I accidentally discovered Super Tech when my transmission failed as I was taking my son to school nearby over a year ago. I made it to the shop driving 5-10 mph and was a complete wreck by the time I arrived. James and Bill were so helpful and James transported me back and forth to my home. As we were driving, he talked about the newly opened shop and I could tell he had a true passion and heart for everything they were doing. Once they figured out I likely needed a new transmission they gave me a loaner car while they went the extra mile to confirm their diagnosis and I was deciding next steps. I was ready for a change anyway so decided not to repair and traded for a newer car. Now a year later and out of warranty with my new car, I’m excited to be able to leave the dealership and return to Super Tech. Again, they did not disappoint! Helpful and accommodating as always they serviced my car beautifully at a much better rate than the dealership. A loaner car was waiting for me and Bill was very helpful and informative, answering all my questions. I truly appreciate the quality of work, great communication, excellent and timely service, and care everyone at Super Tech provides. Thank you!!

Stopped in with no appointment. They were obviously very busy however Bill was very gracious and went out of his way to work me in for a needed service.Shop is clean and well organized. The staff are careful with the vehicles and seem to treat them as if they were their own. Just watching something as simple as a tire rotation, the tech did NOT just toss the lug nuts on the ground as other shops do. He gently set them on the lift arm . He also carefully leaned the wheels/tires up against the lift instead of just in the ground.I was in for an oil change and when I got home I looked under the car and in engine bay for oil drips...everything was clean and wiped down.I grew up working in an auto shop. My Dad had very high standards for customer service and as a result my expectations are a little higher than most. Super Tech Automotive definitely met my standards. I will be back and have no problem referring friends to them as well.Great little shop off the beaten path...worth the drive!

I have a fleet vehicle that not only do an amazing job of maintenance and upkeep on. They were also able to fix a bad leak that I had in the cab when it rained. I drive thousands of miles in this truck per month and when it rains, it poured inside of this truck they were able to fix it after numerous dealerships were not able to and I could not be happier with super techs service.

They were fantastic! Not only was my time just as important to them as it is me, but they really pay attention to detail. Very professional and super honest. They didnt try to upsell things to me - once I told them my husband prefers to do certain things, they didnt push the issue. Also, most of the time when I take my car anywhere, they seem to think that they can pull one over on me since I am a female, BUT... not only did they not do that, but they were extremely respectful. Like I said, they are very honest. We are customers for life!!

It was my first time in today and I had broken 2 spark plugs off in the head. I was planning on dropping off the car for a few days and to spend $500. Instead the owner told me to have a seat and that they would jump right on it! I could not believe it, it was completed in 20 minutes and only cost $77.00!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this auto shop! Honest people, in an un-honest field of work.

I was visiting my family in Walsh Ranch near Fort Worth, and I had driven my vintage Land Rover LR3 from Colorado too see my grandkids.during the visit, somehow the water pump shook loose while I was driving. Ultimately the car was towed and the big fear was the engine was gone as all the oil and fluids drained with the now overheated situation. I found Super Tech Auto and had my care towed there for repairs. I was so Blessed that they new exactly how to repair my car and saved the engine! Within 24 hours they had the parts from Land Rover and repaired my vehicle! Provided shuttle service and I was back on the road home to Colorado and my vehicle. It ran so well!. They did a better job than most Certified Land Rover service dealers!I highly recommend their service!

James, Bill, and the team took very good care of us at Super Tech Automotive. My SUV needed 100,000 mile check up, as well as fixing my broken air conditioner. We feel they did a great job checking everything, getting back to us in a timely manner, and completing the service. It was great to have the courtesy service so when I dropped off my SUV, they were able to bring me home and when it was ready, they picked me up and took me back to the shop. They were very thorough in their details that they send you and even had some pictures showing what things need to be corrected. Every person I came in contact with at the shop was so helpful and polite. We will definitely use Super Tech Automotive in the future.

Super tech got me in quick, I dropped the van off with 45 min to spare in their work day. Very next day 0800 they diagnosed my radiator had a crack in it. Had the estimate sent to my phone which was extremely convenient. Several options for repair, and thoroughly checked the rest of the Van. Had the van back and running calls by 11am. 100% effort from these guys I would suggest anyone in the area to use them if you want your vehicle back in a timely fashion.

What an amazing find for me an my Mini Cooper. Made an appointment the week of Thanksgiving for a routine mileage maintenance. I have to say I had the best experience ever. Didn’t try an upsell me on anything and were very honest. Finding someone that is so trustworthy is so very valuable when it comes to vehicle repairs and maintenance. Two weeks later my battery died they were able to get me in within hours and had new battery installed. Don’t even think twice about using this shop!! They will not disappoint. We had Super Tech Automotive recommended to us from a friend. They did not disappoint. I made contact around 12:30 in the afternoon. They advise me to bring my vehicle in and they immediately did a diagnostics test. Upon completing the test they were able to confirm what needed to be done to my vehicle and ordered the appropriate parts and got them in that same afternoon and got my vehicle back up and operational and on the road by 530 that afternoon. I would highly recommend the organization as we found them very professional, and very easy to work with. I am a small business owner, and we will be taking our fleet of vehicles to them from this point moving forward as they did a great job.

I just want to say thank you very much to Super Tech Automotive. I cant remember the guys name but I believe it might have been James. I had aired up my tire (for like the 3rd day in a row..lol)before I left my home in Joshua. We had baseball games in Aledo. Before the game was over my tire was flat. It was Sunday and of course all the tire shops were closed and I wasnt sure where I was going to get it fixed. Just by chance I called Super Tech thinking that they were open..and even though they were closed, the gentleman answered the phone and when I told him my situation he said he was only a few miles down the road and for me to meet him at the shop and that he was not going to let me be stranded. I met him there and very quickly he took care of the tire and had me on my way. Very genuine and in my opinion...just a good ole boy. Thank you again sir for going above and beyond. What you did for me and my mom today shows me that theyre still good people in this world.

Had 97 mustang towed to Super Tech. Problem was not starting. They quickly determined it was the after market alarm system. While it was there had the a/c checked. A leak was found and that problem fixed. Oil changed,power steering flushed just normal maintenance. Now its back on the road again. Love this place.

I just want to give a shout out to Super Tech Automotive in Aledo.. they have been my go to mechanic for the last few months. Yesterday my car would not start, called them and they came and jumped my car off and took it to their shop. It ended up just being a loose battery cable but as you well know they could have told me I needed a new battery. they didn’t charge me since they didn’t have to work on the car. Not only are they honest but their prices are very fair. I recommend anyone use them.

The whole change that took place was that I actually learned how to tend to and take care of our Mercedes E 500 never knew that the oil filter was on top of the engine, which makes it easier for someone to attend the techs at super tech also answered many questions and taught me some other things about the capabilities of the 500 and it’s technology advancements I recommend super tech to anyone that needs repairs or help. My car was dying at every light and wouldnt start the following morning. I had her towed to Super Tech Automotive for them to look at it and they spent two full days trying to figure out what was wrong - even putting $10 worth of gas into it, full inspection of the vehicle, and spraying something in the fuel line (Im not a car guy FYI). They drove it 40 miles looking for it to malfunction again because they didnt want to throw parts at it knowing it may not be the issue at hand.I cant tell you how many auto repair places Ive been to that throw parts at my vehicles just to make a buck. The guys at Super Tech didnt even make me pay the $10 in gas and told me to take it home and bring her in if she starts acting up again. They want to cover their basis and make sure they are fixing the right thing. Total class act and these salt of the earth guys have a customer for life!

And As many cash cars that I’ve owed thru the years they all have needed mechanical repairs and I’ve been to all kinds of mechanics. My friend Koretta had taken her van to James for a persistent problem that no one else could fix, much less do the job right with what they did do ,and then charged an arm and a leg for the shotty work. So after koretta had taken her vehicle to James and they fixed it right the first time and was very reasonable, I thought, well I’ll try them. For two years of owing this vehicle I too could not find anyone with any knowledge of what PROPER process of elimination was and would go straight to the most expensive rout possible, but James Vick and his crew knew exactly what to do and knowing my situation seen to it that it was as affordable as possible for me, they cared that much for me and my dad.
