    OUR TECH NAMED JOHNNY IS A LIFE SAVER! I called a few AC companies and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to fix AC items that really didn’t need to be replaced at the moment. Johnny came to my home and represented his company in a super professional and prompt manner. He fixed the AC issue in less than 20 mins and might have saved my marriage. Thanks again Johnny!

    Johnny was a great technician. He showed up early and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He did not try to pressure us into making unnecessary purchases or repairs and the cost for what needed to be fixed was reasonably priced.     James was amazing! Personable and friendly. Plus the most knowledgeable A/C tech I have ever met. He was here within 45 minutes of my call and had the system up in no time. He even identified an over charge on the freon that the original installers got wrong. And they have checked the system 3 times now and never noticed. Makes me wonder... I originally called the installer, Houston Air Comfort and they said they couldnt make it out for 9 days.I am switching to ACTexas from here on out.

    ACTexas is an amazing company who has highly skilled technicians and provide quality service. They are reasonable and have excellent customer service. In my case, I had a home warranty with First American Home Warranty (iffy company) when my AC unit had the compressor go out. Even though the AC unit was still under warranty and even though I had a Home Warranty, both AC Companies who came to inspect my AC unit wanted to charge me $1,061 and $810 respectively. I did not trust either of these companies and chose to forgo using my Home Warranty and went with ACTexas. I am so glad I did bcz they repaired my AC unit super quick and addressed all my concerns. I would rather pay a little more and trust the company than give my money to unscrupulous companies. I also signed up for their maintenance plan and am glad I did. I highly recommend ACTexas.

    Mr Johnny came to the house checked out the AC In the (hot attic) He spent time explaining stuff to us and told us what we needed to hearI highly recommend Mr. JohnnyChecked out the AC he could have said that the A/C broken but he was honest and said that the AC unit was fine was working correctly It was a plumbing issue!!!!

    I must admit I am kind of concerned that Im having issues with the new unit already. They came out did some work and hopefully all is well. But on the flip, they always have an immediate response to any issues and try to take care of them as quickly as possible, and work with my schedule so Im not having to miss work to get things done.

    Mickey and his team were absolutely wonderful. Extremely professional, kind, and so helpful. My husband was at work while they came to replace our entire air conditioning unit and system, and Mickey was not only patient with me, he got on the phone with my husband to explain everything.     I have used AC Texas for years and they continue to be consistent, fair, and professional. When a unit stopped working and I called at 5:00 PM, i had a return call within 30 minutes. They are now offering evening calls!!!! James was at my door at 8:10 the same evening and the system was fixed and house cool in time for kids to go to bed comfortably. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

    Our downstairs AC went out. We called late in the evening and we were able to get an appointment the next day. Mickey came right on time. He fixed the problem quickly and explained what it was. He was very courteous and managed to get us fixed up in the pouring rain. We have always received great service!

    Great service. Guys arrived on time as scheduled. We had a somewhat interesting install situation. It was a remodel. Skyler and Nestor worked out solutions and stayed late to complete the job. Work area was cleaned and they went over equipment function before leaving. I definitely recommend ACTexas!

    I originally inquired about having a small AC unit installed to be dedicated to our Master Bedroom and Bath. After reviewing the problem, they recommended zoning as a more cost effective option. We had it installed about 2 weeks ago and the system has performed great. They were super responsive and professional. The installation crew took extra care to make sure they left everything super clean. I’d highly recommend these guys!

    These guys are great, we where in the market for a new AC system and called about a thousand companies. We spoke with Laci the office lady and she had a tech call me with in seconds of us hanging up. Mickey was awsome, he came out the same day and gave an exceptional break down of all of our operations. We did not end up replacing the system at this time.     I wanted to write this review because in my opinion great customer service equates to a lasting relationship.Several months ago I was in the market for an HVAC system when I randomly happened on AC Texas and spoke with Mickey.He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always willing to answer my questions.Not knowing much about the AC business; I have to say, every time I called he was never too busy to speak with me and if he couldn’t talk he always called me back in a timely manner. Also he made me feel as though all of my questions were important and deserved a thorough answer.After many painstaking weeks of doing research and weeding out several companies I narrowed it down to 2 companies one of which was AC Texas.Unfortunately, based solely on finances; I decided to go with the other company; that’s when I texted Mickey to let him know my decision and he was very kind and thanked me for letting him know and to top it off even after I decided to go with the other company I called him with another question and just like before; he was as kind and willing to help! That type of customer service is truly hard to run across.     We had an issue with our AC and called AC Texas for a second opinion. Mickey came out and took a look at our system and gave us a very detailed assessment of what was going on with our system. The previous company who will remain nameless, attempted to sale us a new unit with in 5 minutes of looking at the system. They didnt even give us any options on how to repair. We ended up going with a new system with AC Texas to say the least. We appreciated Mickeys patients with us and hlow he broke everything down to be sure we truly understood what we where buying as well as options to repair of we choose.
