    Tom is an excellent repairman who responded to our call, arrived and solved our AC unit issue same day. He was quick to diagnose the blown capacitor and quoted us a fair price for the maintenance. Within an hour of showing up our AC was back up and running. On top of that he is very polite and professional. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

    Excellent customer service. We bought a new HVAC system from National Air conditioning & Refrigeration several years ago and have been extremely pleased with the performance of the unit they recommended as well as their twice yearly maintenance program. They always call to remind us about scheduling service, and their technicians are always on time and very professional.

    Thomas Anthony and George Karumathy were out today to fix our furnace/AC and did an outstanding job!! They didnt take very long, and they were so professional! They understood everything we were describing. Usually work like that leaves a lot of mess with insulation and such and they were SO clean!! They were amazing! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!

    I reached out to multiple A/C repair services on a Friday night, not only did Thomas & George return my call immediately, they came by to check the broken unit within 2 hours (~8pm)! They came out again the next day morning to replaced the broken unit, and we had a fully functioning A/C later that day. Great service and reasonably priced! Highly recommend.

    This is the second time I am calling them for something, they are very fast in responding and very reasonable in pricing. Even though we didn’t have the right part for the repair, he was very patient, and waited for getting the right part. In the mean time he was getting several phone calls, where he had to rush to after finishing this work. Extremely nice, very professional and hard working. Highly recommending them. E

    National Air Conditioning is very reliable and trustworthy. Our air conditioning went out mid summer on a Saturday evening and they were immediately here to assess and repair. We have used this company multiple times and they never fail to show up as soon as possible. Prices are also very reasonable and fair. Highly recommended!

It had not been cooling for quite some time and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly .He and his partner that accompanied him were very professional and efficient with time .     This company was absolutely amazing! Our furnace was having issues right before the holidays (11PM at night). When I called late in the evening, they answered and said they could be there the next morning. They arrived on time and fixed the problem within the hour.     Thomas came to check out my HVAC that wasnt cooling even though I just replaced my condenser a few months ago with someone else.     Im very pleased with Thomas and John for fast, efficient and honest service. I called Thomas this morning @ 9 and he came to the house at 1pm. He checked everything and said everything is good except for old furnace which needs changing in a few years time. He did maintenance service, added Freon and was done in about an hour. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs A/C servicing.

    We had an AC issue on Saturday evening in our home. I called around atleast 10 companies / individuals to take a look at the problem. No one was available till Mon. I finally made a call to a new company National AC in Stafford. They were able to come to my house by 9pm, took 2 hours to review and complete work. Great customer experience and very helpful as we had guests over staying at our place that night. These guys are extremely professional, does not over charge.
