Living in Houston can be difficult when looking for a service professional, But today was my LUCKY DAY. I booked AAN Solutions for diagnosing and fixing my fireplace. From start to finish, Michael was a professional, Very detailed and informative. He took the time to explain the causes of the issue in how he was going to fix it. the whole process Less than 30 minutes and the fireplace was working again. I am very fortunate to meet Such a professional and would recommend him to anyone requiring that quality and high-level maintenance for their furnace and fireplace repair and cleaning

Couldn’t be more impressed with AAN Solutions and their exceptional service! The plumber they sent was not only highly skilled but also showed remarkable attention to detail. While working on the fireplace gas log lighter pipe I had hired him to repair, he noticed the faint smell of gas. Even though it wasn’t related to the job, he took the initiative to perform a soap test and discovered a small gas leak on the CenterPoint side of my gas meter. He immediately informed me and advised me to contact CenterPoint.This level of professionalism and genuine care for safety is hard to find. He could have easily ignored the issue and focused only on the job at hand, but instead, he went above and beyond. AAN Solutions has earned my trust and gratitude, and I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone needing fireplace repair and maintenance services. Outstanding work!

I had my chimney cleaned and subsequently had my fireplace converted from wood to gas. Both jobs were done very professionally, and on time. There was also some repair work done on the part of the chimney that sticks out of the roof after suffering damage due to Beryl. It looks as good as new now. I am very satisfied.

We had a leak coming from our chimney area and with rain in the forescast everyday in the coming week Michael came out on Labor day and took care of our leak. We HIGHLY recommend his service. He didnt just guess on the issue, he actually water tested the issue to find where the water was coming from. We will certainly be reaching out to him if we ever need any handyman or repair services in the future.

Michael was a joy to work with. He came out to clean our dryer vents and replace the vent cover as birds were trying to build a nest in our vent. Service was quick and reasonably priced. Michael left the area where the dryer is located cleaner than when he came and said that was part of the service. He would not let me sweep up any debris. I recommend using AAN-Solution for any services they can provide.

Michael came to clean my AC ducts after a remodel with carpet removal. He noticed mold, not black, but it was becoming a serious issue. He showed me pics and even let me look at it myself to confirm. 2 hours later it was clear! I was very happy to work with him and his partner. Michael was diligent and professional. Ask for him.😊. BTW, I did not select good value because I don’t know what a reasonable price is. I paid $50 per duct for mold cleaning. You decide that.

Michael was very thorough and did not try to oversell me. I caller AAN due to smoke damage in my house. I was worried about odor. Michael was honest with me that he couldnt smell odor anymore and therefore I didnt need the added expense of sanitation. He cleaned the ducts and showed me the ones he would do. He only did the ones that were dirty. I also had a dryer vent problem that he fixed in 2 minutes with no charge. Another contractor was going to charge me $1300 for all this other work that Michael assured me was not needed.Very trustworthy and professional company!
