Scheduling was simple easy and personable. Online portal system provides estimates on technician arrival and is easy to navigate and use. Stefan was prompt, on time, diligent, and most of all friendly and honest. Many companies see opportunities to up sell customers on add-ons or upgrades, this company was not the case. When you consider your customers first, you develop a better relationship and that is what Mr. Reliable Heat and Air does. -

The name says it all, Mr. Reliable is dependable. They were very helpful during our time of need in the Houston summer. Pricing was very competitive. While we were waiting to get the unit installed Mr. Reliable set us up with a couple of window units for us to get by. They were lifesavers especially with our 6 month old baby at the time. Very excited to have A/C again. Andy was very personable, friendly and answered all my questions. He didnt try to up-sell me, rather gave me options with no pressure in either direction. Most importantly, i paid a fair price for the repair and membership, unlike Abicuss who tried to charge me $1,330 for a capacitor at 2 am last night. Very pleased and grateful for a little bit of honestly and information on what to expect for future routine service visits. Thank you! -

I’m glad we didn’t wait until hotter temps for Abraham to give our AC a tuneup. He had to do some trouble shooting problems with our old system, diagnosing, and estimating solutions with multiple options, and a lot of explaining and answering my (probably dumb) questions. Very professional, brought his own shoe covers, didn’t trash talk previous work competitors had done. We will be calling them again. -

It started with a simple FB inquiry about a Lennox system. Drew, the owner, was 1 of the very few that responded. He gave me a simple education regarding HVAC system. Not once did he try to sell me his services or anything. He even suggested to read the reviews on Google prior to choosing anyone. I decided to give Drew at Mr. Reliable Heating & Air a call. To keep the story short, I booked an appointment.Stefan was sent over for the inspection of my HVAC system. He was very thorough of whats needed to be done. I ended up going for a complete HVAC replacement (i knew my coils were shot). The quote was right around the average I was getting from others. The following weekend was the scheduled work. Mario arrived and was superb! He made sure that everything was properly done and worked later than expected. He explained everything that was going on during the install. I can tell after speaking to him that he value his work quality. Everything went smooth and I couldnt be happier. I now have heat and most of all, COLD air! Mr. Reliable Heating & Air has 4.9 star for a reason. Thanks Drew for the great service and superb staff! -
