communicative, and reliable. He and his crew showed up on time every day, did the work for a very reasonable price, and treated my home and this project as if it were his own. On top of all of this, they use a 100% botanical anti-microbial which is EPA approved - if you have kids, pets, or generally just care about your well-being, this is HUGE.The customer service Eduardo at Advanta Clean provided was on another level. BIG thank you to Eduardo and his team!!!

We had a leak under our sink and some discoloration immediately formed. Long story short, the discoloration under my sink is not a major emergency! Axzel called me and worked around my schedule so he could do a thorough (FREE) evaluation testing for any moisture all around the sink, and cabinets. He also had an opportunity to test under the dishwasher during the install! While he was here, he evaluated my duct work and dryer vent. Living in such a humid climate, I will definitely have them out to clean regularly. I highly recommend Axzel and his team.

We had some water come in our home from recent heavy rain storms and my wife was very concerned there could be some mold issues. She has been chronically ill for the last 4 years so we knew we had to have it handled by professionals. We spoke to Axzel and felt confident in his knowledge regarding the mold issues we face living in moist and humid Houston, especially post Hurricane Harvey. He went above and beyond to remediate the water damage and ensure there was no moisture or mold in our home once he was done. The franchise owner in Houston, Axzel, is incredibly kind, professional and diligent. We were extremely pleased with his assessment of the issue and the way he executed the protocol report.
