Ultra Air was terrific the techs Ben & Gerrado were professional & friendly. They came out to flush the lines found and additional issue gave me an quote which was more than fair to repair the issue. Elite restoration initially came out and quoted $170 more than ultra & also charged $350 to remove a 3 inch pcv valve insert which took him m5 minutes to complete. Absolutely outrageous shame on you Elite Restoration. I also have Ultra come out earlier this summer when may AC line was freezing up at the unit on side of the house. The technician came out told me there was an internal leak. I informed at this time I had extended warranty that may cover the repairs. The technician put everything back together and told me if you need us call us again. he called his boss told him what was going on he did not even charge me for trip charge or diagnosing the potential issue. WOW!! That is customer service above & beyond. Thank you for your integrity Ultra Air because either you have or you do not. Keep up the good work Thanks Adrian

Marshall was great, with good advice and responsive during the whole process - I give him five stars for being professional and putting customer service first. My experience dealing with the people in the office was quite different, and thats why I give the company four stars. The finished project was completed to my satisfaction thanks to Marshalls oversight. Ask for Marshall if you are going to use this company. His knowledge and experience were outstanding.

My wife has issues with allergies and eye irritation and after calling Ultra they found that my air ducts was filthy by showing me videos from the vent. It was disgusting! After they were in my house for 3 hours cleaning the vents and sanitizing the duct and put UV light in my unit, a miracle happened. No more allergies and no more irritation. The air in my house changed completely. Thank you Ultra Air I will recommend to all my friends and family.

You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle problems. My Aunts attic flooded after a $4,200 install due to some straps that were left too loose. Luckily we caught it quickly and were able to minimize the damage to $120 of sheetrock repair. Tom, the manager, sent a techs over to resolve the issue and offered us 50% off future service and 15% off parts for any family member. I plan to take him up on it.
