Had to replace our entire heating heating and air conditioning unit and these guys did a great job for a fair price, especially compared to the other companies in the area. They got the job done quickly and everything has been running great for 6+ months. The owner was very professional and seemed to have plenty of experience in the AC industry. They helped us install an additional air return in our master bedroom that has helped a lot with keeping the temperature even across the house. Our bedroom used to be hotter than the rest of the house.

Juan and Royal AC were great. I got 4 different estimates for an HVAC replacement and they gave us the best deal by far. They were able to come over just a few days after I called and get the entire job done.

I was greatly pleased to locate Juan Sanchez and Royal AC while renovating a vacation home in college station. I cannot recommend Juan too highly. Outstanding in every respect, including follow up five months after the installation was completed to take care of a couple of minor details. You won’t go wrong with this company.

AC went out. We have a 7-week old, so this was a hot issue. Called up Royal and he came as soon as he finished the job he was on (maybe an hour). Very quickly found the problem and had the parts in his van to fix it. Also pointed out several other potential problems. However, it’s a rental, and I move out in a couple weeks, so I passed on addressing those. But he did ask for the property manager’s contact info to get with them on those repairs.Very professional, very friendly, very efficient.Will be calling up Royal AC for any issues we run into with our new house.
