I called for service because my newly installed Heat Pump was not heating. Tech Jason arrived and promptly got to inspecting the system. As it turned out, I had opted for the auxiliary heating for my Heat Pump which my electric did not qualify for. NOT the problem of the installer at all because who knew it was going to get this cold for this long in Texas! Regardless, Jason explained everything and solved the issue and had me working within the hour. KUDOS to Jason and his skills as well as his professionalism in explaining the issue and getting me back on line. Once again, I cant say enough good words about Superior Air and the quality of service they provide. Carl and built and amazing company. Our first time having superior air repair out. I have seen commercials but always thought they would be like any other company. To my disbelief they were exactly what they advertise and more. Nick our service tech came out and first book of business he asked what are your concerns? Most times the tech comes out with a job and does what he is instructed. Not Nick. He cared about our needs and was super relatable to our family and A/C concerns. He went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure we got the A/C job we agreed to pay for but also gave us daily advise, and extra cleaning to make sure we are set to go for this Texas heat. He was very respectful to our home and family. As a dad he understood our concerns and also let us know what we have been doing right and respectfully could doing be more frequent or different based on our old school or gimmick ways of A/C companies lead you to believe. We signed up for the yearly protection plan, and as a member I will request Nick back every A/C visit. As a customer service employee I can say I am so impressed and dont know why we have not considered this company sooner! Thank you superior air repair for providing excellent professional service!

I recently moved into a newly built house in May 2024 and wanted to ensure our HVAC system was ready for winter. Although the original HVAC company had been out three times to adjust airflow, I decided to have another company assess the system. Thats when I called Superior Air.Im so glad I did! Superior Air found my system wasnt properly set for the colder months. The settings were incorrect, and I was missing an overflow float in the drainage pan. As someone who isnt in the HVAC business, I rely on professionals, and Superior Air truly delivered. The night that my previous A/C failed, Jason, the technician on call did everything to assess the situation and make me feel comfortable while hosting a house full of guests. This was like the good old service call of days gone by. He was thorough, very detailed, and neat. I was sure he was going the “extra mile” cause there was gonna be a lot of up charges. But nope I was quoted a service call but when he presented the price it was cheaper and he said I see you are a member so your price is $15 less than your quote. As long as this guy works at Superior air we will be customers. I even scheduled a cleaning of my ac’s that he said was not urgent and I could wait. I guess the quality effort pays off for the company and for us.

Superior Air came out and replaced all my old air duct which was 41 years old . They also installed an Eccobee thermometer . I had gotten three price quotes for the job and they had the best price . The air flow is equal throughout the entire house and it fells great. I am very happy with the work they did .

Excellent experience with this company during the replacement of one of our home air conditioning units. The initial consultation with Flor was a genuinely pleasant experience that enabled us to ask all the questions we needed to make an informed decision. She laid out all the options in clear detail and was more than willing to share perspective on the pros/cons of the various systems and brands. There was never any pressure to buy and the conversation was always geared towards our potential needs. And, best of all, we found their pricing to be highly competitive (compared to the three other estimates we sourced).Once the decision was made, installation was scheduled for two days later and all the requirements for the project were proactively communicated by the company. The installation team arrived shortly after 8:00 am (they called to notify us that they were on their way) and promptly got to work. Everyone was polite and professional and took care to maintain a clean work area, which was greatly appreciated. The project was completed around 3:00 pm and concluded with a tutorial on how to use the new system.Replacing an A/C system is neither cheap nor a lot of fun, but the Superior Air Repair team made the entire process much better than expected. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to others and will certainly look to them again when our other A/C unit finally quits.

Superior Air is far and away the most customer service oriented company I have encountered in many years. They installed a new AC unit last October and the condenser just went out. They installed a new condenser this morning at their own expense in order to get it installed quickly rather than having me wait until the manufacturer replaced the unit under the manufacturer’s warranty. The owner approved the immediate replacement and had his team out to solve the problem. The service manager came out to oversee the installation and ensure there were no more issues and the general manager paid me a visit to apologize for my new unit going out and having to be replaced. Superior Air is a class act!

He was able to come see us the day we called in about an issue we had with our new home and was very informative on what was going on with our AC drain and how to keep up with it in the future. Austin and Kaylyn actually came to my house the day after I called!! Superior Air had replaced our ductwork in February. We noticed that one side of the house felt warmer than the rest of the house. It was a subtle difference but uncomfortable when temperatures rise to 95 outside.Austin took the temperature of each outlet and found one that was warmer. After a trip to my hot attic Austin and Kaylyn found a kink and a long duct route leading to the warmer area. They cut out the extra kinked piece and more directly routed the ducting. That fixed the problem!! Thank you.

Made the switch to Superior - had recommendations from friends. Superior came recommended for Trane and I went with them. I had one unit not cooling at all, and the others I though were fine. Ended up with 2 coil leaks - one empty and the other one low. Leaks obvious when they pulled out the old ones. Price for the parts was fair and so was labor and freon. Ran into another issue with a breaker on one unit and fixed same day....then on a Sunday 2 days later one of the units went out again. Capacitor blew - probably due to the electrical issues with the unit a few days earlier. Out at house with parts and replacement in 2 hours for a very fair price. I am a continuing customer for sure. Great service, polite all the way around, and responsive to my request. - Follow up - still happy 2 years in with the service, responsiveness and the technicians.

The capacitor on our AC stopped working during the heat advisory period. Since this happened on the Sunday before the June 19th holiday and during peak time for AC service calls, we were initially told that the first opening would be Friday. We were surprised and grateful that they were able to work us in on Tuesday, 3 days earlier!The technician who came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had our AC back in working order on Tuesday, 3 days earlier than expected. While at our home, he also inspected to make sure everything else was working well.We are former EcoZapp customers who were at a loss when EcoZapp closed without warning. Superior Air Repair stepped in to take care of former EcoZapp customers.

Jason was here on time, replaced the AC filter and took the metal cover that holds the filter in place to the outside where he washed and cleaned it thoroughly. Then he went into the attic and fixed several things there. He was almost ready to leave when I asked him if something could be done about attic insulation that was dropping down through the vents into the living area every now and then. He was very agreeable and got a ladder and cleaned the insulation from the vents, even going outside to get a drill so he could remove the vents and clean them more thoroughly. He is a real credit to Superior Air and goes above and beyond what you would expect to do a good job.

He checked on the warranty since it was a realatively new unit, and we were able to get a part warrantied.We have used Superior Air to clean our air ducts at our house, and that was an easy and fabulous experience. When the ownership of that company changed hands and the new owners provided very poor service service, I changed to Superior.Superior installed one replacement ac heater unit for me about 4 years ago and has provided spring and fall maintenance services for about 5 years.I have nothing to say about Superior except good things. Called Superior Air that afternoon (based on the very satisfactory response and service we had experience previously a year or so ago). This time was no different. Very knowledgeable, capable technician arrived right after a phone call the next morning saying he was on the way. After a methodical check inside he moved outside and quickly diagnosed a failed fan motor. No scratching his head, wondering aloud, or trying this or that, or suggesting we buy something we didnt need.Then, showed us how we could save on this service call and those in the future with a maintenance plan - which we subscribed to. Service like this you cannot afford to let slip by. After two very positive experiences with Superior Air, I cannot foresee the reason to try anyone else - even if Carl Walthall should happen to accidentally blink in one of his TV commercials. Ha! It has been over nine years since we moved into our home. The people who originally installed our HVAC system proved a great disappointment. They even refused to do repair work on the system in my wine closet. I went through a couple of more HVAC specialists with no luck. Then I tried Superior Air. Superior Air knows its business. I had the unit for the main part of our home go out and Richard from Superior Air came out to survey our home and recommended a step-up from a 2 1/2 ton system to 4 tons. The new system was installed in less than a day and we have never been this comfortable before. Our old system would run all day and never catch up with the Texas heat. The Trane system installed by Superior Air let us set the thermostat 5 degrees higher and we feel more comfortable then we ever did with the old system. Superior Air also replace the system in my wine closet which died. Again a fantastic job. My wine closet has never been better. I am thankful that I found Superior Air. They know their stuff, are professional, and I trust them completely.

I had problem during the past ten years concerning my A/C temperature setting -- the thermostat inside the house often read as high as 86 degrees, while the air conditioner kept on running, nonstop. Several technicians came to just add refrigerant because it had leaked. But no repair was made, as if they plan to get the easy income that way, year after year. They had convinced my closest neighbor that there was no other way to correct the problem. Thanks to Superior Air Repair Service Manager who shows me today that the leaking of refrigerant can be corrected by replacing the Schrader valve. After he left, my thermostat reading now stays at the setting @78 degrees fro the first time.
