My mother and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Marshall today . Oh man! When I say he is amazing , believe me! He really took the time out and explained everything and walked us through the process , making everything smooth. Very personal and polite but also honest and straightforward! He came in and showed us some underlining issues, we were unaware about. He listened and took every concern my mother voiced in consideration and ensured things were taken care of within our budget. Really a blessing having him service the units today. Were already breathing better ! We had a bit of a rocky start initially between a schedule conflict but after meeting Marshall today, we can truly recommend the company. Completely in awe with the service provided to us today. Weve had a range of service technicians during our remodeling process and Marshall is the best of the best. Thank you guys!

I never take the time to leave comments, but Marshall did such a great job that it would be wrong if I didnt commend him for his professionalism. He took the time to explain everything in detail and Ive been told that we got a great price on the work that we had done. He didnt try to sell us a whole unit like the previous guy did. He gave it to us straight and Im grateful to have been lucky enough to have had him come out and help us through the process. Would definitely recommend asking for him.

We have had a great experience with UltraAir this summer of 2017. First, found this service in a coupon for free duct cleaning. Technician conducted tests and found several issues with our A/C systems both upstairs and downstairs. Recommended replacing one or both systems for best value over the years. Marshall was the person who reached out and extensively described the entire process of replacing both A/C systems and the furnace. Marshall was very helpful and sincere in helping us get the best price for our budget.

Tom was very honest & thorough. I initially had them come for dryer vent & air duct cleaning, but asked to check the a/c units. Thank god I did because the evaporator coil needed to be cleaned. I notice the difference with the air quality after they left. Amazing, thank you. It was worth every penny!

We were very pleased with everyone of the crew members you sent to install the new Goodman air conditioning system. Marshall was very knowledgeable in checking out our existing 15 year old system. After we saw the pictures of the old system he explained our choices and what we could expect from a new Goodman system if we decided to have a new one installed.I want to thank your company for the great employees we have been involved with. Looking forward to cleaner and cooler air!

Josh came out and was polite and on time. He explained several options to fixing my current issue of un even airflow in my house. We went with a new system that has great zoning. Now we can cool every area of our house evenly. Thank you Josh for your knowledge and Ultra Air for a great installation crew. All around honest and great company.

Hands down EXCELLENT service - They were able to come out quick to look at possible repairs, but we opted for an entire new unit because their prices are so competitive and come with quite a few perks! I am so glad we found Ulta Air - we will be using them in the future and I will 100% recommend them to friends and family! A+++++ Service and customer service - there is always someone there to take your phone call! A special thank you to Marshall who made doing business so easy and his fair and honest opinion. I also cannot thank Miranda enough in the office for doing everything in her power to make sure that things ran smoothly.

Ultra air came out and clean my blower, cleaned rust off my coils, they cleaned my air ducks, they checked my AC unit for Freon, and they help me deal with some mold issues. Ben was our service technician he was great. He was very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend

TOM N. SAVED THE DAY!! Our A.C. Compressor froze up, last week, so we did the normal thing: turned it off, let it thaw, and turned it back on. Seemed to work fine! Well, it froze up again, yesterday, and even after thawing out, we just couldnt get it to cool effectively anymore. Called a provider we used in the past. They came out, but the experience with them was unsatisfying. They did, at least, diagnose the problem: our coil has a Freon leak. We are already about 3.5 lbs light (and this stuff goes for around $100/lb., until they raise the rates again, in September, and phase it out completely next year). They also quoted us a pretty ridiculous price to replace the coil and condenser unit. Being that we were pretty unsatisfied with his service and pricing, we decided to dig through our recent ValPak, and THANK GOD we found Ultra Air in there! Tom N. came out AFTER HOURS to help us out (and waited for us to get home from dinner, without a single complaint or indication of any impatience). Tom proceeded to not just diagnose the problem, but also show us and explain to us exactly what he was looking for (super helpful). He also sat us down and explained all our options to us, for about another half hour, and gave us the most thorough and honest advice weve EVER gotten from a home service provider. The first guy really wanted us to just replace our whole system, at a premium, but Tom explained that our furnace is (thankfully) okay, and that just the coil and condenser should be replaced, to get us up to the new refrigerant standard--exactly what we really NEED to do. Not to mention, Ultra Air had the best quote we could find, Tom is a super friendly, great guy, AND they have a discount for Veterans! They saved us around $1,800!! All in all, Tom and Ultra Air are the most honest, helpful, friendly AND AFFORDABLE HVAC service providers we could find, and we did our homework. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ULTRA AIR!!!

We initially had a hiccup with UltraAir for our appt but they were apologetic and Miranda called immediately to try and get the issue fixed and we had someone come out that same day. Tom was great and got our vents cleaned quickly- he was knowledgeable and very nice. We would use them again specifically because they are one of the few companies still around that know what Customer Service means.

This company was amazing! 5 stars all the way. I called because my allergies were acting up and I spoke a lovely woman, Jeanette. She answered all my questions professionally and directed me as to what service to get. My air ducts needed cleaning and they were very thorough and took their time. They even did some extra work for me and gave me great recommendations to maintain my AC and allergy health! Thanks!

I just had Ultara Air come out to clean the ducts because the last two inspections Ive had from Berkeys recommended duct cleaning. Well to the tune of $850.00. I couldnt afford the 850 so searched for the duct cleaning at an affordable price. Ultra Air had a coupon for $99.00. Tom, an Ultra Air tech came out, did the inspection and told me I DIDNT need anything. All was clear. The picture Berkeys showed me was of the return air which this tech said is always going to have some dust. Checked out the dryer vent and said I didnt need anything. NO CHARGE. Ultra Air you have a new customer. I would recommend your services to everyone. Thank you for your service and honesty. Could easily done the cleaning., charged me, and I wouldnt have known the difference.

I called for urgent service, had my in-laws coming from out of town and my mother in law having really bad allergies so I had to have detailed clean for my air ducts and take cate of the filter as well.Thanks to Tom I received a first class service!(Which Im sure everyone gets lol)I paid responsible amount and was very happy worn the service, definitely will call them again

Jeremie used the optical fiber mirror to look into the duct first and found rusty with mold area. He fixed and cleaned the mold to solve the stingy problem from the vent for five years. He did great job with his knowledge and profession for me.
