I have been using Reliable air 360 for the past 4 years. I have a 4 unit building in Killeen, and they have been servicing all 4 units. They have worked with us to get and keep everything running. They are polite and I have never had a complaint from any tenant about the company. The prices are very reasonable and they work around all the schedules they need to. I highly recommend them.

If you want an HONEST and FAIR company that will do a great job, don’t look any further and call them!Honestly, we just googled “air duct cleaning” and we looked at the reviews of a few. This company had the highest rating but didn’t have as many reviews as others. We gave 360 a shot and we are so glad we did! They were able to help us the next day, arrived a bit early (as requested), were very respectful, and did a thorough job cleaning our ducts. I appreciated how they were meticulous about trying to keep my house clean even while doing the job. Definitely recommend and would 100% work with again.

Taurean is extremely professional and solved our heating issue in a manner of seconds. He quickly replaced the incorrect thermostat with a correct one and got the heat working again. He explained what the issue was then explained how to operate the new thermostat and even entertained some gee-whiz questions I had as well. He’s great at his job and loves what he does. Highly recommend him.

Taurean is extremely skilled at what he does. We had three other companies come out to address our AC problem and he was the first to identify the underlying issue for the lack of air distribution upstairs. We initially contacted him for duct cleaning, thinking that a blockage might be the source of our problem since the other companies hadnt found any other causes. After listening to our issue, he informed us that it wasnt likely the problem and came to our home the same day to diagnose our system. He recommended minor changes to our ductwork, that yielded major results in cooling our home. Best of all it only took three days from initial phonecall to frosty upstairs bedrooms. Great work and great pricing!

My AC went out in a Friday and I called in on Saturday and didn’t get charged like most companies in when they have to come out on the weekend. The issue wasn’t what I reported to him but he checked that also to be sure and I will definitely be using them again in the future for my heating and cooling issues.

2 individuals came out to my home today to service my a/c. I do not recall their names, however, they were super professional and knowledgeable in their field. They are the 4th company who we have had out since our AC has been messing up. Other contractors have spent about 15 to 20 minutes tops during their service calls. These men were here about an hour and actually performed a service call with trouble shooting. I was hesitant at first using them because they were not one of the big names in the area. By far an amazing experience with this company. He was honest and not just trying to get money out of me. Definitely recommend this company.

Explaining each and every step of the inspection, he was able to trouble shoot, isolate, and replace a capacitor returning my Air Conditioner to fully operational. Quick and reliable for sure. AC went out over night and its summer time. Gave a few folks a call. Lots of answering machines and maybe tomorrow is what I got. The ower, Taurean picked up and was honest about when he was able to come take a look. Luckily it was going to be same day. Gave what little knowledge I knew about HVAC and what the problem might be. He listened and said hed check it out. Came same day and was quick and diligent about it. To hurt my pride, the issue wasnt what I thought it was. But nonetheless it got fix and I had cold air in less than an hour. Will definitely use their services again.
