I called Red Star when my AC went out the day before a big party at my home. They were able to send a tech out that day within a couple of hours (Jay) and he took great care of us. Although we thought we had the issue fixed immediately, when I called again later that evening to let them know that there was still an issue, they came back out the next morning to do further investigation at no additional trip charge. I truly appreciate that as they could have tried to say I had to pay another one. I will use these guys again and would certainly recommend them.

My family and I have used Redstar Heating and Cooling for years! The quality of service and professionalism of Joe the owner and his employees is amazing! Response time, service & pricing on both maintenance and equipment is unbeatable. Joe and his staff always take the time to ensure that their customers are well informed on how their units and thermostats function and the best way to maintain the equipment. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and the final bill is always in line with the quote. Joe’s employees are always well trained, professional and all seem very happy as employees of Redstar.

My AC went out 2 weeks ago late on Friday Night. I called Joe the Owner Saturday Morning. He told me he is out of Town but will send one of his Coworkers out to see what’s wrong When the young Man came out he had to give me the bad News, the AC was burned up . This was Saturday afternoon. They was trying to get the New Unit that day but had to wait until Sunday Morning to pluck it up . They put the New Unit in on Sunday afternoon. I really appreciate Joe and all his Coworkers, Joe has took care of my Heating and AC for the last 10 years and always did an outstanding Job . I highly recommend Red Star Heating and AC . Again thank. you for always being there for me .

The name of the company was red star . The work is not complete yet but so far it’s going good they have to come back tomorrow to finish fixing the problem. This company seems to be very good. The tec is very knowledgeable about the issue.. I love that he actually looked and checked my unit completely and what he couldn’t see. He said he would be able to see it better once it defrost..

Needed service after a power interruption. Giovanni scheduled a prompt service call and Anthony was able to come out the same day. Found and explained the problem, ordered part, and reset system. Have also had a scheduled maintenance visit since purchasing the system from Red Star. Extremely pleased with the cost and quality of equipment and service under the company’s annual service agreement.
