Alfonso is the person to call with any A/C issues!!! He is very knowledgeable in this field and can properly diagnosis with his superb experience. Our A/C went out and he was able to help us out promptly. He was able to schedule the part replacement way sooner than what other contractors had quoted us for. I would definitely use him for all of our future A/C issues. Thanks Alfonso for showing care and support for your customers!!!!!

I called Alfonso as my upstairs unit was blowing warm air. He came out the next morning and Diagnosed my unit within a few minutes of arrival. Ordered parts and scheduled repairs and had me up in running within days. Hes a good guy and has a good crew. He will have my business as long as he wants it.

I called Alfonso about 4:30 on labor day and about 5pm he showed up to fix my AC, he found the problem and had the parts on his truck to get or AC back working in about 1 hour. He is very professional and resizable price. I would recommended him to to anyone to fix any AC problem. If I have another problem with my AC, he will be the only person I will call.He could of charge me a outrages but price for being a holiday and being 105 outside and 85 inside but he didnt.If you have any AC problem be sure to him first.

Both of our AC’s went out at the same time, and I had an upcoming surgery so getting it fixed ASAP was a MUST. We had another company come out to repair both of our AC’s they told us that we would have to completely replace both, we then called Alfonso at Universal Service Tech, and he came out same day and was able to fix it and get it up and running again! He was extremely professional and honest, and was able to do what others could not! We highly recommend Alfonso and his company if you want someone to give you honest feedback on your systems and the job done quickly and professionally!

I had a issue with one of my A/C units called UST for repair, Alfonso was prompt showing to appointment on time and very professional, he did a great job finding the issue with my A/C unit, gave a very reasonable quote to replace the parts and had my A/C running in no time. With UST you get a complete and honest service. Alfonso is not out to sell you something you do not really need. He comes on time, identifies the problem and fixes it as speedy as possible. Over the last two years we had a couple of minor problems which were all taken care of before they turned into major ones.If you want a similar experience, by all means callUST, you cannot be in better hands.
