They explained what they were going to do and then immediately got to work. As it had recently rained, they put down drop cloths so they would not track mud into the house, I appreciated that. They kept me advised as to their progress and it did not take that long before they were finished. Job Well Done, Thank You.

They were then out the next morning to fix what was wrong with it! The guys that they had replacing our unit were phenomenal, they were very kind and professional! My thermostat display stopped working, so I purchased a new thermostat and attempted to replace it myself, but encountered difficulties. Subsequently, I contacted TCS, and technician Domino arrived to assess the issue. After conducting some analysis, he determined that I needed to replace the board to support the new thermostat, as my previous one was a communication thermostat and production had ceased.Upon further research confirming Dominos assessment, I sought a second opinion from another company, Just Fix It. However, their estimate was considerably higher, prompting me to proceed with TCS. Notably, TCS did not charge me for the initial estimate, which was appreciated.After a week, I contacted TCS again to proceed with replacing the board and thermostat. They promptly scheduled the service for the next day, and Domino even arrived earlier than scheduled. He efficiently completed the work and ensured that the air flow was functioning optimally across all vents. Additionally, Domino assisted me in installing the accompanying app and provided detailed instructions on its operation.Overall, I was impressed with TCSs professionalism, prompt service, and thorough assistance throughout the process.

I first had made a call to have a 5 wire adapter installed on my AC to accomodate the new wifi thermostat. Domino took care if it quickly and inexpensively. I appreciated him. Later I had an intermittent problem start showing up again on my 2003 system.It was a controll board issue and I decided to replace the system rather than the control board. I had three companies come give me an estimate. For a 4 ton system I got bids ranging from $10,800 through $21,800, lol. (Ahem, NOT recommending Abacus! $21,000??) Chad, the owner at TCS was willing to work with me on cost and Domino, the Technician who was already helping me, is a great person, super experienced and kind. The three installers, Rodolfo, Lazaro, and Elvis are excellent, experienced, kind and all great to work with. I would say this was a very good experience to do business with TCS. He uses the same product in his own home so you know he believes in what he sells.

Theyve traveled to South Texas, East Texas, and all around the Houston area, and they are now doing a 244-unit install in Lubbock Tx for the company Im with. Chad and Kenny, hands down have the best process and procedure for doing these units for us, and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new AC or heating system, even just maintenance. Theyre the people to call. In the last 4 or 5 years, theyve installed well over 600 AC units for the company Im with now and the previous company I was with. Theyre fast, reliable, and respectful. They take massive pride in their work, which is hard to find nowadays.

The service we received from this company was outstanding. We had lightning strike behind our house that caused a lot of damage from a major fire, fried electronics and a damaged AC unit. Stress level has been pretty high to say the least. When I called TCS the scheduler answered all my questions, was friendly and had a crew out WITHIN THE HOUR. These guys pulled up, started taking things apart and had cold air blowing within 15 minutes. They continued to check out the rest of the system, educated us on future needs, were honest and charged a very fair price. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will absolutely use again!

I want to thank Chad Johnson and Carlos of TSC AC & Heating for Carlos’ inspection of my system for a replacement of my heat pump system for my total-foam house and dehumidification issues. We wanted high efficiency both in the heating and cooling modes. We wanted a TRANE system that was quality and affordable and most of all professionally installed. They addressed all my concerns. All my concerns seemed to be what they include all the time. I went into the attic and the crew and Carlos were working hard. I was referred by a friend when my AC had some issues cooling. I made the call and chad had a technician come out within 2 hours. What an amazing experience. Absolutely professional service from start to finish not to mention the repair was lighting fast! I was informed by the technician (Domino) of the issue and he and the other technician went straight to work. Problem was identified almost immediately and fixed. 100% honest, courteous and professional, not to mention their pricing is reasonable compared to what I have heard from other companies. I inquired about other services and domino gave me all the information I needed. I am glad that I utilized TCS AC and plan to use them in the future for my HVAC needs. I was without air for a solid week. I initially called 2 other companies to fix my a/c. Both companies left scratching their heads, not knowing what was wrong with my unit. Both companies told me I needed to replace my unit because it was 11 years old. TCS was highly recommended to me, so I called them. The were extremely nice on the phone, and scheduled my service call immediately. Upon arrival, Domino, the technician who came out, tested the system and knew immediately what the problem was. I needed Freon. That was all.... I am so impressed with this company... The other companies were trying to charge me for a completely new unit. Domino told me he tries to make repairs to the customers existing unit and not charge unnecessary expenses. To top it off he gave me a 10% military discount. I hope I dont need to call for a repair service anytime soon, but if I do, you can bet it will be TCS.

About one week after the installation i decided to look up the Trane model number on the new unit that was installed. All communications before and through the installation confirmed a 5 ton AC unit would be and was installed. When checking the model number i confirmed they installed a 4 ton unit but charged me the 5 ton quoted price. When I called to get clarification they confirmed they installed a 4 ton and said the house was too small for the 5 ton. So they charged me the 5 ton price that was quoted but installed a 4 ton system. As of this writing they are not willing to refund the difference between the 4 ton and 5 ton systems that they quoted. To all.... watchout!!!!!Domino and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my existing ac/heating system. Protected all floor surfaces to keep our home clean during the work. Very clean. Corrected mistakes that Beazer Home builders did when our home was built only 6 years ago. Thank you Domino and your whole crew !!!!!

They showed faster than anticipated which we appreciated. Another local company refused to repair our equipment and insisted we buy a new one. We call TCs to get a second opinion. They arrived 3 hours later, repaired in 45 minutes for a very reasonable price. We know the machine is old, but we need to keep it alive longer to save up for a new one. When we buy a new one, it will be from TCS!

Dominic fixed the issue within 20 minutes. He said you should be able to feel the air flowing. I told him that I couldn’t feel it. That’s when Dominic looked up and said,”is there a reason your vents are closed? I had the house for 5 years and i said no wonder it never felt like it was cool!” He also took an extra few minutes to tell me that most of my air vents were put up backwards. Since he left -my neighbor turned them in the direction recommended by Dominic and it was a cool afternoon! Definitely will use this service again!

This morning I awoke to find the downstairs AC was not cooling and my husband was out of town. I was worried about a response on a weekend withtemps soaring over 100 degrees. I called TCS and the gentleman pulled over to take my call and information. He told me he would have someone here in about 2 hours. One hour later Carlos arrived, quickly identified the problem and replaced the capacitor. He was professional, respectful and took the time to explain the problem to me. This company is awesome, My AC unit broke down. I called TCS and they came out and diagnosed the issue and repaired my unit. Before he fixed the problem,I told the employee that I didn’t have the money to pay for the repairs. I told him I could pay the next Thursday. He called his boss Chad Jones and he said I could pay him that following Thursday. He was a blessing and an honorable man. If you need your AC or Heat fixed please call TCS AC and Heating. Highly recommend. My first AC unit went out this past summer, I went through 4-5 companies and ended up with one of the larger brand named companies doing the replacement and thought I was satisfied. Fast forward 45 days and my 2nd AC unit then went out. I went through an additional 3-4 companies before I got to TCS, and consulted my original company. In the end I opted to use TCS for this replacement - Prompt service as with most AC companies but the time that Kenny took to make sure I understood was awesome. He took the time and went through every step of my AC system to determine a recommendation - both inside and out. Others just stopped in and left, only to harass me by phone for 2 weeks to buy there unit. I wasnt pressured to make any purchases or decisions on the spot. Kenny even assisted with finding some better efficiency options as my house is mostly run on solar panels. Only frustration I have, is that I did not find this company when my first unit went out. These guys make it easy to support local companies. Highly highly recommend.

I must say that nothing makes me happier than seeing my daddy smile. My dad is 88 yrs old now, so you know when you tell someone of that age the cost of an new install for ac/heat it is unbelievable to them… Well Chad knew my dads concerns, but also knew my concerns with my parents being in the heat through the summers - it is incredible hot in their home. Chad did not want to allow another summer to come and them be without AC so he initiated an affordable install with my parents and gave them an incredible deal because off them being seniors and my dad being a veteran. Chad’s team were on time and very efficient and extremely knowledgeable of the product. They did a complete professional install and no mess left behind. Gave us complete hands on instructions on how to operate the equipment that they installed. The system is working amazingly and doing exactly as Chad said it would. Kenney, the tech that was sent out, actually showed up before I did since we stayed elsewhere and was ready to go! He took no time diagnosing the issue, explained it to me in a way I understood, and dedicated himself to fixing our unit. After shopping around at four different stores for the part we needed, he fixed our AC and left our laundry room in better condition than when he came! Our house went from 88° to 74° within hours it was insane. I can’t explain the appreciation we have for this company and the people who work for them. They are all so incredibly nice, respectful, and truly want whats best for their customers. Kenney was such a genuine and kind person, we are so thankful for him and his hard work. I will recommended TCS over anyone for as long as they are in business.

I am relatively new to the area, in a home that is about a year and a half old. As an east coast transplant, Ive never had to deal with servicing a/c units to prep them for the Texas heat. I am expecting my son this July and so I felt it was a good idea to have them come out and do a spring servicing to make sure all is well. Not only were the two men, Shawn and Domino, on time, friendly and incredibly professional - I felt at ease with them 1) in my home and 2) that I wasnt going to be unsold something unnecessary or unimportant. I appreciated that they were in and out, checked everything, notified me of a few leaks they found and addressed a concern I had in a very honest and courteous way. I also asked for an estimate to add manual dampers to control airflow in the house and they went back outside and provided me with one before they left. I am VERY impressed and glad I made the call. If you like straightforward, friendly, on-time and thorough service without the bs, they are your people to call. I highly recommend them.

Thank God their is a company that can stand behind their word. I called a different AC company Sunday because my AC went out and I had an Open House on Tuesday. The company promised they would get it running. They misdiagnosed it three times, charging me each time. Then wanted to charge me $4500 on top of the other charges. After having the hot Open House I called TCS and they were their within 30 minutes. Shawn and Domino diagnosed the problem the first time and gave me an offer that blew the other one out the water. My A/C init was going out out and found out it was the compressor overheating. TCS had some come out that night around 7 pm. Tech was extremely friendly, he was able to answer my questions. Then worked with Mr. Chad and the next steps, he did not pressure me on buying a new in and outdoor units. He said they could fix my unit but I would be throwing away my money, which I agreed with him. Already spent over $400 on a new motor and over $250 on a new fan blade for the outdoor unit. Talked with the wife and agreed to purchase a new unite. Mr. Chad had his techs come out the next day and had the old units taken out and the new units installed in less than 4 hours. My new unit now blows a whole lot stronger in the house and does not take long to cool down. What took hours to cool the house off a couple of degrees now only takes 10 to 15 minutes. I am so happy and proud to have met Mr. Chad, he has been an amazing person and his techs were very professional and nice to the customer.

He had a guy come and state all the things wrong with my condo to bring the price down 15k. He was trying to rip me off just to get me to come down on the price of my condo. I told him Id fix most of the issues. Before I finally sold my condo to him, I had a contractor named Matt Rhyne come in and fix the crown molding on an issue, did electrical work, fixed the lift on my boat dock, painting, AC (even though it was a brand new unit I had gotten 4 months prior with no issues whatsoever), and other things. We did the work in 1 week and got complaints the whole time that we were taking too long. One of the issues in particular was actually an HOA issue. We spent 5k+ just to fix the all the issues and Mr. Mann comes on here to write a review about a process he spent nothing for. He got AC Services for free, even after the sell that TCS didnt not even owe him. I can personally attest that TCS did this man no disservice and he is simply an internet troll.TCS is a great Company and Id like to give a very special thanks to Matt Rhyne and Chad Jones for helping our family in a very tricky and convoluted situation.

My husband checked the heater and it did not come on, we had already had trouble with it and hoped it would last the winter. It didnt. I called TCS to inspect my two central heating units for the winter and to check on my A/C bcuz the overflow drains had been putting out a lot of water, which is not good. The technician told me that the cooling coils were dirty and freezing up, which caused the extra water draining. Then he showed me a video of one of the heater burners not making a clean blue flame bcuz there was a small rusted crack, and he recommended a new heating unit. I agreed because I know thaeet the consequences of ignoring that problem might be - a house fire. He also told me about the value of installing UV lights in front of the coils to kill mold spores in the air. My wife and I decided to do that also.The NEXT day, the tech came back with a crew of four people. They switched out the old heater for a new Trane unit, cleaned both coils, and installed two Reme-Halo UV lights. My attic is not easy to work in due to extra ductwork crisscrossing the only path to get to the faulty heater, but they did all of the that work in just under 1-1/2 hours!I was extremely impressed by the workers, who all had a TCS shirt on and were very polite and careful when going through the house. Carlos, the lead tech, is a total professional who explained everything, answered my questions, and even showed me pictures of the dirt they cleaned out of a coil as well as the faulty burner he showed me they day before.We have been living in our home in N. Houston for 27 years and have had many AC companies in to do work over the years, but I have never been as positively impressed by any of them as much as I am by TCS AC in Conroe.
