    Im new to Lewis Complete Auto Repair and dont live close by. However, I dropped off a car I was purchasing that needed some work. Their staff has been friendly and helpful.     Totally SatisfiedWe took my wifes car in with a bad coolant leak and was expecting the worse but these guys found the problem quickly and turned out to be a hose and it was replaced and solved our issue with a minimal cost!!! We have been using Lewis Complete Auto Repair for years and they are honest, trustworthy and know how to take care of their customers! We will definitely be back when the need arises!!     Once again, Lewis Complete Auto Repair found and fixed an issue that another shop during diagnostics.A/C was not working in truck. Another shop wanted to replace several expensive modules and had my truck for over a week with no solution.I dropped my truck with Jason and his team around 9am and was picking it up by 4pm. Problem was A/C coolant hadnt been properly filled after an compressor replacement.Lewis Complete Auto Repair took the time to properly assess the problem, instead of looking for excuses to buy parts I didnt need.I know this is a long review, but this now makes several instances where LCAR has properly repaired our vehicles when other shops saw an opportunity.

    I love this place! This is my 2nd time dealing with this shop. Both times I was met with respect and patience. Jason helped explain exactly what was going on with my car in a way that I could understand. I never felt as though I was being rushed or was annoying with all my questions. They do great work at a decent price.     I cant speak highly enough about the guys at Lewis Complete Auto Repair. I brought my Ram 2500 in with a bad engine. I had rebuilt the top end of that engine twice prior so I know a lot about mechanics. These guys gave me a very direct and honest answer that the engine lost compression on multiple cylinders and would most likely need to be replaced. I gave the go ahead so they ordered the new engine and installed it. It did take a while but the majority of that was due to waiting on the new engine to arrive. Once I got the truck back it did have a few minor issues that would cause the check engine light to come on. However, they took care of the issues I had for free and got me back on the road. These gentlemen are honest, hardworking and extremely respectful. My wife had the opportunity to speak with them once on the phone and immediately mentioned how polite they were. I would not hesitate to send any friends or family to Lewis Complete Auto Repair.

    Highly competent workers with a focus on customer service. They diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning that has been ongoing for 18 months that another shop couldnt identify when looking at it twice.     These guys are a diamond in the rough. I havent had to have any auto work done in a while but my wifes GMC Acadia broke down. The last place I used had shut down so I didnt know where to go. These guys came recommended from an Police Officer in Rowlett so I figured I would try them out. I spoke to Shawn the entire way through the process. He kept me updated the whole time and even advised me on what to do to have my wifes car towed from the side of the highway to their shop. He made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. When he assessed the problem he told me what needed to be done and the cost. He had an opportunity to take advantage of me but didnt. He told me that after the first repair was complete, there could be more based on what the computer code was coming back with. I agreed to have whatever is needed done. After the first repair, that took care of all issues and there wasnt anymore that needed to be done so the first price he gave me was the final price. Very honest and admirable. You guys who have been taken advantage of in the past know thats not always the case.They also completed the work in 1 day but he didnt like how the engine was idling so he kept there to make sure it adjusted correctly. Above and beyond service.I will definitely return here for all my auto needs and recommend them to anyone. Good job Shawn and team and thank you!

    My side arm rest for the rear seat came out. I tried to fix it myself but couldnt. I took it to Lewis Auto Repair and they fixed it in a few minutes. They did not even take the payment. Really glad to find this shop so close to where I live. I will now go here for all my auto service needs!

    Went here based on Google reviews for honesty, quality work, and communications. Took my old Mitsubishi in for an A/C compressor repair/replacement anticipating it to cost over $1000 (best case). After they got into it and determined that the insides had come apart, they determined that it would cost $1800-$2000 depending on whether metal fragments had damaged the condenser. Sunder called me with the bad news and have me a chance to decide, explaining that they could order the parts and start work as soon as I made a decision. Although the repair more than I had expected/hoped, it was the right way to fix it. Although another shop might have cut corners and done the job for less, I would have been gambling with having to do the repair, again. So, I prefer to have a quality job done right the first time so I can get all the usable life possible out of my car. As Ive told my wife, I cant afford any more discounts (referring to paying less for interior quality work). Thats why Ill be taking my familys cars here for out-of-warranty repairs for the foreseeable future.

    Took my van Im for alignment after getting new tires, excellent customer service, work was done in less than 2 hours and that included installing camber bolt kit on both sides. 2 other shops in area wanted more than twice the amount I paid here. My van drives perfect and I will definitely recommend this shop and I will definitely be back for any other repairs.

    Dropped my car off on the day after Christmas because we were having issues with the car starting in the mornings. Sean and the guys took a look at it over the next several days and made some adjustments for me and now it starts right up. When I asked how much I owed them I was shocked to hear that I didnt owe them a dime!!!! They could have easily said they had to replace a few parts, charge me for their labor....anything. This is the third time I have taken a vehicle here and each time I am glad I did. These guys are great. I highly recommend their expertise and service.

    I would not hesitate to recommend Lewis Complete Auto Repair. We are purchasing a used automobile and I needed a pre-purchase inspection performed on a Lexus we were considering. I called and spoke with Shawn who was very professional in helping me out. This repair facility had previously done work on this particular Lexus in 2017. They were familiar with what repairs had been done before and Shawn shared all that information with me concerning repairs. I arrived around the time I told Shawn I would and they quickly got busy doing the inspection. As it turns out we are purchasing the car after receiving the pre-purchase inspection where some minor maintenance repairs were recommended. I was told that the vehicle was very nice for its age and Shawn printed off those suggested items they found. They also gave me estimates on what these repairs would cost. I live almost an hour away from this business and this would be the only reason I wouldnt take my vehicles to them for service. I feel comfortable that Lewis Complete Auto Repair will treat any customer as I was treated, which was proficient and professional.

    This is my third visit with my Saturn Sky Redline Turbo-edition coupe. They found and repaired a blown head-gasket and warped head that three other shops did not or could not. Theyve done my brakes, and oil changes and fixed an air leak in the turbo. They are reasonably priced, extremely professional, and do exemplary work. The parts for my car are getting hard to find, but they manage every time! Im thrilled to have found them!

    These guys are the best! I have a lowered mustang. Which wont fit on many lifts. These guys have a lift that worked perfectly. Sean was awesome! I had an oil change done.     I took my 2012 Dodge Charger to Lewis Complete Auto Repair because the check engine light was on. Because of the sludge in my oil pan, they serviced my car and changed the oil. When they were finished, my check engine light was no longer on. However, they informed me that I should keep an eye on the oil as they suspect the problem might require replacing a timing belt (which they estimate the cost to be around $2,500).
