After inspection, they explained in detail how my system was working currently and provided me with options on repairs and not just to make money off of me by advising me that I needed a new system. They went into great details of how long I can minimally expect certain replacement items to last on my aged system so I can make appropriate decisions for today. What I really admire about this company they did not try to sell me a new furnace or air conditioner like others tried to do. I absolutely love everything about this company and can’t say enough great things about it!My mom’s AC unit stopped working on one of the hottest 3-digit weather days in Texas. We contacted and booked 4 different companies for an estimate. All of them, with the exception of Mullins, attempted to charge us exorbitant fees to run several diagnostic tests. The technician from Mullins was actually able to simply look at the unit and tell us exactly what the problem was (the same as the other 3 estimates). They explained in detail what repairs would be required and the costs associated. Once the part arrived, they were at my mom’s house the same day to complete the job.As a protective daughter who adores her mom, it was of the utmost importance that I hired someone trustworthy, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Mullins embodied all 3! On average, they were actually $1000 less than the other companies we’d hired for estimates!This was by far the best experience for both me and my mom. We would absolutely use Mullins (the owner, Chris, is amazing) again and recommend them over and over!

I highly recommend Mullins Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating. Our air conditioner unexpectedly gave out the week of the 4th of July holiday during near 100 degree temperatures. We immediately called Mr. Mullins as he had done quality work for us in the past and we trusted him to come to our aid. We were so relieved when Mr. Mullins personally answered the phone and got right out to diagnose the problem. He quickly obtained the parts and kept in touch with us to let us know when he would be there to install them. Any time we had a question we would call and he answered promptly. No voicemails and unreturned calls. What a breath of fresh air! Mr. Mullins two sons showed up promptly on time to do a perfect install job on the unit and we couldnt be more pleased. There are a lot of air conditioning companies out there and we werent really experienced with the ins and outs of it all but when we needed relief from the summer heat Mr. Mullins and his two sons came through perfectly for us. If we had to lose our air conditioning in the summer heat we could not have asked for a better experience than we had with Mullins Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating. I know who Ill be calling in the future!
