I had a terrible experience with a previous concrete contractor company that set my new driveway incorrectly, causing flooding (seen below), so I was very hesitant on selection of a new company to correct the job. I chose Rigel Services based on recommendations and reviews. Alfredo was quick to respond and gave me a fair price to do the job correctly. After fighting weather delays, his crew showed up and did the job as quickly as possible. The crew was professional, showed up in safety vests and had proper equipment to do the job. Driveway was installed perfectly allowing drainage to side yard away from house. Alfredo was great with communication and very friendly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they never came back to remove the concrete board forms after multiple requests, so I had to do them myself so the French drain could be installed. All said, I’d highly recommend Rigel Services.
