Tyrone was amazing. He went above and beyond helping me work with my home warranty company and in assisting with temporary AC solutions while we waited for approvals to come through. When all was said and done, he gave me a fair price and did an excellent install of a new AC system. Super respectful and quick to respond. I had blown a fuse while installing a Nest thermostat. I knew what the problem was but could not locate the fuse. He was gracious enough to attempt to walk me through it over the phone, but I was looking at the wrong panel (found out after he came) and thought it as possible a blown transformer. He came and repaired it within a half hour, I probably got lucky he wasn’t out on another call, and quickly went located the problem fuse. Reasonable price for a simple mistake on my part.

These guys have been the most honest and punctual A/C repair service that I have used. I have had a few times where my A/C was out and I needed to get help ASAP because I have dogs that cannot handle the heat and Ty was able to come out within a couple of hours to help me out.On top of the speedy assistance, they are very fair with prices, do a great job and are very friendly.Also got to a new Nest system installed which has made my life a lot easier because I can check on my home temp from my phone when I’m away from my house and dogs. I think it took Ty 20 minutes to install.If you live in TX, you’re going to need an AC guy at some point…. This is your guy.Thanks Ty.

Heat went out on Tuesday, apartment maintenance team arrived same day, diagnosed and took broken part out. Told us theyd order and we would have heat by Friday. They never ordered the part for Tyrone. Tyrone arrived on a Friday afternoon and had our heat fixed within 24 hours, on a weekend, with having to order a part he wasnt obligated to order. Hire this man! You wont be disappointed.

At a time when our country is faced with unprecedented challenges, it warms the heart to learn of a company that exhibits the highest levels of customer satisfaction, world class service and are experts at what they do. That is what I found in Tyrone Air Conditioning & Heating.I live in an apartment complex. The Tyrone Air Conditioning & Heating firm was commissioned to replace the central air conditioning unit that services my apartment. This assignment was not your roll-over do in one’s sleep kind of air conditioning replacement. The Trane unit they installed was located at ground level. I live on the top level of the building (no elevator.) The internal duct work that had to be removed and copper pipes that needed to be cut, soldered and reassembled, were located in the ceiling above the master bath. Space was, to say the least, extremely tight.Tyrone and his partner worked non-stop from 10 am till 6:30 pm. The two never took a break, and never had a single complaint or negative word to offer. They got the job done and left the area spotless upon finishing the task at hand. The old unit and parts were removed for proper disposal upon completion. And above all else, Tyrone and his partner were a real pleasure with whom to work and exhibited outstanding attitudes. Tyrone AC and Heating is the kind of small entrepreneurial business that makes America great. Fantastic job, Gentlemen!

The unit was leaking into my neighbors apartment on the first floor. He was able to clear the drain line within twenty minutes. I cannot say that I have actually used Tyrone for AC, however I wanted to share the encounter that I had with him. Tonight I was heading home from dinner and stopped for gas. When I went to start my car again a very loud noise rattled my car. Tyrone was at his van at the pump in front of mine. The sound was loud enough that he heard, turned to me and immediately asked if I was OK. I turned my car off and restarted it only to hear the very unsettling rattle sound again. Panicked I hopped out and he said “OK let’s pop that hood”. It was immediate action. No sooner after I popped my hood did he see that the hood strut had fallen into my fan. He quickly grabbed a zip tie in fixed the entire problem. Life is fast paced but sometimes things like this can really slow you down. But no sooner than five minutes after I had a problem did this man completely help me fix it. Kindness and a smile that I know came from a very true place. I was so grateful to him tonight.
