I had a new system installed yesterday by Wrights. I have used this company for many years and have never been disappointed. This team of professionals worked long and hard to remove the old system and install the new unit in a hot dusty attic. They cleaned up and removed all the old parts with out leaving a trace behind. Cedric and his helper were friendly and professional and got extra help as day wore on. They were all insistent that the job would be completed in one day. I wasnt comfortable with attempting to operate the new, high tech, computerized thermostat. Cedric set all of the settings to automatic for me and that has been worry free. Delightfully cool in every room. It was quiet and peaceful going to sleep without the old window unit noise. I highly recommend this company and I appreciate the excellent customer service I received from all the employees starting with the receptionist, the owner who prepared the estimate and the 3 fellas that did the install. Top notch.

This company is exceptional in its service. Brent and his team, in my opinion, are the best at what they do. They deserve the five stars. However the Mitsubishi mini split units that were installed in our house are less than stellar in their performance. Two of the three indoor units have malfunctioned multiple times, so the savings in energy costs are offset by constant labor charges, even though there is a warranty on parts. I cannot recommend these units after the problems weve had with them over the past few years. There are other options available and Wrights can offer them. Mitsubishi is no longer your best option. Explore the alternatives.

They arrived on time, they accurately analyzed the problem and made a competent repair. And then billed us fairly. This occurred 2x because we have 4 separate Carrier heatpumps in 3 separate buildings. We were left in awe after having been looking for such Craftsmen for several years since our original AC man retired. We are completely sold on this company.

Right in the middle of cold weather our heater went out. Wrights showed up within the hour of our frantic call (which we told them I think its time to replace the whole unit). They solved the NO HEAT issue by replacing 2 parts and we were up and running. If you want an dependable and honest company then give Wrights a call. You wont be disappointed.

Mr. Vance Wright personally took care of the Fall Service Tune-up in our Wimberley, Tx rental. First he coordinated with our tenant and let me know his appt. date & time. Mr. Wright found such a dirty filter he went and purchased a new filter (after looking for extras in the attic)....removed the metal grate (from the living room ceiling) and washed it off with the water hose - thank you Mr. Wright for good, old fashion Wimberley Service!
