Noah and his team are great people to work with. They are quick to respond and amazingly flexible especially during emergencies. They replaced my AC and when I experienced manufacturer issues they diligently worked to diagnose and quickly replace the parts also taking care of the warranty complexity. Noah personally also did an emergency replacement of my hot water heater when it began leaking. Most recently their Master Plumber Doug Peterson came out to replace my main water pressure regulator valve. I found him professional and very skilled. I strongly recommend AC Pros for professional honest prompt service.

Weve had AC Pros since June of 2023 and they have been nothing short of excellent in all regards. Their entire team (from technicians to office/scheduling staff) is top notch and exceed expectations in the area of white glove customer service. Weve had a few issues with our air conditioning/heating and they are always easy to get a hold of and very quick to come out. They are so accommodating and will make every attempt to squeeze you in same day. Lisa whom Ive dealt with in scheduling/office is the absolute sweetest most competent woman. Ryan who has come out to service our units most often is a stellar guy as well - super professional, personal, diligent in his work and always arrives on time. Two just all around solid human beings.In a day and age when white glove customer experience is often lacking, AC Pros continues to blow me away with how awesome they are. When things go wrong with such units, the last thing one wants to deal with is incompetence so if youre looking for an incredible experience through and through look no further. You will not be disappointed!

From the second you call AC Pros/Plumbing it’s always a positive experience. The first step to scheduling is the person on the other end of the phone and Lisa is friendly and professional. You always receive an update with the arrival time. No waiting around all day. Doug is a quick thinker and a great problem solver. He goes above and beyond to assure your plumbing problems are done right! I would 100% recommend this company for all your AC and plumbing needs.

I had my water heater yearly maintenance done this week. AC Pros offer maintenance packages and I feel good about my HVAC and Plumbing being in the best condition all the time. Doug was great! He helped us remove an old outdoor shower in the middle of a cold winter day. Would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and hvac needs. We also got our mini splits installed by them and they did a great job.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ryan (HVAC technician) and Doug (plumber) from AC Pros, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Both have been with the company for a long time, and it shows in their professionalism and expertise. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate.Ryan is fantastic when it comes to HVAC work, and Doug has been excellent for plumbing needs. However, I dropped a star because I feel that the cost for replacing the wax seal on my toilet—over $500—was on the high side. Moving forward, I’ll be getting bids to ensure competitiveness. I sincerely hope AC Pros remains in the running because I trust Ryan and Doug and would like to continue working with them.Thank you, Ryan and Doug, for your excellent service!

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

I cannot say enough about Mark and AC Pros. Mark has serviced my HVAC system several times. Personally, Mark is friendly, polite, respectful and a good communicator. Technically, he is thorough and knowledgeable. It is obvious through my interactions with him that he takes great pride in his work and feels a responsibility to the homeowner. I feel confident Mark and AC Pros will be there for me if I ever have an issue or just a question.

I live on well water, I called ACPros Air Conditioning and Plumbing. They scheduled Doug to come out and look at a toliet. He fixed that problem and suggested a new plunger. It works much. Yesterday, I had trouble with a pipe coming from the well into the pump house. Again they sent out Doug, I am very happy that Doug came again. He had to go get the part, came back and fixed the problem. He told me a little about the well process. I am glad they sent Doug out again he is very knowledgable about plumbing, he is kind, and polite.Doug even takes time answers question why this what needed to be fixed. He even poured 4 bags of salt into the softener. Thank you AC Pros. for employing people like Doug.

He was also able to quickly identify the problem and get my system functioning again. Since my system is very old and running on borrowed time, he also provided some valuable information about replacement options.

Mark was the most impressive AC tech who has ever come out to service our unit. He was professional, courteous, and highly informative. Mark gave our AC system a very thorough check and provided photographs of all current system reading so we will be able to see how the system changes over time. He has clearly been in the industry a long time as he was able to share both general and specific information on our 2 units (very new and VERY old) including telling us how to identify stress in each unit before it becomes a full blown problem. On top of all that, he replaced all the AC vents filters, a first for us and a clear benefit as we are too short to reach 2 of them without a ladder. ASK for MARK to be your technician, he is truly gold.

I contacted the company for a mini split in my garage, they came out very quickly and installed it for me and the overall experience was excellent. Firstly their workers were very professional, especially Mark their technician who took the time to show me how everything works the day after the installation. You have a customer for life.

Used them a couple of times now. This time I called really late and got a human! They scheduled me for the next day and boom, someone calls me, I get a text confirming, nice service.
