Texan Air is a great company. I need my whole A/C replaced and Jeff was able to get all the necessary parts and was quick to keep me informed on everything I needed and was able the schedule me to have the A/C installed in two days. Unfortunately unforseen financial circumstances arose and I had to cancel my install. Jeff was understanding and compassionate to my issue and wished me well. Although I never had the A/C unit installed working with Jeff and Texan Air was a pleasure and definitely recommend that if youre looking for A/C service to give them a call.

We had a technician come out named Zeke Ayala who fixed our A/C leak. He did the job another technician claimed they couldnt do. He really went above and beyond and even took the time to explain to both my young adult son and I exactly what the problem was and showed him how to clean it for future purposes. He was excellent and got the job done. We love how the A/C is working and keeping all the rooms cool. We no longer have to worry about water soaking into the living room carpet and garage. Awesome job Zeke!!! Hopefully we get you for any future service request we put in.

We recently had an issue with our AC unit! It was a stressful situation since we are in the middle of summer! Called home warranty on Wednesday about AC making strange noise. They assigned Texan Heating and Air for Friday morning. I received a call asking could they come on Thursday instead. I was very pleased that they wanted to get here early. The technician arrived this morning and was very professional. He explained why this was happening and how to correct in the future. He cleaned the unit throughly and gave me assurance that if anything went wrong he would return. Not very many companies have this type of customer service. Arrived as scheduled, professional, follow up was great!! I have to come back and add to this review. Jeff came out, checked my old unit out was on time and very professional. He informed I had to have an entire new unit. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and let me know exactly when work would be done. I have heard horror stories about the wait when replacing unit during hot summer months. The new unit arrived as he advised and Zeke showed up exactly when scheduled. He installed a complete unit ( in attic and outside) in timeframe I was quoted. I could not be more satisfied. The system I have now is awesome and the service I received was unbelievable!!!! They have a great system that updates you on appt times, whos coming and when. Zeke was on time, courteous, thorough, and great during the consultation. After he leaves, I get a call from Jeff, the owner explaining the next steps and what to expect from their company and the warranty company. The following day, our system was ordered and on its way. Within a few short days our appt was scheduled for Installation with Zeke. He is great and so patient when walking thru the new systems details and installing the new smart thermostat. Overall experience was great and Im happy with Jeff and Zeke. Great Company!

I called Texan Heating and Air praying that I would be able to get an appointment within the next day or so since it is the busy season. To my surprise, they were out within an hour. The technician was professional, courteous, and honest. He explained the issue and fixed the problem at a fair and reasonable price. I have already referred them to a friend whose AC was on the fritz. I would highly recommend this company. They are my new go to company.

They are so supportive that they (Jeff) talked with me on the phone to help troubleshoot my issues. On the latest occasion, he even came by (on one of his evenings he wasnt working) to help troubleshoot my issue when the temperature was 100+. After helping me figure out it wasnt my ac unit but my thermostat, he checked in later that evening after i installed the new one to make sure my family and I were back with ac. I dont know of any businesses that are this helpful. 6/5 stars.

Normally you would call a repair service when you experience with a technical issue with one of your appliances. By hiring Texan Heating and Air you can have more than a professional knowledgeable service man who can also point out the cause of the problem. In my case, Jeff Solis (from Texan Heating and Air) pointed out to me the wire of my AC broken unit was purposedly cut by the previous technician who was sent from the CHOICE home warranty to repair my AC unit 2 weeks before. That saved my family a couple thousands of dollars. I strongly recommend Texan Heating and Air.

Last year, Jeff and his crew came out and replaced my old a/c that just couldnt keep up anymore.They showed up on time and completed their work in less than 5 hours - on the weekend. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job of explaining how to take care of my new unit. He charged me half the price of the previous 2 companies I had gotten bids from and I have been very happy with the new unit! He came out again yesterday to check my unit after I had the stairs remodeled. I didnt get the a/c turned off in time and dust from the sander clogged my filter causing my unit to freeze. Jeff came out the same day I called to inspect my unit. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs. They are professional, trustworthy, dependable, very reasonably priced and always show up on time.

Our old original A/C unit had stopped cooling properly, so we called our home warranty that had someone from Texan Mechanical come by and take a look at our unit. We knew it was old and was running out of freon (the old stuff), and as expected thats what the A/C guy mentioned to us. They recommended to replace our system. We were worried about an insane cost to get our whole unit replaced with a new one, but Texan Mechanical provided us with a great quote which was much better than other places around the area had quoted us for. Not only that, but they were also able to get us scheduled in the following day!On the day of install, no lie these guys took a whole 4-5 hours to take down our old unit and install the new one. They did a fantastic job and didnt leave a mess either, even though the work was done through the garage. Our new A/C is amazing, finally have a cool house after a month enduring Texas summer. Would highly recommend Texan Mechanical to anyone needing a replacement for their A/C unit.P.S. - for anyone wondering, A/C unit was in the attic and accessible through only a small door in the garage ceiling. Not sure how these guys got it done only using this tiny door, but they did a fantastic job!
