Even cleaned up the ceiling that was falling in, in the indoor unit closet, and cleaned up my floors! Very professional and genuinely kind humans! It was a pleasure having them here, working together and it just ran so smoothly! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have their ac unit repaired or even replaced. I cannot emphasize how thankful I’m for the wonderful work Lucas and Joel did with our cooking/heating system. We had our first scheduled maintenance with SBC and although having to replace the entire system was a bit upsetting it was definitely better than the dangers of the issues our system had or trying our luck with a very, very old unit that was about to break at any time. They made sure to get all the equipment and install it as fast as possible (they even came earlier than anticipated just to ensure we had heating during the worst week of winter) they did an incredibly thorough job, even fixed some issues with the area where the machine was to ensure its efficiency. There was no mess, no noise (I work from home so I need a quiet environment) and they were extremely professional. Not to mention the rest of the company as well who always ensures they call and text us with the details of who’s coming for security reasons and the timelines and pricing. There’s definitely a reason why they’re such well rated.

Conor is great! We just moved into our house and needed to get a company to do our Fall and Spring tune-up servicing. I saw excellent Google reviews for SBC after receiving one of their flyers. I called and talked to a very friendly employee that scheduled me an appointment with no issues. Conor arrived at the appointed time and was also super friendly. He put covers over his shoes when he entered my house and was polite as well. He did the maintenance in a timely manner and explained everything like a true professional. Overall I’m very happy with SBC and now call them my heating and cooling professionals. I highly recommend them!

2-4-25 Conor came out the same day I called and serviced my AC, unfortunately I had a leak and a piece of junk unit with aluminum parts. Connor broke the bad news to me, and gave and explained all my options. He was sooo nice, he felt horrible leaving me and my 2 kids in my 80 degree home to sweat it out. Before he left he said let me look at one other area on the inside. After looking at the inside system he unscrewed something and found that a little black piece that was under the cap bent and was possibly pressing down on the valve letting all my freon out everytime it would come on. Connor was able to test the line to see if any leaks were found. He literally waited for 30 min - 1 hour just to make sure there was no leaking during the test. Connor, his hardwork and wisdom literally saved me tears and thousands!!! I dont know what i would have done without Connor. Not to mention my fur baby fell in love with him. Thanks Connor you are the best!Josh came out to do my annual service call, and was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and just all around great. This is my second tech from SBC that I have came into contact with and everyone has truly been great from the sweet lady that calls me to let me know the technician is coming out to the tech themselves. I would recommend in a heart beat.

I had a great experience with my SBC rep, Conor. Before he arrived, I got a confirmation call and a text with his photo and appointment details so I would know who to expect. He arrived promptly and got right to work. He came to see why my system (installed by a different company less than 10 years ago) wasn’t keeping things cool. He found a part that had gone bad, made the repair, and when I asked him about duct cleaning, etc, he made a detailed list of suggested maintenance. I was more than happy with his initial repair, his customer service was top notch, and the price was below what I expected to pay. I know who I’ll be calling for any future service work! A kind receptionist answered and was sympathetic to our situation. She explained that all of there technicians were out on jobs but would give me a call back with an update. After some time she returned my call and informed us a technician was on his way 🙌. Shortly after, Conor arrived! He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He listened intently to what we had observed with the unit and got right to work! He was able to get it up and running again in no time! He also informed us of the discounts available due to my husbands military service and explained the preventive maintenance care plan they offer. Based on the interaction we had from start to finish with this company we signed up! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone needing heating/air service even after hours! SBC truly does offer un-BEE-lievable service!TLDR: William, Joel, Luke, Delayne, Dakota, and Evan were OUTSTANDING! Perfect communication on the issue with a very professional and personal approach. Full install of new system took just under 6 hours...and thats with a troublesome space to work in! Just look at the difference in pictures. If you have any HVAC needs, you NEED SBC.STORY TIME:I had purchased this house prior to actually moving (PCSing) down here last August. We had a home inspection done and the HVAC was in working order. But alas we did not have a CERTIFIED HVAC tech come and take a look. For over a year we battled with high energy bills, inconsistent heating and cooling and it just wasnt fun. Fast forward to Saturday 12/16 and a power surge happens...and the furnace does not come back on. Thinking to myself I can relight a pilot light or swap an ignitor. I open the panel and realize Im out of my realm. After hours of googling seeing if there is anything I can do...nope. So I call SBC on Tuesday 12/19 and Will and Joel responded that day. They IDd the issue...err ISSUES and said they would call Evan out to provide some solutions. I decided to go the smart route and have the whole outdated and dangerous system replaced. Evan broke down the AMAZING financing options and the difference in systems they could offer. Then, less than 48 hours later I had a B.E.A.utiful, brand new system installed. Cant say it enough...thank you to the entire SBC crew for your professionalism and quick response.

He was very understanding and accommodating of our newborn and our dogs.First call (2023)Around mid day my AC quick working, so I began calling local AC repair companies. I called several to no avail as they were 24/7 or couldn’t make it out until the work week. I finally left a message for SBC, and continued to call others just in case. The next call I was able to get ahold another company, so I got put on their list with an inspection cost of $185. I just figured this was normal rate on the weekend. About ten minutes later I got a call from Kelly at SBC, I told her I had already called another company and they were going to respond. Kelly was very nice and was grateful I was getting service, wishing me the best. 3 hours went by and the original company never reached back out, so I called Kelly back and asked if there was any way a technician from SBC could respond. She was able to have one respond and the fee was only $95, way cheaper.The technician, Dakota, arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair our AC. He explained exactly what he was doing and showed me which was very nice. He was honest and I was impressed with the service from start to finish. The repair took around 15-30 minutes. I am very grateful for SBC, Kelly, and Dakota.

Will was even quick to offer a window A/C from SBC Heating and Cooling to borrow through the weekend until our repairs could be made. We just bought a house not even a month and a half ago. Lo and behold my worse fear happened and our AC basically stopped working. We submitted an order that evening and first thing in the morning we got a call and got scheduled same day for them to come take a look at it. Will came and was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything and even showed us where the issues are so we could understand what he was talking about. Mr. Evan came out a few days later to give us a fair quote on completely taking out both systems and replacing them. They got us on schedule in a fair amount of time. Lucas (I think he told me Luke so might be his nickname) & Dakota came out to do the install and did an amazing job! They were so nice and professional and EFFICIENT! I was told it would probably take all day but they were done in less than 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves, explained everything to me and also showed me that everything worked prior to leaving. They have been nothing but a blessing in this hot weather and in such a stressful time dealing with such a major purchase. Their customer service has by far been TOP NOTCH. I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy with a company before. I will forever recommend this company!

Called them 8am Monday morning when my AC unit stopped working over the weekend. By noon I had a tech at my house (William) inspecting the unit, he determined within about 5 minutes that I had a big coolant leak but continued to inspect the furnace and looked at coils to see if he could see where the leak may have come from. He gave me multiple options for attempted repair but ultimately I decided to replace my unit. By end of day Monday we were scheduled for a full replacement Wednesday (yes only 2 days later) and Evan at SBC brought us a window unit to use until then (so so helpful to have). Wednesday they told me it was going to be a full day job but the guys that came out (Dakota, Lane and Luke) knocked the whole thing out in about 5 hours. This included replacing the outside unit and the furnace/coils in my attic. In the process of replacing my unit they discovered mold growing on my old unit, and then checked all my ducts for any growth, they also put in an air purification system to prevent this from happening again. When the job was done they showed me all the new features that our new unit had - surge protectors for all the wonderful weather out here, automatic shutoff detectors to shut my unit off in case of leaks. Etc. I will say I price checked with a few other well known providers on the area to compare packages and was blown off by one and another was significantly overpriced for the same service (same brand unit even). SBC was professional, fast (which in this heat I loved) and knowledgeable. They even offered to pick my kids up lunch on install day 🤣 would use again and I plan on having them service my unit going forward. They even called the day after install to make sure everything was working good.
