Additionally, I appreciated the fairness and reasonableness of the service and repair costs, which significantly eased my concerns. Roberts Air Conditioning in Gulf Shores recently installed a whole new system at my home. Keith and Ray were very skilled and knowledgeable installers and repairmen. The showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. Took only about 5 hours. They were considerate of cleaning up thoroughly after completion. They answered all my questions and were very informative.My experiences with all the Roberts AC personnel has been totally positive for the last 3 or more years . I rate them five stars and highly recommend them.

I have used this company for several years with different projects. I found them on Google when my AC was not working at my house. I spoke with Rick and within a couple of hours he sent a technician named Reggie that was very thorough, knowledgeable, and got me fixed up. Since then, I have had a new unit installed and have had no issues. I am scheduled for a re-pipe of all of my plumbing and I know I am in good hands with this company. From customer service to completion of job, they are unmatched! I highly recommend them!

110824 Dylan Middleton, plumber made a service visit to our home. We had a ruptured water line, an outside faucet that was leaking. He was working in Gulf Shores on a rather unexpected, involved project, basically requiring his full attention. Our appointment was scheduled from 1 to 3. He was not here by 3 pm but I was updated he would arrive late. He drove into Lillian, took care of our problems, knowing he would be working late into the night related to the Gulf Shores project. We so appreciate his dedication to his customers. We are retired, elderly and just knowing we are in such capable hands, someone who is knowledgeable and extremely pleasant and patient is truly a blessing. Thank you Roberts Plumbing. For an install, Linden and crew came and did very well. They cleaned up and no one knew they were even there. I asked them to save the old unit for me and they stored it in their warehouse for a few days for me.Our salesman, Brandon, was very pleasant and presented many options. He even did a free follow up visit to verify that we didnt have any additional issues with the existing ductwork and sealed up openings that enabled infiltration of attic air.

My water heater was leaking and I needed it replaced. It hadnt been working for 5 days and it was inconveniently located in the attic. Dylan came on Tuesday, gave me an estimate, and showed up promptly Wednesday morning to replace it. He was very knowledgeable and personable. It had to be around 130 degrees in the attic, but he had a great attitude the whole time. He also cleaned up after himself. That was much appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Its good to have hot water again.

Our disposal clogged today. We are HVAC customers of Roberts so I called for plumbing help. Dylan arrived promptly and went right to work. He identified the cause of the clog and then set about fixing it. He replumbed the drain pipes so the disposal can work properly and the sink drains as it should. Dylan is very knowledgeable and professional. Plus, hes a good guy. If you have plumbing troubles you need Dylan (and Roberts too).

Our technician, William, went above and beyond. After repairing the unit, he performed additional services like blowing down the condensate line without being asked to, nor did he charge extra for that. I cawld Roberts to hep me out with my plumbing. Cause dontcha see, my issue required thanking waay beyond my skill sets. I ain’t no plumber. Never even played one on TV, nor did I sleep in a Holiday Inn last night.Well, these two young fellas (let’s just cawl ‘em Tyler and Dylan to protect their identity) showed up and I told ‘em what the matter was. When they heard how I described what I was dealing with, I could immediately see their minds kicking in gear. They were trying to solve my conundrum with an extraordinary amount of mental energy. I’m serious. I know these things. I’m an old field artillery officer. I can tell when someone is 100% engrossed in a problem-solving process. Oh, the confidence that THAT gives a fella!😊Tyler and Dylan figgard thangs out, got their hands dirty, made a mess, fixerated evathang that needed a fixen, cleaned up and commenced to explaining how they made my plumbing woes go away. I didn’t understand how they were able to accomplish so much. But somehow or another it made sense to me. Them fellas knowed what they was a doing. We had a heat pump issue for years and also couldn’t get it to cool down our house well enough in some rooms … after several companies came and made “repairs or additions” to try to make it work better, Scott Singletery from Robert’s came over and figured out that the original installers did not install the right thermostat for that unit and also didn’t configure the thermostat correctly. The duct work was installed incorrectly too and so after Scott came to the rescue and had duct work redone and thermostat exchanged, all is working as it should have been!! Ac quit working in my rental, I knew theres nobody else I would call. Called up Roberts and Lauren took my call, she was very professional, polite, and helpful.
