It was the first time that I was in charge of requesting the installation of a mini-split, and when calling different places I had to call Climas Kronos and Mr. answered. Ricardo, since he explained to me the process he would carry out and told me about the brands he handles of climates and told me the differences and which ones are better, he gave me complete confidence in choosing him for said installation, the process was very fast and he was always the Mr. Ricardo was on top of everything by message or call, the installation took a little longer since I had to change my meter to 220 and well, you already know the CFE, but the moment they made the change of meter and everything, that same day the Mr. Ricardo sent the technician to finish the pending connections so that the mini-split would work, he billed me for everything and his service was always excellent, attentive and friendly at all times, as was the staff who came to my establishment.If you are looking for installation or simply selling climates here on CD.
