    Bryan with this company was one of the BEST! He knew exactly what he was talking about! Another company came to fix my heating system twice each time blown fuses and NEVER rectified the problem . Texas AC services got my heat restored just IN TIME before this ice storm hit! Dont look any further, this company is the Best choice . Bryan got to the ROOT of the problem while the other guys put bandaids on the problem and could have left my family in COLD ice storm temps. You want GOOD SERVICE. Choose this company.     Home Air Care came to our house to assess and repair our ac system. They were very prompt and efficient. I had other companies come out and they wanted to only sell me a new complete system. Home air found one of my main ducts in the attic was crimped and causing air flow blockage. Rather than me spending thousand of dollars On a new system it was repaired for a service fee! It’s great to find honest service providers. Would absolutely recommend Home Air Care for any HVAC needs!

    I contacted them when I was in a jam. It was on a weekend that I had family coming in from out of state. They sent someone out after hours and had my equipment up and running comfortably very quickly. One of the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable companies I have dealt with...especially after hours. I, and my family were taken care of, well...as if we were one of their family members. I highly recommend them for any and all your ac/heating needs.

    I was in emergency mode regarding my air conditioner. Someone else had put my unit in and did major mistakes just about everywhere u looked. Bryan came on short notice to look at the problems (elderly parents home) Gave me all the information on what was done incorrectly. He was super focused, professional, and knows his trade! I wish so much I knew about him before and used him instead! This is what everyone is hoping and looking for.

    Home Air Care...WOW!!I called Home Air Care to have one of my inside units cleaned so my home warranty company would complete a repair. Home Air Care was here in less than 20 minutes. Brian was very nice and gave me an honest assessment on my unit. He even found a burnt wire that my home warranty company technician had missed! He cleaned the blower, replaced the burnt wire, and adjusted the fan speed on both of my units for what I consider to be a very fair price.If I need work done on my HVAC units that my home warranty wont cover, my first call will be Home Air Care!

    Had a furnace leak. Called Home Air Care. Didnt know they were based out of the McKinney area. They came all the way up to Sherman. The gentleman that came was very professional, honest and did a great job. Didnt even take an hour and very affordable. Ill mane sure to call them again if I have any air/heating problems

    Rodolfo was amazing! Our unit wasn’t cooling, I called for service and he arrived within 3 hours. He was very courteous and personable. He fixed the broken capacitor on our unit, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

    Brandon was excellent! My AC unit smelled like fire and I wasnt sure what to do because I was afraid of causing more harm than good. He responded within minutes of me contacting him and walked me through exactly what I needed to do at no charge. His customer service is amazing and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. If I ever have any issues again I will 100% go to him.

    Wow... Terry knocked it out of the park! I had a very complicated situation with my system and Terry was able to figure it out and get my family back into the comfort zone. Terry came on Monday and diagnosed the system and topped of my refrigerant, and I was only charged for the service call. The lines froze up again that night and the system stopped cooling. I called the office and Terry was sent out on Tuesday evening to double check, his boss Brian (one of the owners) even came along to do a deep dive into what the issue was. They figured it out. However the lines froze again that night and Terry came out again (3rd time) this time he asked me if the filter in the unit was the one that is required? I advised that I put in a 5 inch filter to collect more dust. THIS was the final issue among the other that they had found. Once the filter was replaced with the CORRECT filter the system did not freeze up.So... 3 trips out, 1 with an owner and no additional charges. Also ZERO attempts to sell me anything or lie about what I did not need.I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone allow these guys to service your AC!!! You cant get much better service than this.
