    Simply put Michael was exactly who you are looking for! Honest, transparent pricing, FAIR pricing, QUALITY WORK, two very quiet and hard working installers, they were all very respectful, respectable, clean, and focused on working hard.I got 3 quotes and this was by far the best, even in the experience of Michael coming in to giving the quote and then giving a straightforward price.Thankfully with a brand new system install within 1 business day. I got a quote on Friday and install was completed by Monday afternoon!

    Michael came out Friday and checked our system and confirmed we would need a new one. He got us schedule for Tuesday the day after Memorial day which was prefect with us. Michael texted me Tuesday morning to let me know the names of the two workers who were coming and they even showed up early which is awesome. They started before 8am and was finished up about 11:30am which is awesome since they took out the old stuff and installed all new stuff including a gas furnace. The men that put the unit in was extremely quiet and friendly and their work was very clean the only way I knew they were working was hearing the power tools. They even cleaned up and took everything with them. Plus the system is extremely quiet it was so nice to upgrade from our 1982 unit lol. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone I have dealt with have been friendly and professional. Thank you all at Palady Air.

    I was extremely pleased with the whole house installation we received with both a conventional HVAC system with all brand new ducts and a Split system with two inside units. This was a very complicated and difficult installation to both plan and execute and Michael, the owner was there to help us plan and guide his team’s installation when required. We received a very competitive price and great service with a smile even when we were working through the difficult parts. If you have a big or complicated system I highly recommend Palady Air.

    Palady installed 2 mini splits and a completely new Ducane system including new ducts/duct boxes, air handler and heat pump. Everything is working good. We had a water leak over a duct and Michael was very patient with letting us get it fixed before completing the job. Everyone involved was punctual, polite and very hard working. We are thankful to have found such a good HVAC company.

    July 2024 Update: Palady Air installed new ducting in two areas of my home. The three-man crew was amazing. They arrived on time & completed the work under their estimated timeframe. And left my home in pristine condition despite cutting through drywall. The three men on the crew were courteous & professional. Really excellent work at a reasonable price. Thanks, Palady Air!The day the heat index is forecast to be 108 is not the day you want to begin by learning your AC isnt working. It happened to me yesterday & Palady Air came to my rescue immediately. From Jessica, who answered my call even though the office wasnt open, to Michael, the rescuer, the Palady team was friendly, professional, & efficient. In less than 2 hours, my house was once again livable.Im not only very impressed but now a customer for life. I highly recommend Palady to anyone with heating or cooling issues.     Palady Air Services was recommended to us when we moved to the area several years ago. They have serviced and then replaced our home system as well as service our business system. The home system died in the middle of a 100 degree July heat wave (of course) and Michael came out same day and we discussed the options of repair versus replace. We decided to replace and upgrade and he had a new system available to install the next morning. Truly a lifesaver. Locally owned by a really cool family too!

The latest service call had him going under a wasp filled underneath house to fix chewed wires that were no longer making a connection. Praise the Lord he was able to fix it.     Our air stopped cooling around 4:30 in the afternoon. I came home from tutoring and it was 88° in our house. I asked around on Facebook and a lot of my friends recommended Palady Air. So I called them and spoke with Jessica. She took my name and information and then had Michael call me later. He came out later in in the evening and got us fixed up. That was huge because a lot of places would not return my calls or we were put on a list for the next day. I’m so thankful to Palady Air for taking good care of us in an emergency situation. We are nice and cool now. ❤️

    When our AC/Heating unit broke down, we placed a call to Palady Air & they came to us within 30 minutes. Our unit is over 20 years old & we knew it could possibly need replacing. Michael Carter along with Jim Palady tried to find parts to replace but to no avail. We agreed to install a new unit. This process from start to finish took 3 days. From the service call to the install, Palady Air was in communication with us daily. Jim Palady is a leader in his field. We appreciate the urgency, professionalism, concern & efficiency you’ve shown us. I highly recommend this company.

    These guys are an example of an amazing local business. Our A/C unit was very old and very tired. Michael from Palady came out and gave us a quote for a new one and they had it installed the very next day. The installation was fast and professional. Palady Air is where I will point anyone with A/C needs.And the best part, the new unit is so much more efficient that we are saving more money in electricity usage than the cost of financing the new unit!     Palady Air replaced our A/C unit and we are very pleased with the service we received. First of all, they called to schedule the service. Then they came by the day before to check everything so they would have everything they needed. The day of the replacement, they were on time, efficient, pleasant and thorough. They got the job done In a timely manner, checked everything out thoroughly and cleaned up their mess. Very professional and efficient. Would recommend and use again.

    We needed a new AC/ Heater unit as ours was installed in 1998. We got three different estimates and Palady provided the best value. They were not the lowest but gave us more for our money and even worked with us on the final pricing. When Justin Garner and Chad Wymore came to install the new inside and outside unit they were highly professional. They put down tarps and were careful to not make or leave a mess. They even cut and installed two new vents in our living room and there wasnt a trace that they had been there. They cleared and removed all the trash and there was a large concrete pad from the previous outside unit that they also moved for me! If you are looking for a new install or just reliable service take a hard look at Palady and I am certain that you wont be disappointed.

    Michael came to do routine maintenance before the onset of our summer heat. The outside unit was the original from when the house was built 17 years ago. The upstairs unit was about eight years old and was continuing to leak Freon and the motor was beginning to fail. He explained the options of doing a partial or complete replacement. We chose to do a full replacement with parts that are made in the USA and a longer warranty. Within a week, his crew came and did the work in just a couple of hours.
