    10 Stars for AC TexasRobert was on time, gave my landlord his evaluation while here, had the part on his truck and repaired the 1st problem right away.The 2nd problem we encountered, Robert came again, was able to give landlord the evaluation, ordered part, explained a safe work around for us to use heater when needed, brought out ordered part and an assistant and fixed heater within an hour. We are very pleased with this company and hope our landlord will continue to use AC Texas for all their AC and Heater Maintenance needs. Knowledgeable, Reliable, Friendly.

    As far as AC Texas, they have serviced 2 of our homes and I trust them to provide us with great service.Our technician, Robert was awesome. On time and quickly addressed our concerns with our furnace/blower and installing new mini split in garage. He was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable about the products and options. He followed up and answered questions addressing alternative solutions and was very helpful. As someone who values high customer service work, I was very pleased with Robert!

    I was looking to establish a new relationship with a new HVAC service certified to work on Carrier units. I began my search on the Carrier website and found AC Texas. I’m very pleased with the prompt response to my request for service. Seth, the technician who was dispatched to our home, provided excellent information about how our HVAC system works and what the codes he was being given meant. Seth spent an ample amount of time diagnosing our situation, implementing an adjustment to our unit and then explaining our options. The pricing we discussed is within the range that I was anticipating. Right now, I feel confident to say that AC Texas will be our “go to” Cooling and Heating service moving forward. I recommend that you consider giving them a call for your HVAC concerns.

    ACTexas was referred to us by another homeowner. I now see why. After spending thousands of dollars with another AC company to repair our AC, that was simply chasing their tail at trying to fix the problem by having us spend thousands of dollars in new equipment and not able to make the system work, ACT notably Mickey, came in with tools, knowledge and common sense and had an action plan for us to make the corrections needed to make our investment to finally work. Mickeys team and follow-up made the process go quickly, neatly and efficiently. ACT is now our go to AC/Heating company from now on out. I am glad that we have found a company that we can trust and call on.

    Mickey from AC Texas is great. We had storm damage and our HVAC system was not responding to the thermostat. Mickey made recommendations to have an electrician come out and check for power to ensure his visit was as productive as it could be. We used AC Texas to do the install of our two HVAC units when the old ones died and they were priced fairly, communicated effectively, and did a great job. It was easy to call them back to come trouble shoot the system. Mickey came out and determined a furnace and thermostat needed to be replaced. Mickey sent the quote, I was able to get it to the insurance company and get the work approved. AC Texas was able to order parts and get the repair done in a few days. Thanks for the fantastic service!

    I Have done business with them for years. They came to perform service on my unit when it was having problems during the 2023 heat wave. When they determined that there was an equipment problem linked back to the manufacturer on a 5 year old unit they took care of everything at their own cost. They even went so far as to source and install (again at thier own cost) a temporary 5 ton condenser unit to keep my family and I cool while we waited on delivery of a new unit.

    Dispatcher was able to get me same day service when my air conditioning unit stopped working.     We recently had some problems with our AC and had several companies come and give us bids for a new system in our house they not only came in the lowest but they by far had the best service. From the guy who came out to bid the job to the front desk to the installers they were all great easy to deal with no headaches whatsoever. Installers were very professional guy who bid the job came out to check in make sure was going well and make sure all questions were answered. Great service would recommend to anybody looking for a new system even just servicing equipment. Will use again down the road!!!!

    Quality work and great service! The blower part took a few days to come in, but this is how it is these days. They also installed two UV lights to go over the condenser coils. I do recommend ACTexas.

    We have now used ACTexas twice, and both experiences have been 5-Star service. Our first experience was in August 2019 when our AC unit quit on us in the midst of a heat wave. Our home warranty provider would not be able to even service our unit for two weeks. Mickey and the team at ACTexas gave us our lowest quote of multiple providers, and were consistently in communication with us. They were able to install a new Trane air conditioning unit and furnace system within 48 hours of contacting them. The team was on time, courteous, and kept our home and yard clean throughout the install.Our recent service was to have an air purification/cleaner installed into our HVAC unit. Mickey was prompt in responding to our quote request, and forthcoming in the quality of the products they offered. ACTexas was again a much more affordable option to install the very same unit that the competition was offering. We were able to have our REME Halo LED system installed within a few days, with Mickey doing the work himself. Again he made quick work of the install, followed all COVID-19 protocols, and kept our home clean during the installation. The system has been a game changer for our home and our health.     Mitch and ACTexas were great. Had them come out for a full system replacement including a split-level zoning install for upstairs/downstairs. Mitch took a look at the existing system to understand what was in place and came up with a series of recommendations along with separate costing for each option. Pricing was very reasonable and the combination of that and the comfort I felt working with him made it an easy choice.The installation went smoothly - Mario and his team arrived promptly in the morning and went about the removal of the old system and ran the wiring required for the thermostats needed with the zoning change. Mitch showed up later in the day to oversee the progress and to deliver the new equipment for installation. He returned later on with the zoning equipment and handled its installation and the final testing and verification that everything was working smoothly.Cant say enough about the professionalism and quality of work - highly recommend.

    March 21, 2017. Look no longer for an HVAC company. Had a cooling problem with the A/C unit. Explained via email what my problem was in the morning and by 1230pm a company truck was in front of my house. Met Mitch at the front door with a friendly handshake.He proceeded to take off his work boots as he entered, I explained to him my warm air issue.Turning the A/C unit on Mitch knew exactly what was wrong. Within an hour and a half the unit was fixed and the house began to cool down.
