    Tech arrived on time and had made diagnosis within 15 minutes. Seemed to be very knowledgeable and answered all questions I asked about the repair. He had all parts necessary to complete the repair and our A/C was back up and cooling within the hour. Highly recommend this company.

    I called to set up an appointment for someone to come by my house to check and see why a couple of my vents weren’t blowing out any air. I honestly wasn’t expecting someone to come out the same day I called. Jeremy came and assessed the situation, explained to me what they were going to have to do and gave me a quote on what the charges would be.I was very pleased with Absolute Air and Jeremy. I would recommend anyone to go with Absolute Air if they are having AC problems.

    ABSOLUTELY will use them again. Had a simple Constant torque motor go out on my air handler. Installed the new motor myself that I ordered and still nothing. Had one company come out (out of Forney) and said it would cost $6,000-$10,000 to get my air back on…. Called Absolute Air and they came out and told me the motor was bad. They worked with me and got my air on for a FRACTION of the other companies lower price. They were honest and very helpful. Very thankful for them.

    I was very impressed with the promptness of the response to my service call. The tech was here within a few hours and was very efficient at diagnosing and repairing the problem. I have used this compnay frequently and highly recommend them. They are very professional and thorough.

    I must share this: Late yesterday evening the condensation pipe coming from our HVAC system stopped-up causing water to run down to the floor into our master bedroom soaking our carpet. Daniel (serviceman) with Absolute Air came out and looked at the situation stating it’s a plumber issue and not an air conditioning issue. Instead of leaving, he applied back pressure with a device into the pipe which did break loose what was clogged in the trap? Daniel went up and beyond his duty as a serviceman and it’s most appreciated. Thank you “Absolute Air” and thank you “Daniel”!Jim W.

    Service tech came out within 2hrs of calling to diagnose the problem. He found an issue and turned it in for replacement. They had parts ready next day and 1st thing in morning came back and installed them.Supper happy with fast service in these 100 degree + days. Unit back working like a champ.You can count on these guys to get you going.

    The technician was very professional. He was polite enough to change out my filter. He provided me with a list of things he checked out. It was cool yesterday so when he had the air on I could tell it was working because it was cold. Absolute completes jobs in a timely manner.

    We had 2 other A/C companies come out & tell us we had no choice but to replace our whole system or replace a section which would be nearly as expensive. Thank goodness I called Absolute Air to get a 3rd opinion! Amber was super informative & understood our tight budget. She dispatched Thomas & he arrived within a few hours. Thomas did a full diagnostic, showed us our options & with full transparency fixed the system to help it last a bit longer. He informed us that we will need to replace it pretty soon but that this should allow us some time to gather the funds.If you are looking for a company that truly provides ALL the options & great service, Absolute Air is the best choice!     Mikey was excellent in fixing our heating issue. He arrived as scheduled talked us through the process of repair. He was very professional and advised us to go on maintenance plan which is a great value with our older unit. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs!!!!

    Absolute Air is an honest and professional company. They have taken care of my home and business AC systems for years. My home system stopped working , thermostat was receiving no power, and after checking the breakers, still no power, had to call for help. Absolute Air Technician, Thomas, was great. He’s very patient and knowledgable. It was not the power supply but another part had gone bad in the unit. I was very appreciative that he went the extra step to warn me about a secondary part that wasn’t performing as needed, and may go out soon. There was no high pressure sales though. He was willing to take the time to explain what was going on, so that I could understand, and make an informed decision. Thank you for continuing to take care of our AC systems.

    Ive been using Absolute Air for almost 20 years now. Jeremy was here this week for my annual spring service. Not only was he on-time, professional, and courteous, he really took his time to explain exactly what he did and why he did it. Ive found all the technicians to be really easy to work with. Speaking of ease - scheduling my appointments are a breeze. Amber is awesome to work with and not only does she follow up after an appointment, she books the next one at that time. Easy peasy!     This is a great company. They installed completely new heat pump and AC systems up and down in my house and just recently gave same-day service for a heater in my rental house during the freeze and right before Christmas, when a lot of people want to be off work. I trust them completely and both the owner and his workers are wonderful. We had a few glitches in the beginning with the new AC but they were able to troubleshoot every time and came right out to do that.

    When my family and I arrived at our lake house we discovered the air wasn’t working. I called Absolute Air, and they were able to come out that same day. It took Mike Stevens, the technician who helped us, less than 15 minutes to discover the problem - a nail from the new siding that was being installed had severed a tiny low voltage wire - and quickly completed the repair.Now for the above and beyond part of the story. Mike could have just done the bare minimum to fix the issue, but he volunteered that wire had been incorrectly located when originally installed so he relocated it as part of the repair for no extra charge.Thank you Absolute Air! You’ll definitely be my first call for any future heating and air needs.
