One of those rare businesses that make you want to immediately leave a 5 star review without them asking for it!Matt was very nice, accomodating, reasonable, and thorough beyond our expectations. I needed to find someone whod be willing to clean one small 4 sqft of carpet in a coat closet as required by our property manager. I called multiple places, and they all had minimum charges over $100. He was the only one who: 1) offered to do the carpet and combine it with another service (detail our car) so that it would make more sense for us to fork out the minimum charge and 2) fit us in the day before.I wish we had taken before and after pictures, but our 2010 previously owned by a construction guy with idk what this stain is car looks brand new. Instead of giving up and saying that the stain was too tough to clean with just steam, he went over the same spot at least 5 times and scrubbed hard until it all went away, even if it meant longer cleaning time beyond his original estimate.I appreciated his communication skills too- we got a confirmation email as soon as we agreed on a time, and he made sure to call when he was headed over.Absolutely worth a try. And if we ever need anything carpet related, hes our person!

Matt did a fantastic job making sure all of the stains were out of the carpet and the tile was clean. He kept me informed about the progress of the cleaning and explained any difficulties. Matt had the answers for all of my questions. The extremely stubborn and dirty grout would not clean properly, so he scrubbed the entire floor with a brush to make sure it was clean. He was also able to remove a green stain from our carpet that the last carpet cleaners assured us would not come out. I highly recommend Matt for any of your carpet or tile cleaning needs. He does rugs, too!

He did an amazing job to my upstairs carpet. His services was definitely needed because I was renting the house when I moved elsewhere temporarily and the residue & debris from the previous tenant (and four preteen/teenage boys) stained my good carpet!I mostly only situated myself in the main lower floor of my house since everything is updated, so I never ever ever go upstairs. But after Matt cleaned my 3 of the bedrooms AND the stairs that adds up to an estimate of 1000 sq ft. Matt cleaned carpets in our new home before we moved in (or were even in the state), and came back to clean some oriental rugs and upholstery after wed moved in. He did a great job, and was especially attentive to a large Persian rug that had not been cleaned for decades and required extra time on his part--all for a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Ace Carpet Cleaning! Matt is very professional and did a great job. We’re moving and needed to have our carpets cleaned. We had several stains from our pets and Matt was able to get them all up. The carpet looks great now!
