This is probably the third or fourth service weve had with Roberson AC. Were very grateful for their business as they do have more to offer than a reactive service. Theyve helped us reasonably promptly more than a couple years ago when our unit went out during the bitter Arctic Blast and the rest were minor maintenance issues on an aging unit. At that time, theyve done a great job repairing our unit that helped make the rest of that winter and the following seasons comfortable. It probably took them a day for that huge repair. For this minor issue, it took them less than an hour to fix it from the moment we agreed on the estimate. Theyre knowledgeable and professional with a human touch as they tried to help us already when my husband first called so we can wait for them over the weekend. Mr. Joe explained and answered questions in simple language patiently. I also appreciate theyre upfront with costs and they also accept financing options. They never forced hard sell, force us into a job or their schedule. We do recommend Roberson AC as they were recommended by friends in town and we definitely look forward into their other services. Personally, we also recommend their service agreement on the maintenance of our HVAC unit, which we could have availed earlier to prevent a sudden expense or risking a major damage during harsh weather. Do try and give them a call.

This is for service performed at my place of employment. I manage a solar farm. Our control house HVAC wasnt working right - kept tripping off. Roberson came out and made it right. Most importantly, to me, they consistently communicated when they would arrive as well as what their recommendations were and what the timeline to fix the situation would be.

We have been with Roberson Air Conditioning for many years. They maintain our AC and Heating unit for us. We have the Family Service Plan with them too, and have had that for many years as well. They also work on the units at two of our childrens homes. Just this weekend during the extremely hot weather our daughters unit went out during the night. Roberson Air Conditioning came out the next day and fixed the AC and our daughter had air by that afternoon. These people make sure their customers are taken care of. The young men that come to our house have never been anything but prompt, courteous and educated on their products. They educate you on what is going on with your unit. They show respect for us and our home, always. Will always recommend their service and have nothing but respect for their company and employees!! We bought our unit from Roberson Air Conditioning. Installation went perfect and they service it regularly. On the hottest day of the year the unit was not cooling our home , we called Robersons and within a very short time the repair service was at our door. Rick with Roberson Air Conditioning was so nice and fixed my A/C problem . I am very satisfied with this company. I wasnt sure which A/C company to use. I read the reviews and Roberson A/C had the best reviews out of all the A/C companies here locally so I called them . They were quick to come out and tell me what was wrong. Rick was thorough and accurate. This is the only company I will use from now on. Thank you Rick for being so patient with all my questions and for fixing my A/C. When my 31 year A/C goes out I know where my new one will be bought at. Roberson Air is the only one I will use from now on.

This review is long overdue. After I learned that Roberson AC also sold windows, we went to see them about replacing the ancient windows in our home. That could not have been a better choice. Our options were made clear to us. The process of installation was Explained just as clear. And the price was fair. We made the right choice. The windows are great. The installation was seamless. It is quite evident that these folks care about their customers and want their business practices to reflect that. I could not recommend the more.

Roberson Air Conditioning stands behind their product. They honor their warranties. You can trust that they are doing a good job every time they come out. They offer suggestions on how to make things work better, too. Their turnaround on repairs is as quick as they can get it. Recently we had to have a unit replaced and they even had a hot shot deliver it to expedite things. I have used Roberson for many years. I liked them so well when my Mom had ac problems I had her use them also. Over the years they babied my old unit & kept it running. Five years ago when it was time to replace it I was given an estimate, I should say estimates, for replacing it with a good unit, a better unit. I have multiple dogs & it was recommended I install a filter in the attic in addition to the regular filter. This addition has made a huge difference, & I didnt know these things existed!!!When our unit decided on the hottest day of this year (up until then, which of course was a Saturday) to not cool, I called Roberson and left a message. Within 15 minutes my call was returned. He was upfront about what a service call started at (I thought it was cheap for a Saturday evening! Dont let them know that!!!). In less than 10 minutes he was here, less than 10 minutes after that we were cooling again.Another time, before they replaced my Moms unit, her ac was acting up. I called & Roberson was booked solid for that day. I explained my Mom was elderly, had health issues, & getting her out of her place to a cooler one (like mine) was very difficult. He ran out between jobs, was able to get her unit cooling & set a time to come out the next day to diagnose & repair Moms ac. To me, that says more about what this company is about than anything else I could say!!!!!!!!!!I would like to give more than 5 stars, but dont have that option.I have always felt that I have been dealt with honestly, my work has always been done when Roberson said it would be, and I think their prices are great.

The Roberson brothers recently installed a whole home dehumidifier for me.I could not be more pleased with this equipment. It keeps the Texas humidity down in my home, and makes the mild days when the AC does not run much more comfortable.Since the unit was added I now find that I can set the air at a higher temp, and am more comfortable. The air conditioner runs much less now and shows on my power bill.Joe did the install. He’s very knowledgeable and a true pro in his trade.

I knew the owner and one of his sons, it was great. I called them just asking a few questions but before I knew it they were on the road from Wharton all the way to Sugar Land to come see me. THey diagnosed the problem, set me up with a remedy, gave me a great price and had it installed the next day. I cant complain at all. We called three different AC companies before calling Roberson and no one could fix our issue with high humidity in our house. After calling Roberson they ensured us that they consider themselves experts and could fix it. Jacob came into my home and taught us a lot about air quality while he fixed the problem. He spent a good amount of time making sure the problem was truly fixed for us instead of rushing and just guessing what was going on. We won’t use any other company again. I was very impressed.
