Excellent! We’ve had heating and A/C problems for several years and had 2 other company’s conduct repairs that never really fixed the problem. When it went out a 3rd time, we called That A/C Guy based on other reviews. Kevin came out the same day and figured out root cause of our problem…not just a bandaid on the symptoms. He quoted the repair on-site and gave us honest input about what to expect from the system we had. We asked about the cost of a new system and decided that would be better. They offered financing too, which helped. 2 days later we had new system installed and cranking out cold air. The installers were just as professional as Kevin. We couldn’t be happier with the service or the product (bought an Oxbox).

He was my second choice but should have been my first! He was awesome at communicating and I’m sure with this heat this field of work stays busy this time of the year. He communicated so well and so efficient! I really appreciate someone who can communicate and be transparent. Was able to fix us up and have our ac back to running in no time! Thank you! Kevin actually detached and prepped my mother in-laws unit to be moved from her mobile home park and then reattached it on her new lot. This guy is a life saver! Came at last minute and was very quick to get our AC fixed. But I’m writing this review because the guy was also very informative and super nice. He answered all my questions and then some. Definitely will use again….but hopefully not soon.

Kevin is wonderful!! Finished another call earlier than he expected in my area, so came by to check my unit as it was really struggling to cool the house in the afternoons with 105 degrees outside. He checked everything and only found that I needed to change my air filter which fixed the issue🤦🏻‍♀️. He wouldn’t take his usual service fee since it was just my filter. Very honest and trustworthy. Will definitely use him for future needs!

I highly recommend him!! I have a mobile home so most places dont even work on mobile home. Even though he normally dont he was close by and said hell look at it and let me kno. I had a bad compressor. He had the part and fixed it for me. If it wasnt for him I would still be looking for someone to come and fix it. Also his prices are good!!

Kevin came out at 3 pm on a 102 degree afternoon and braved “the attic” to get our AC running. We have small children and needed to get the unit running. He was upfront and honest about the fact we need a new system. He didn’t try “selling it” he just simply discussed return on investment and why the pro out weight the con (money). I would recommend Kevin any day of the week!!

WOW! We are selling our house and had the inspection report come back with a few repairs and a Spring service on our AC system. We were under a time crunch and called Kevin at That AC Guy. He understood and worked us in to his busy schedule to help us meet our deadline. We are so thankful for how understanding and professional Kevin was throughout the whole process. We are also thankful to have found an honest and reasonable AC guy for our next house.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Kevin was here within an hour after I called! He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and very reasonably priced. He could have tried to convince me I needed to replace any one of several items but instead he removed and cleaned a part and only charged me for a service call. VERY HONEST! I will never use anyone else.

Excellent service and explanations of issues addressed. Had a company start a project for new construction commercial and found out the hard way that they were terrible. Contacted Kevin at That AC Guy to take a look and have been very pleased and happy to use That AC Guys service. You wont go wrong calling That AC Guy, does it right the first time (which in my case would have been very nice!)

I had an A/C unit fail and That AC Guy was there ASAP! Kevin provided a selection of replacement models, was a no pressure salesman but provided the pros and cons of the different units. He was able to get a discount by replacing both our units, which were 15 yrs old, originally installed with the house. His team replaced both units in one day and made sure everything was working, clean and perfectly in order. This is the team you want working on your AC issues!

I was in trouble! My air conditioning just stopped working! No place in town had time to help me , I finally called Kevin from That a/c guy . And he was ( Im assuming) on his last repair or appointment of the day ,but he said he would come help me!( In Texas if the a/ c breaks I go elsewhere!) So I was sooooo blessed that he agreed to help me, and then he had to rush to the closing parts store to get the part I needed!! Not many people would have done what he did. He missed an event over fixing my a/c! Well I just wanted to let everyone know how professional and caring he is!! Thank you Jesus and Kevin!

Got home to a hot house called That AC Guy at 4:45 and by 5:30 he was leaving and had fixed everything. We asked him to fix something that didn’t really need fixing at the time and his honestly saved us about $200. He will definitely be our go to AC guy from here on out and would highly recommend!
