Chris is completely professional, trustworthy, and technically proficient and I have complete faith and confidence in him to maintain my car without all the negativity normally associated with auto repair shops. I recently had my Mercedes Benz CLA 45 brought in after it broke down and SOLACE is the shop to go for any foreign cars ( and non foreign). Chris and his team were able to get the diagnostic done smoothly and efficiently!! the price and work done is really impressive. They will give you the best recommendation when it comes to working on your car. In my case, I had my alternator and motor mount changed, etc., I was very pleased to hear that the parts came with warranty since they are new and it was the better option recommended.Overall, I highly recommend this place to take your vehicle. They’re a very honest, friendly, and knowledgeable auto shop! Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs and services needed :D

Great customer service with Chris! I was hesitant on an auto shop for my mustang a/c repair but Chris made me feel welcomed & educated me on how the process would go. He then sent progress updates via text along with pictures. Trustworthy, reliable, reasonable and efficient with Solace Auto!

We had the WORST experience with the Audi dealership, it honestly made me so weary to take our car to another shop just to get the run around again, however when I stumbled across SOLACE through a recommendation we were met with nothing but honesty, professionalism, and the greatest service I have ever experienced through an auto shop straight from the beginning.Chris kept me updated daily on our vehicle, and was able to resolve what took the Audi dealership weeks, in under a couple of days. He answered all of my questions and made sure that we understood what exactly was wrong with our vehicle and how he was fixing it. I cant thank them enough. We look forward to bringing our vehicles here for any and all services and will most definitely recommend them to anyone!

Chris is an excellent mechanic and always fair and responsible. I choose to have him work on my car over the dealership because I know he knows what hes doing and that hes working with care.

Took my Mercedes Benz to fix transmission issues and they did a great job! Other places had told me i needed new trans, after the diagnostic Chris advice to just changing trans oil and filter and indeed fixed my transmission problem! This shop is very knowledgeable and professional in there job. I highly recommend Kai Auto Service for your car needs! Great Job Chris!

They are AMAZING they fixed my car i had taken my car to firestone and the nissan dealership and all they did were give me wrong diagnosis for my car ... at kai they took their time to fix it they also kept me updated with every detail that they were doing ...chris and hemir are very helpful and understanding i would totally recommend this place they will take their time to figure out what is wrong with your vehicle and have it fixed for you
