    They replaced the pump fuel pump in my Ram and it had a faulty check valve and they ordered another one and installed it (no charge), with the warranty that comes with this part. The second fuel pump works as it should. They also offer an Uber ride if you need one. Ill go back again!

    I had a great experience with my recent car repair with Allen & Beth at Rockport Auto Clinic. They were highly recommended and didnt disappoint. They communicated with me the whole way on the various part replacements and as an added bonus, provide a generous warranty on parts and labor. Recommended!!

    This Auto shop is very friendly and professional. We were stuck at the beach with a truck that would not crank up. All the places we were calling said we could not be seen for weeks and we were on vacation. Rockport Auto Clinic answered the phone and agreed to take a look at it for us, so we got it towed over by Hook Em up Towing (who was terrific too by the way). They were able to get the fuel pump replaced by the next day! The pricing was very reasonable and the work was excellent and has a warranty. They are honest and great people, and I am so happy that we found them!

    I stay in Rockport for a month each summer so I was away from my favorite mechanic at home. I noticed a noise in the front left of my vehicle. I started researching local auto mechanics in the area and came across Rockport Auto Clinic. The reviews on this place gave me a very high level of comfort. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday morning and Beth was there to greet me. She wrote down the details of what was going on with my truck. Within just several hours her husband, Allen, called me with the diagnosis and a quote. I picked up my repaired truck by 2pm that same day. I can’t say enough good things about the owners, their honesty and integrity, and their professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend RAC for any and all of your auto repair or service needs.

    I took my 2019 Chevy Silverado in because I had a possible problem with my fuel sensor, they did the diagnostic test and found no codes, the owner was very upfront and honest with me, he didnt want me to waste my money for the repair and parts and find out this wasnt the problem, I love the fact that they are very honest and respectful to the customer, I will highly recommend them to people in the future, it is really find honest people in any business these days, but these owners really do care.     The first thing that impressed me about this shop was that it didnt look like a typical auto shop. When have you last seen framed prints on the office walls in a garage? Not only that, but the place is clean, neat and tidy. The really good news is that, in addition to appearance, they also do excellent affordable work on vehicles. Even while doing a simple oil change, they thoroughly examined my Honda and identified a few things they suggested I get taken care of but they didnt try to make it into a hard sell. When I did agree to get one of those items fixed they provided a price to the penny, in advance. Bottom line--I will definitely return to do more business with this shop!

    I have nothing but good things to say about this mechanic shop. Obviously, going to the mechanic is usually not a fun experience, but the folks here at Rockport Auto Clinic made that experience about as pleasant as it could be. The front receptionist Beth was very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable, and very reassuring. Allen also took the time to physically show me the issue that was occurring with the specific part needed. In addition, the pricing was very competitive and they were the only clinic that guaranteed being able to work on it same-day. 5 stars!!!

    My truck broke down at the Fulton Pier while we were on vacation in Rockport. My roadside assistance dropped it off after hours Thurs night and I talked to Allen Friday morning. I was worried because we were supposed to head home that morning! Allen and his team were very kind and kept me in the loop the whole time my truck was there. They even had us back on the road later that day!! They were very friendly and as far as breaking down on vacation goes, I couldnt have gotten luckier. Thank you Rockport Auto Clinic!!

    Had a power steering line replaced. I supplied the parts. I diagnosed it and still was charged the diagnostic fee. They did do a great repair job, but if I had a lift I could have had it done in less than an hour. They are, however very honest about their work. Highly recommended as a former professional auto mechanic. They are great with their follow up, and theyre great at keeping you in the loop

    Oh my gosh yall, my wife and I drove to Rockport from Oklahoma. Somewhere south of Waco my AC stopped blowing its normal cold air, and blew semi cold air. We got situated at the hotel and the next morning I went to Rockport Auto Clinic to see if they could help me. They were very busy (good sign) but decided to squeeze me in and see if they could help since we were sort of stranded. They totally got me back on the road lickety-split. They are very reasonably priced, and they are good people. Im so happy I went to them for assistance. Thanks!

    My family and I visited Rockport from San Antonio last weekend and unfortunately, our Chevy vehicle decided to start acting up about 15 mins from town. Fortunately, by Gods good graces, we got to our Airbnb and I had a mission to get the car fixed before our trip ended in 4 days. I had visited a couple of other shops in person and by phone and the majority advised me to go to a dealer in Aransas Pass or Corpus with the codes and symptoms I gave. No one was willing to take the time to diagnose it. It was becoming a nightmare really quickly. Well, thats when the heavens shined down on me and got me to Rockport Auto Clinic. Allen(owner) and Veronica (front desk) had me in early on Monday and out by the end of the day Tuesday. Without question, this is the best Chevy mechanic in the Coastal Bend area. Figured out that my issue was part of a service bulletin for my make and model and I didnt pay an arm and a leg which I was prepping myself for by getting anywhere near the d(st)ealer.     Used this place 2 years ago when our AC went out in our vehicle. Recently our AC went out again, not only did they fix the issue. They didn’t charge us although we had a warranty it expired a couple days ago. Great place, would highly recommend. Very professional & the receptionist was super nice! We will continue using this establishment for our repairs

    My father had an appointment to have his timing belt changed, unfortunately his battery died that morning so the roadside assistance tech from Geico followed him to Rockport Auto Clinic. After testing his electrical system, luckily he only had a loose connection which was quickly fixed. After checking the timing belt, they determined that it did not need to be changed, However, a radiator leak was found. He returned the next morning to have his radiator replaced. The staff was very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with their service, friendly manner and honesty, they could have changed the belt anyway and made more money but did not. I highly recommend Rockport Auto Clinic.

    Highly recommend! I’m a single mom and have had my truck and my daughters truck taken there several times for different issues. Everyone is friendly and professional and most importantly honest.     Beth and her staff of professionals were fantastic! It is so refreshing to actually talk to a REAL person, no automated, click here, wait for a call back customer interaction. These people really care about you having a great experience using their services. They are extremely fair in pricing, and I would recommend Rockport Auto Clinic to anyone that has a car issue.

    Fast service very friendly people. My dad had some issues after he picked up his van they did not reconnect the radiator hose. They did send a tow truck to come get his vehicle. They have a very comfortable waiting room with tv to watch.Beth at the front is very good about keeping you informed on the status of your care.

    My emissions control light had been coming on recently, so while out running errands, I stopped to get gas, then my car stalled coming out of the gas station. I pulled up Google Maps to find the nearest auto repair shop, and it was just by the grace of God that this place was first on the list and right down the road. They got my car in right away, figured out I needed two solenoids replaced and an oil change, were able to fix my car right then (I was terrified I’d stall on the highway), and my car runs great now. Their charges are very, very reasonable. Thank you to everyone who works there and a big thank you to Beth, who was so friendly and helpful in telling me several things to do in the area and sights to see. You guys are awesome!

    Brought my vehicle to them from Port Aransas. Very friendly staff! Got my vehicle in BEFORE appointment time! Left the Auto Clinic within 30 minutes of when repair was initiated! Very fair repair cost. I was impressed. Then, today I got a thank you card in the mail....hand written! Who does that these days? I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing vehicle service!

    We went for a brake check because another shop said we needed brakes and brake flush plus new rear gas shocks for $ 1500.0 . Well BETH the very professional counter person said before they even check bbrakes that on our 2012 Ford Flex it would be around $ 300 to $400 buck . Long way from $1500.00 made an appointment and took it in and after check BETH tells us we do not need brakes yet and pads and rotors good. I suggested che k shocks because now Im mad and need to kno . BETH comes back after shock check and GUESS WHAT????? DID NOT NEED SHOCKS EITHE . BETH and the whole crew have forever our business on our auto . This shop has proven to be the best I have seen in many years so THANK YOU BETH AND THIS COMPANY for being honest business people and fantastic peopl . Jim and Carolyn
