Was courteous and gave a call ahead of time, especially since we werent home, to let me know they were on the way. Jarrett was straight forward with his diagnostics, kept me in the loop with pictures and videos and communicated everything perfectly. Being a first time homeowner and knowing the ac was going to need replacing, I truly appreciate the suggestions that were made. Now, we now we need to replace ac and a rep will be by tomorrow to go over options. As of now, I highly recommend. Will update after tomorrows meeting and if we go forward, another update after new ac is in place.

Michael and Eric arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. They had my drain unstop in 10 minutes. Then they ran a camera through the drain line to show me what the problem was and suggested that they send out an expert the next day to, analyze the problem and suggest solutions. I would highly recommend Parobek plumbing for all of your service needs. Michael and Eric couldnt have been nicer or better prepared to help.

I called Parobek to come and give me an estimate on cleaning my ducts and checking refrigerant in my ac units. First, Cody cane out the same day to check the ducts and showed my live video from the ducts and said we really didnt need it. I was very surprised at that given a first proposal received from a different service company. I was impressed with his honesty given what he could have said. So, that made me an immediate fan of this company and Cody. He then dispatched a different tech, Anthony, the next morning to check our refrigerant. As I expected we were low in one unit. He showed me pics of the evaporator coil and how it was rusty. He used his equipment to track the leak to the coil and rightly suggested we should replace the coil but said he could just gas it up if thats what I wanted. Again, a very honest recommendation. So, 2 of their guys showed how honest and trustworthy they are. I very much recommend Parobek and the guys if you need any HVAC work done

As always, thank you Parobek for the high quality of service provided.New Post 9/1/2024We were seeing some dimming of lights for a second or two at time of AC unit start up. We therefore had Parobek come out (on 8/30/2024) to check our system and to see if we had a hard start kit installed, which we did not. We requested one to be installed and immediately after install, the dimming issue at start up was no more. Jarrett, our assigned Comfort Specialist was great. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Jarrett for the high quality of service you provided us. Kudos Parobek!__________8/23/2024While my grandson and I were trenching a 136-foot line for electrical (on 8/22/2024), we inadvertently hit a water line. We went ahead and shut the water off and immediately called Parobek. They were able to get a crew out within 1-1/2 to 2 hours to make the repair. Many thanks to Nick and Eric for the great repair, workmanship and quality of service. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Also, thank you to the office staff who were able to get someone out to our home in the sticks quickly. They are always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I had the great displeasure of having my AC go out…thankfully it’s October and not 105*! That said, it’s still Texas and it’s still gross. We called out Parobek bc we are tired of our old AC company charging us double what these guys do to come out and look..and then it’s a crap shoot as to whether they’ll do anything. Parobek on the other hand did a great job. Anthony & John made sure I knew exactly what was going on, why it was happening and what it will take to fix it. They gave me 3 options, all suck, but it’s not their fault 🤣Hands down, I’d have Parobek back out again. Especially if all the employees are as great as everyone I spoke/dealt with..Tarra, Anthony and (big) John were all very helpful, very friendly and helpful.

Being new to the area and having a huge plumbing problem, I called Parobek plumbing and A/C. I was extremely impressed by every one in the office and everyone who came to my house. My plumbing crew were Micheal, David, Maverick, Daniel and Jonathan. Jonathan was at my house the most. He kept me informed on everything they were going to do, a whole new sewer line, and estimated time on when it should be completed. I will diffently use Parobek every time in the future!!

He provided a lot of great information and completed the work efficiently. He explained things in detail and understood that some repairs may need to be done at a later time due to financial constraints. We are very happy that we have a membership with Parobek because we appreciate the great customer service.

Elijah C and John S showed up at my home today and were such a huge help for many things in an older home that I had just purchased. They were there to fix a kitchen sink faucet (that was handled) and ended up showing my partner and I things in our home that might need some adjusting. This was not some gimmicky thing in which they were trying to get more money for Parobek . I should say that myself and my parents have used Parobek for many years. I don’t know where they find their employees, but they are always the most polite and kind and thorough individuals. Elijah and John were all of those things.

I’ve reviewed them before but reviewing again because I continue to be impressed with Parobek. We had a longstanding issue where our HVAC system was steadily dripping into its drip pan and 2 other companies came out and didn’t figure it out. Thankfully today Anthony Maldonado came out, actually found the root of the problem once and for all, and fixed it. For everything related to HVAC and Plumbing, Parobek is the way to go.

I called Parobek this morning with my AC out.I talked to Tina and she put me on the schedule for around noon. Jarrett came out around 1 pm. It turned out to be a tripped breaker (I should have checked!). Jarrett checked the entire system and nothing seemed wrong. Probably a weak breaker, I would agree. In any case my air is running again. Jarrett was pleasant, friendly and my dog liked him. Says it all. I also set up an annual maintenance service with Parobek.I highly recommend Parobek from personal experience.Steve Grengs
