The technician, Russell was incredibly professional and had the problem fixed quickly and efficiently. The price was fair, and we were so grateful for their prompt service. Highly recommend! -

Russell Plumbing Air conditioning was recommended on the next door post that was compelling so I gave him a try. Did not disappoint. They were able to make my A/C repairs on a sweltering day the next morning after I called them. Able to fix the problem quickly without trying to upsell Just what we needed. Russell and his crew came to my home to fix a plumbing issue. It was a minor issue compared to most Im sure, sewage was backing up into our bathtub. They were very polite and professional and got the job done efficiently. They showed up when they said they would and kept in contact before the appointment. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or AC service in the Ft. Worth area. -

Russell Plumbing & Air Conditioning Services is amazing, entirely deserving of a 5-star review! I found water leaking under my kitchen sink, and even after shutting off the main water supply to my home, the leak persisted. I found this company, one of many, through a Google search and Im so glad I did. They answered my call on the first attempt. The lady who answered (I regret not remembering her name) and spoke with me was very professional and friendly. I asked if there was a service fee, she said no and explained their technician would present a quote and I could choose to accept service or not - you only pay for what you agree to and nothing more. She took my information quickly and told me I could expect Eddie to arrive at my home within half an hour - he did. Not only was he professional and friendly, he was also competent and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem accurately. After inspecting everything and explaining the steps and supplies he would need to fix it, he gave me a very reasonable quote and I accepted. What I loved most about this experience, besides everything Ive already written, is that while Eddie worked, he was perfectly comfortable with me observing his work and answering my barrage of questions about what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even taught me about how to address other potential plumbing issues I could run into! I felt very empowered to handle future problems on my own, but also at peace knowing I could put my trust in this company should the problem be too much. If I havent made it obvious by now, I highly recommend Russell Plumbing & Air Conditioning Services! -

I had a waterheater replaced some months ago and I used Russell Plumbing & A/C. Eddie was very professional and had the job in minimal time. Russells price was considerably less than all of the other estimates and I got a full sized water heater when the others offered a smaller ones. I will be using them from now on with all of my plumbing needs. Great people, great service. -

They took their time and were thorough in getting proper readings to make sure my AC was running properly and changed out my AC air filter and cleaned the coils. Less than an hour after calling Russell, Josh came over immediately and thoroughly checked and repaired our unit. He explained everything to us in detail and was so down to earth. I couldnt be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you wont be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind. -

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend. -

My AC unit was stopping and starting late last night. It was getting very hot in our house. My 50th wedding anniversay is next week and I really needed the AC working with family coming in from out of state.I used Angies List for the first time and wrote on the website the problem I was having. I got a call from Russell Plumbing the next morning. The tech arrived early for their appointment and listened as I explained the issue and what I had done to trouble shoot the issue. The tech knew exactly what the problem was and demonstrated to me what was happening. It was a simple problem of a bad switch. He put in a new switch and showed me how to resolve the issue if it were to happen again! I was so impressed with their friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. If I have an AC or plumbing issue in the future Ill make sure to call Russell Plumbing. -
