My husband and I were preparing our first Christmas dinner and after 3 hours of cooking the turkey, our oven shut off (F9 error). We were extremely stressed but Neighborly diagnosed our problem and provided us with a temporary fix until after the holidays. After Christmas, Neighborly followed up with us by researching the error code on our oven range, identifying the parts that needed ordered, and scheduling the service visit for repair. We have received several follow up calls to make sure the range is working appropriately.

While doing laundry my washer machine decided it wanted to cause a great flood in my apartment. Maintenance came by and determined that the washer machine was hooked up correctly and I would need to seek outside help to resolve the problem. I contacted Neighborly Appliance Repair and after a brief explainationn of what I was experiencing they knew what was going on. The pressure switch and hose needed to be replaced. My part was order and machine was fixed within a two day window. Fastest and most reliable service Ive ever experienced.

Amazing experience with them. They always show up on time, are professional and kind and I have never had a problem that they couldn’t fix. They even fixed a dryer that was submerged in water after hurricane Harvey. Highly recommend!

Calvin was great. He was knowledgeable, on time and handled the problem in an efficient manner. He fixes all types of appliances and does so at a reasonable price. We will definitely be using Neighborly Appliance in the future for any other needs.

I have used Neighborly for YEARS! I missed them when they were taking a break. They are the most knowledgeable , kind and I always trust what I am being told. I am so happy we are back together.
