Oliver Dyer’s Appliances is my go-to for all large appliances. Delivery of this large KitchenAid refrigerator was efficient and well done. The crew was amazingly strong and careful taking out the old fridge and bringing in the new one. They completed the unwrapping, got the new fridge ready to use, and took the trash with them. We’ve also purchased a washer, a dryer, and a dishwasher through Oliver Dyer getting delivery in a day or two! Try them and get the personal touch.

I needed a part for my microwave.I called Friday evening at about 5pm.The staff member, Andrew, explained that he had the part, the price and made sure to tell me what time they were closing if I intended to come in tonight.I drove right over.I have the pleasure of speaking to Andrew in person who explained a lot about the part I was buying and about why the part broke in the 1st place.He tested my other parts to see if they were still working.I bought a door switch and a fuse that he suggestedI really appreciate Andrew and absolutely would recommend them for parts.I also was impressed with the appliances they had on hand for purchase.All the staff was so friendly and helpful.I intend to shop for my next allowance need at Olivers on Camp Bowie Fort Worth.

When I bought my house in Ft Worth 5 years ago, I bought all my kitchen appliances from Oliver Dyer-refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, washer & dryer. Everything has worked well until recently when the control board in the washing machine malfunctioned. Replacing it would exceed the price of a new machine, so I returned to Oliver Dyer and bought a new washer. I was so pleased to work with Al, Mr Alexis who got me set up in 2020. After listening to me, he showed me a new Whirlpool front loading washer in the back section and gave me a good price. He has always been very helpful, able to describe each model to be sure I get what I want. He is efficient and pleasant, and is helping me toward my goal of having a stackable set-whenever a matching dryer is available. I appreciate him working with me as I stage this transition in my laundry area.

We were greeted by a very polite and professional guy as soon as we walked in the door. Told him why I was there, ISO a new scratch/ dinged washer/dryer set. He went to work showing me what they had on hand, then went to his computer and searched. I ended up getting what I wanted and at a heck of a good price. This store delivers, setup and remove your old ones. While we waited for info they let us eat in their break room, but most of all me and my friend got a free Christmas plant. Their prices are way better than the “Big Box” stores, which I checked before coming here. The Dryer was delivered that Saturday and that young man was very nice & knowledgeable about setting it up! Hes knowledgeable and very gentle when working with both my old and new ovens. I think their prices are really good. You can find high end stuff here with great discounts, with small blemishes. Bought a Speed Queen dryer from them. David was knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. They had the lowest price (15% off MSRP) for the appliance that I was buying. Delivery wasnt free so bring a truck if you dont want to that expense but, the lower price would have easily made up for the delivery fee had I not had my own way of getting it home. They had a great selection of other appliances there as well. Highly recommend paying them a visit if you are in the market for a new appliance.

I remember my mother just calling Oliver Dyers store and requesting a appliance to be home delivered or their amazing trustworthy repair service to come out. She always new she could trust them. Now, that family tradition has been passed to me. I too, can make that same phone call, knowing that I will receive the same great customer service, in sells and repair as my mother did. Oliver Dyers staff is very professional and they have a heartfelt appreciation for their customers. Their delivery staff take great pride in making sure your home is protected when they deliver you purchase. You, can go to the big box stores to make your purchase, there is really no savings in doing so. You give up the great customer service, guarantee of products, security of your home (not knowing the delivery staff, Oliver Dyers staff has been there for a long time. Great effort in taking caution on who works for them), plus the prices are very comparable to that big box store. Oliver Dyers sale staff has full knowledge of products on what to buy and not to buy. They have the customer in mind not just making the sale. A few years back, a very young man fresh out of College started being my salesman. His name is Ben, Bens father has been with Oliver Dyers for a good while. Keeping the family tradition, they both offer excellent above and beyond customer service. Not only is Oliver Dyers staff has family on the payroll, they make the customer feel like they too are part of the Oliver Dyers family. They are honest and have integrity. Ben was very helpful in helping me pick out a dishwasher which was actually better and a little cheaper than the one I had been looking at. It was in stock so I was able to get it installed the very next day. The delivery/installation went great. They use their own crew rather than some places who just sub it out to random people who just want to get in and out as quickly as possible. Im definitely using them for any appliances I need in the future.

We had a good experience from start to finish. Our salesman was Alton Alexis. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We shopped around and decided to purchase from Oliver Dyers Appliance because we felt Alton provided a more personal experience than the other appliance stores we visited. The store had the dishwasher we wanted in stock. Alton took care of the details (payment, receipt, installation schedule, etc.) over the phone. The dishwasher was delivered a few days later by Cole and Javier, both of whom were very professional and nice. The delivery and installation process was very organized. Cole and Javier were respectful of our home and cleaned up after the installation. We highly recommend Oliver Dyers Appliance and plan on being repeat customers.

He helped us pick out the right unit (we did have to order propane kit and have a plumber come install it). Very satisfied with product. We had to have some warranty work done with the belt on the dryer. Benny and Jason were prompt on coming out and took care of the issue in no time at all. Benny shared a little knowledge on the unit which will be helpful in the future. Great team and products. As soon as we are ready to move into out next home we will buying our appliances here.

I have been buying from Oliver Dyer exclusively since 2008. They have a great staff who have been there for decades. They treat the customer fairly and dont try to sell you something you dont need. On top of that, we did a kitchen remodel and had paid for an install that had been done by our contractor. Well, Id forgotten about it and Oliver Dyer called to tell me that they owed us a refund. Theyve been honest above reproach for us and thats why Ill continue to use them instead of the big box stores. Also, if you buy Samsung or other Korean products from the big box stores, parts have to be ordered from Korea and take longer to get. Oliver Dyer has parts on hand or are able to get them quickly for their brands (Whirlpool, GE, Kitchen Aid, etc.) . Keep that in mind when your dishwasher/washing machine/dryer goes out due to a power surge. You want it fixed quickly.

Bought my refrigerator almost a year ago, from their scratch and dent section. I still have no idea where the defect is. Still looks brand new and hasnt had any issues. They delivered and installed it from me. I will definitely being back when I am read for a different gas cook top.

Skip Home Depot and Lowe’s all together and just go here instead. Their prices are lower, their appliances are better, they deliver faster, and the sales associates are more knowledgeable. I appreciate them calling at a reasonable time in the morning to confirm the delivery time later on in the afternoon instead of only 20 minutes prior. We definitely won’t be going anywhere else for appliances.

Went to Dyers on Monday looking for refrigerator and was shown around by Chuck Patrick. Besides the pristine, new models, they had a huge selection of discounted new refrigerators that had some kind of blemish (so as to qualify as scratch and dent) that were back in their warehouse. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as we looked at different brands and models. I ended up getting a very nice 5 door KitchenAid (25.8 cu. ft.) for almost half off. It had a noticeable dent, but that was at the back lower edge, and I knew that area would be covered by the wall and not seen at all. He was prompt in getting the paper work done, and it was delivered and installed 2 days later by two nice gentlemen who got the job done promptly and did not ding any walls, etc. Very pleased with the transaction and would do business with again!
