    My wife & I were trying to decide on getting a new vehicle or fixing up her current 1, we also thought there were things wrong with it that wouldve cost a lot but ended up saving so much $$ by him pinpointing the real (& cheaper) issue & by not buying a new car because of the great & honest work done by Jack! As 2 females & with myself not knowing much about cars its easy for the wrong person/shop to take advantage but instead Jack took his time explaining every little thing to me & didnt make me feel like a bother while I asked him my 18 thousand questions lol. He did excellent work, in sufficient timing & for a reasonable price. He let us take in some of our own parts so itd be cheaper on us & the cars now running better than ever. We appreciate him greatly & Id recommend him & this shop to any of my friends & family immediately! We will be returning with any other car issues in the future!

    Great service and amazing staff. They had a breakdown of all the information for me regarding my car. I came for a check up and found out I needed brakes. They got it done for me same day. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for any service!

    I have a 2010 mazda 6 had no clue wat was wrong with it took it to several different mechanics claimed it was fix and it wasn’t . So I did my own search for a good mechanic shop and when I say this was the best choice I’ve could of ever made it truly was I had my car towed around 7 pm bc of wrk they closed at 6 but made sure that my car was in good hands they have a secure drop box for keys and by the next day jack let us kno there starting the process on my car. He always kept me and my wife posted on wat was going on with the car he sent me a text message stating everything that needed to be fix very reasonable was always up front with us never felt like he was trying to take advantage mind you were 2 females barely know anything about cars and had my car fix within 2 days had my car back and about a few weeks later my starter went out not there fault car stuff happens so I took my car back to my C.a.r center bc they did a great job the first time around and I trusted there service. very respectful let me kno the price again very reasonable and now my car is back up and ready for the long haul I can’t thank this place enough for all the great work they did on my car and to jack for always being 100 percent with us . I will always take my car here and forever a customer. Thank yall and happy holidays

    Had trouble with my ac for months! Works like a charm now!I’m very specific when it comes to picking a place to take my car!     I absolutely love my car center!! This is the only place I trust to take my vehicle! Jack & his team are great with communicating with me about what’s going on with my car & prices!!     After struggling with a lemon car purchase from CarMax for about 9 months. The mechanics were able to completely break down my expedition and build it back to where is it working.     The referral that I received to My C.A.R Care Center was hands down one of the best referrals Ive ever received. We live in a time when finding dependable and affordable auto repair care is not the status quo, and Jack and his team challenge the status quo. They offer phenomenal auto expertise, and their customer service is fantastic! I needed a catalytic converter replacement, and they charged 1/3 of what most other shops quoted (definitely the dealerships). Jack brought my old converter into the waiting area to show me the issue, and gave me auto advice to maximize the efficiency of my engine. In addition to Jack, Shae is their service advisor, and she is WONDERFUL! My vehicle repair was going to take longer than initially anticipated, and without hesitation she offered to bring me home. Not only does she relay the information from the technicians, but she speaks the auto language of the technicians, and explains it so you leave without confusion and questions. If youre looking for the best of the best in auto care, this is your place!

    I Highly recommend choosing my car center for all your mechanical repairs! I recently had a complete engine replaced by Jack and his team. Extremely knowledgeable, explains every step of the process as to why a part needs to be replaced with no pressure sales!     I would definitively recommend this place. Our vehicle is working great, service provided seemed honest, respectful and in a timely matter.The only area of opportunity I see is in communication, when an estimated time for an update or delivery is given, itd be nice to receive a note even if theres been a delay or there arent news yet, to at least know that theres still some wait needed and that it hasnt been ignored.

    Had my cam phasers, as well as a timing chain kit replaced on my 2018 f150. Jack and his team, Performed the work in great time. Engine was left very clean and the issue was fixed.
