    Kyle and Jeremy were such a pleasure to work with! This is my second time having Kyle come to my home and my first time meeting Jeremy. The first time Kyle came to my home was to clean my carpet and this time Kyle and Jeremy came to clean my sectional couch and the area carpet beneath it. I could not be more pleased with the outcome as it has really rejuvenated my carpet and my sectional! I will be calling upon them again in the future for any cleaning services they offer that I need.     Absolute Carpet and Tile came to do our carpets and went above and beyond! From setting up the appointment, to having my carpets cleaned, every step was very professional and easy. My kids had gum, melted skittles, soda and Lord knows what else spilled and stuck to carpet.... and now they look brand new. I am so happy with the service and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

Kyle was my technician and his professionalism was evident from our first communication. He stretched my wrinkled carpets and cleaned them. He also cleaned the tile in my kitchen and bathrooms. Kyle was considerate about protecting my home as he worked and was knowledgeable about his trade. My floors look great, and I highly recommend this company!

    Absolute Carpet and Tile were wonderful to work with!! From the moment I reached out and spoke to Katie describing the needs of our Aikido dojo(Aikido of Austin), she was very understanding and booked an in-person estimate with Kyle and Jeremy. There was constant communication leading up to the estimate as well as follow-up afterward. It was great to learn that they are family business and even trained in martial arts before, making them sensitive to the needs of our members. The quote was reasonable, and their care and dedication was evident throughout the process. We use a stretched canvas mat that is about 780 square feet for our training surface. They were able to steam clean and handle the job with great results. Thank you again, and we highly recommend!

Very professional, excellent work and care was taken, I honestly didnt think the couch was going to clean up as well as it did, but it is amazing. Highly recommend them.     The results of Jeremy and his teams work were immediately apparent. Our carpets looked brighter & cleaner. They were even able to get some stubborn stains out. The stretching had eliminated all the imperfections, creating a smooth surface. Plus it was a super quick turn around from initial contact to completion.

    I hired Absolute Carpet and Tile to clean two rooms with carpet in my apartment, as a move out requirement. I called them on a Monday and they were at my apartment on Friday. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Hired them again to clean two bedrooms with carpet in my house and they were fast and efficient again! The two gentlemen that came were so nice and thorough. I wish I would have take before/after pics of the carpet in my house. Between 3 dogs and a toddler, the carpet definitely had seen better days before it got cleaned.     I had scheduled them to clean my tile floor. I got a rough estimate over the phone. They were going to give me a more accurate estimate when they came and measured. They came on time and measured. My tile floor exceeded 500 sq ft so I got 1 carpeted room cleaned free. They worked very quickly and answered all the questions I had even while they were working. The tile came out really nice and clean. The next time I need tile or carpet cleaned I will call them back. Friendly, polite and professional.

    Jeremy did a great job. He was really efficient, took about an hour and a half, and the carpet looks so much better. Hes also a really friendly guy who will take the time to explain to you what needs to happen and what you can realistically expect. The carpet doesnt look brand new again by any means, but it does look clean which in happy with considering its cheap carpet that has been through a lot.

    We normally just rent a machine and buy the chemicals and clean our carpets ourselves when its needed. We heard about Absolute Carpet & Tile from other peoples recommendations, and after checking their prices, they were just as much to use them rather than us clean the carpets ourselves, so we decided to give them a try. Jeremy showed up on time and did a terrific job. Way better than we could have done ourselves with a rented machine. Looks like I wont have to clean our carpets myself anymore.     I hired Jeremy to clean the carpet in our rental house. I really had resigned that we would have to replace the carpet, because we had tried steam cleaning ourselves a few times.     If you are looking for an extremely professional and fair priced carpet cleaning company this is it. My dog is newly sick with diabetes & has frequent accidents on the carpet. Needless to say my carpet smelled and looked horrible. I submitted a form for a quote at 10 PM Tuesday night and received a call back at 8 AM the very next morning, Katie & Jeremy (owners) were extremely nice, patient, knowledgeable, & accommodating, When Jeremy came out to look at my carpet he told me it wasnt as bad as I thought but he could help, and help it was he did. My carpet looks brand new & the odor is completely removed, My overall experience was great, and I will definitely use this company again and urge others to as well.
