What an outstanding company! I hired 911 Dryer Vent Cleaning when I bought my home, because the roof inspector said the dryer vent on the roof was full of lint. Apparently, the prior owner had a lot of cats, and the dryer vent was full of lint and cat hair. Lee from 911 Dryer Vent Cleaning took care of the problem for me. He came back again this year, and found minimal lint. Next year, he will replace the smoke alarms after he cleans the vent. Our dryer was overheating; after the appliance inspection was completed we were told the dryer was fine but there was significant lint buildup in the air duct preventing the hot dryer air was exiting the dryer.They had full schedule of service jobs already booked, but they found time in their schedule to fit us in. Lee just finished. After three years, just two of us, and we got a flow warning from the dryer. Our vent snakes through walls and finally exits on a very steep section of roof above an inaccessible portion of attic. Worst case. Lee couldnt get to the exit vent on the roof but managed to rig a way to get to it with a length of aluminum tubing and his cleaning rods and brushes. Nice problem solving.What he got out of that nearly blocked roof outlet was unbelievable. Two large pieces 6-8 inches and compressed to a consistency of a heavy cardboard box. Otherwise he brushed and vacuumed an embarrassing quantity of lint bunnies from the dryer end of the tunnel. At this point, I am very happy with Lees work but again disappointed that M/I Homes would build a house with a vent disaster waiting to happen.For my money this is a home run for 911 Dryer Vent Cleaning (and strike two for M/I Homes!) Got a two year old house with the dryer vent on the roof? Quick...call Lee!Update February 2025. Dust and lint never stop--but clothes dryers do when their exhaust is blocked. Lee was just here. In less than 30 minutes, he vacuumed the duct, cleared out the roof vent, vacuumed under the dryer, and replaced the duct from the dryer to the wall. Fast, friendly service, and they take Zelle. Im now on their reminder list for a year.Still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...maybe even more than before!

We contacted 911 Dryer Vent Cleaning online, after numerous recommendations from others in our neighborhood. We are the 3rd owners of our home and have no idea if the vent had ever been cleaned in the years prior.We scheduled a Saturday afternoon appointment, and Lee Wells contacted us to say he would be able to arrive earlier! He arrived on time (at the earlier time) and we showed him our laundry and attic spaces. He noted we had a booster fan, since our laundry is in the middle of our home. He advised he would need to clean our vent in 2 sections. Lee had to crawl all over one of our furnace units in the attic to access the dryer vent to clean the upper section. He moved our dryer, and also proceeded to clean the lower section.He had all the necessary tools for the job, including a very large, powerful industrial vacuum. It took a couple of hours, but our vent was sparkling at the end.Highly recommend Lee Wells & 911 Dryer Vent Cleaning.

Mr Wells explained the procedure he was about to preform of cleaning our dryer vent inside the house and then cleaning the outside as well making sure that the passage way was clear. I highly recommend 911 Dryer Vent Cleaning. I called yesterday morning to request service. Lee, the owner/ex Firefighter who knows exactly what he is doing did not have an opening until Monday. I explained to him that we were afraid of a clog and catching our home on fire. Our washer broke the day before Thanksgiving and we bought a new (not cheap) set. Lee provided photos (before/after) and most importantly recommended me to do a load of wash/dry immediately.I did and discovered that we were sold old floor models from a local big box store.The return window had passed (only 24 hours) but with photos from Lee and additional ones we took after one small load we were able to get a full refund including all accessories.I highly recommend 911 Dryer Vent Cleaning.
