    Seal Heating and Air just finished an install of a 2 ton mini split system for my garage. They sold me both the unit and the installation. They gave me a fair quote and completed the work quickly and cleaned up their work area. I highly suggest you use them for any of your HVAC needs. I cant stress enough how honest and professional they are. I will definitely be using them in the future.

    Ron replaced our refrigerant for $350. We did it last year with another company and it was $500. We know that our 10 year old AC has problems and we have a big bill coming but we are going to milk it for as long as we can. The guy last year said we need to redo the ductwork and it was going to be $10k. Ron gave us some options and suggested closing one of our vents which helped greatly. It felt like this guy really knew his stuff and wasnt just trying to sell us the biggest job he could get.

    My AC stopped working yesterday. I called Serveez AC to come out and they said I needed a new system. I called Seal for a 2nd opinion and Ron found a low voltage problem. He fixed the issue for cheap and saved me a ton of money. He cleaned the system and now My unit runs like new. Very honest and I recommend

    I called Seal Heating and Air Conditioning at 8PM on a Sunday night in July when our AC stopped working. I have two toddlers and a pregnant wife, so we needed to get the AC turned on ASAP. A gentleman named Ron asked me a few questions and offered to help me try a few things to fix the AC over the phone. It turned out to be a quick fix and the AC started working again! I offered to pay Ron since he helped me so much, but he said he was happy to help me out without any charge. Thank you Ron and Team for being so genuine and willing to help!

    I contacted Ron on the advice of another customer. My upstairs AC blew out during one of the 100+ deg day streaks we had in the D/FW. Ron sent Brett, who quickly determined that it was a blown capacitor. The service was exceptional! Brett recommended a better capacitor, and when it was not found in stock, traveled all the way from the midcities area to Lake Worth to retrieve it, on a Friday, at five oclock, so that we could begin cooling our home.Amazing service and going the extra mile - will be contacting them for all our heating and cooling needs.

    I have had work done by Ron previously and was extremely happy. Now, just recently I had my AC go out and the first person I thought of was Ron. Answered me quickly and scheduled me in as soon as he could. Comes in, diagnosed the issue fairly quickly, told me what needed to get replaced and was off to grab the replacement. Overall, he got my AC back up and running right away. I can always count on him to take care of my unit. Hes an honest guy and is not out there to sell you anything you dont need. If you feel iffy about AC companies, you should because they are after your money. Ron in the other hand, like I said, is just out there to get your AC back up by giving you exactly what you need and nothing more (unless you ask). This guy is someone I am definitely sticking with and will continue to use his services until he retires.

    Stop looking. You’re at the right place. I promise SEAL hvac is going to give you the best price in town and the best service. My husband called Ron back in June when our ac went out and after talking to him for about 30 minutes he was able to diagnose Over the phone and told my husband exactly what he needed to do. Didn’t charge us a dime. Turns out this completely fixed our system for under $100. I still feel bad we never paid him anything for that phone call but that just goes to show you what an honest guy he is. Fast forward a couple months and my parents ac goes out. They need everything replaced. Got quotes from companies all over, by the time I found out they were all set to go with another company and I suggested they reach out to SEAL to see what Ron said. Sure enough they did and he was able to install the EXACT same unit the other companies were offering for THOUSANDS of dollars less. This guy is the real deal.     I have 3 ac units. One of which is very old. While mowing the yard I noticed the old smaller unit still running R-22 was whining and the fan wasn’t running (108 degrees). I quickly ran upstairs to turn off the thermostat. I suspected the capacitor was bad and ordered a replacement. I changed it out and the fan would run but the compressor just wouldn’t start. I knew just who to call but realized this old unit was probably just done. I called Ron at SEALHVAC and he agreed it was probably just time to get a new unit. I asked him to go ahead and put the order in and was quoted a very reasonable price to have the unit replaced. Ron wanted to make sure I didn’t miss something so he came to the house and checked the unit. He found I had miss wired the new capacitor and he wired it correctly. The system began to work again. This company is top notch. He could have easily just replaced the system but instead he went above and beyond to take care of his customer and saved me over 3K in the process. I highly recommend SEALHVAC!

    Ron was fantastic. He was able to provide multiple options and took the time to thoroughly explain each. He did the job in the same day in 90+ degree heat. His pricing was the most competitive and the work was done with care.Added July 2018: I wanted to add to my review for anyone wondering about Rons service and warranty work. We have had some electrical surges here and my unit was affected. I came in one evening from a trip and my home was well over 100 degrees. I contacted Ron the next morning and he was out to my home that same day. He reset the unit, checked the air handler, and checked the pressure. He would not take my money for his trip and time :-). Rons service and follow up was a exceptional and as thorough as his initial work. I highly recommend choosing Seal Heating and Air for all HVAC work.

    The capacitor on my AC went out during the last super hot spell. The AC was running but it was not getting cooler! I was so worried because I have an elderly dog who has had health issues all year. Called this company and he came out that night. Had the AC fixed in a couple of hours (had to get the part from his truck which someone else was using when he first stopped). So so so grateful! Would hire again.

    Ron is the man! We were broiling inside our house at 9 pm, other companies I had called told me they were 3-4 days out! Or wanted $199 or more just to come out after hours.     Ron did a great job! Fast, reliable, and for a great price! Another company was trying to take advantage of us, charging over 4x the labor cost that Seal Heating and Air wanted for the same job. The other company would not even warranty any labor of any kind without going even higher and getting a completely new system for over $10k.Thanks for rescuing us from the cold without putting us out in the cold!     My air completely stopped working today so I called a company to come out. Within just a few minutes of looking at it, was told that the compressor went out and since it was a freon unit i would need to replace both the inside and outside unit for 4900.00, which is not a bad price but money I dont currently have.I then reached out to Ron at Seal Heating and Air. Even though he was completely booked for the day he made time to come look at it. He took the time to check everything thoroughly and to my surprise it was only a compositor that needed to be replaced. So needless to say I spent far less that 4900.00 and my house is cool again.He went over ways to ensure that the house stays cool and gave future cooling options.After all that he installed a Nest thermostat that I had purchased previously and really wanted installed.I highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use him again and again.I only wish that I could give more than 5 stars.Thanks for a going over and beyond to satisfy an overheated customer. 😃

    Ron and Josh are simply professionals. They offered options for repairing my A/C units and certainly never pushed a sale. I opted for new units due to my originals being 16 years old. I later found out that the cost I paid was very fair through a neighbor who manages buildings in downtown Dallas. Ron and Josh are very easy to talk to and do quality work. I surely don’t want to call them anytime soon but it will only be them when I do.

    Our a/c wasnt blowing cool air and Ron said it would be 5,000 just to get the new systems for upstairs and outside (not a mechanical person so Im not sure of specifics) but luckily he found a cut line which he fixed promptly.     I cannot say enough good things about the service with Seal. I was selling my house and between moving out and the inspection my ac unit stopped working. Seal went out within 24 hours and Identified that the only issue was the smart thermostat I had installed died. They replaced it with an original thermostat I had and only charged me for the service call. Most other companies (knowing my back was against a wall because I was selling) would have tried to get me to replace the full unit. Seal was fast, honest, and frankly a joy to work with.

    I am thankful for how professional and prompt Nicholas was. I am appreciative of him explaining his findings to me, and then giving me options for moving forward. He answered any questions I had.     I googled ac repair near me and checked reviews before calling Seal, just hoping they would be good. They were better than good. Our ac just stopped working and when I called them they answered right away and were out within a few hours and we’ll within the time frame given. The communication was excellent; they even followed up at the end w a thank u text. We have a very old unit but told him if it could be fixed to do so. He found the problem and replaced the motor and transformer and we now have ac again that didn’t break the bank. No sales pitch on replacement. Will definitely use them again.

    Excellent company with great customer service! Our exterior A/C unit crashed and burned in the peak of the July heat, and we scrambled to find someone to fix it quickly.     These guy are awesome, read the other reviews or just save your time and just go with them. Dealing with AC companies is a headache, they come by bust out their voltmeter, pull off the panel and then try to speak all technical jargon so it floats over your head. They then upsell you at 200%. Saying you need this is and that.Seal AC doesn’t do that, I was quoted 12k from another company, Seal came by and did only what was needed for 4k. No gimmicks or BS. Now my AC blows 45 degrees. Veteran owned, small local business that doesn’t play games.Can’t speak highly enough.

    Randy explained everything to me and let me see what he was talking about. My A/C unit had frozen due to lack of freon. He had to let it thaw out before he could finish, but told me if it thawed by evening he’d come back and finish the job. He checked with me several times to see if it had thawed completely, and how I would know. Once we knew it was thawed out, he came even though it was after 8 PM because he knew it was very hot in my home. He fixed the problem, explained what could have caused the freon to escape, how I would know if there was still a leak, and what would probably be necessary then. But for now my A/C is working great again!! Thanks so much Randy!!

    AC wasnt working during labor day weekend. Called and the owner came out that same afternoon (Saturday) and told us that the motor was not working. Unfortunately, since it was labor day weekend York AC part store was closed. The owner came back Tuesday morning. Took the old motor out and took it to a York part store to have fixed/replaced. Fortunately, the motor was still under warranty. The labor cost was manageable but the best part was the prompt service and quick response by the owner.

    Best price with the Best Quality and fast service. Reliant Air Conditioning was the next best price by $1400.00 more. Berkeys was even higher but was honest and upfront. Both Seal and Berkeys told me one of the best brands was American Standard and its my best bet. Also they both kept me from wasting money with extras and higher seer ratings. Always get multiple bids and research brands.If you only want to make one call Seal Heating and Air cant be out done!!!

    Three days into the hottest week this summer and 7 people melting we had Ron out. He was thoughtful, prompt, and came out a couple hours after we called. We HAD been waiting on AHS to honor their warranty that has been on this home since the day we bought it. AHS repair guy showed up randomly while Ron was letting us know the pragmatics of our circumstance. Repair guy went on to be VERY unprofessional, bad mouthing this company and this professional from jump street. In the end, second repair guy managed to get our home Warranty voided and bid to AHS $500 more for half the work to be paid out of pocket! We called Seal back and let them know about the unprofessionalism by second company. Ron was nothing BUT professional! He even sent us his license information that QUALIFIES him to do this repair despite the other companies false claims. In the end, we had Ron and his assistant do the work, we are done fighting with AHS. Ron came out same day with brand new, in box, Rheem equipment. He and his assistant (poor kid cant remember the name) stayed until it was all installed (10 pm or later) to make sure we had COLD air blowing.I cant praise this company and these two guys enough! They were professional from start to finish, even when we were telling them about the other lack of professional courtesy. They were managing their time well. Troubleshooting as they went. They even educated us along the way. They have certainly earned lifetime customers and they have earned all 5 of their stars!

My blower motor went out and I first called one of the bigger HVAC shops in town. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and then quoted me a rate that was beyond absurd. After telling them no thanks, I found Seal Heating & A/C online and filled out the contact form on their website.Ronnie got back to me quickly and, man, what a difference from the big outfits. His price was fair. He clearly outlined what the issue was with the system. He worked me into his schedule quickly. He fixed the problem. SEAL sent, Ron, out to our home in Keller, and he was able to find and fix the leak. He replaced the bad freon with a more eco-friendly type. We are happy to have him back out for regular service twice a year.
