I Definitely Highly Recommend and Sincerely Appreciate Mr. Thomas For His Swift Response, Professionalism and Care and Concerns, As He Turned A Very Chaotic Time For Us Around On A Scary Saturday Morning. We Found Out Late Friday Evening Our Refrigerator Was Not Cooling and With Groceries Showing Signs of Thawing Began A Search On An Emergency Basis. Mr. Thomas Returned My Early Morning Call and Responded Most Urgently To Our Needs. He Had Us Back Up and Running In Under An Hour. Seeing How Knowledgeable, Honest and Professional He was Prompted Us to Also Inquire About Other Projects We Needed To Tackle Such As The Blaring Red Front Eyes On My Stove and The Ice Maker In Which He Quickly Assessed and Fixed Them Too! My AC unit is old and quit in mid July. I feared it would have to be replaced and didnt know how Id afford it. My friend recommended Mr Thomas and he proved to be the biggest blessing of the summer.He arrived on time and set to work at once. A short time later I heard the unit kick on. It turned out to be a relatively minor repair, not nearly as expensive as Id feared.He showed me how badly my system needed a good cleaning and stayed to do that for me too. I slept better that night than I had in weeks.Mr Thomas was courteous, professional, fast, and honest. I highly recommend him. -

Mr. Thomas was very professional and made sure that he found the rim and was very comfortable in his position as right part for my LG fridge. He repaired the water filter mechanism so that I would not have trouble with it again. He let me know when the part was ordered a when he was on his way to service it. He was very nice and friendly. He was very professional, punctual, respectful, and friendly. I have had trouble finding reliable repair people. Now I know Derrek can handle all those appliance repairs. Derrick did a great job diagnosing and repairing the problem with our refrigerator and ice maker. While he was here, he also suggested to have our clothes dryer exhaust vent cleaned at least annually as a safety issue since many fires at home are caused by lint buildup in the dryer. He also was considerate by wearing an N95 mask while he was in our home to guard against spreading COVID. I highly recommend him if you need an appliance repaired. -
