Really appreciate their confirmation process for appointment & knowing exactly when they would arrive. Abel was professional and knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of my whole system and made recommendations for whole AC system. He was able to take photos of unit in attic to show me as we discussed & that really helped since I can’t get up in the attic anymore. Abel took time to discussed plan for new insulation in my older home. Greatly appreciate his time and highly recommend Legacy Home Services.

My a/c went out last night and I called first thing in the morning. Legacy was highly recommended in my neighborhood so we decided to take a chance on them. We were able to get a same day appointment between 1-4pm, but was called about a cancellation so we were able to have the tech come out early. He was able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed right away. We were impressed by Garrett’s work ethic so we decided to get the yearly maintenance plan for our unit. We are very happy that we went with Legacy because in the past, we have had other a/c repair companies diagnose problems and have not gotten the service we received today. I’m happy that we did not have to go all weekend without air conditioning. We would definitely recommend Legacy to address your air conditioning repairs.

The electrician, Stephen McCabe, who came out to my residence this past week was excellent—thorough, polite, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand and patiently answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. He was also very personable and friendly, making the whole experience stress-free.This isn’t my first time working with this company, as I’ve used their services at two different properties now. Skylar Childress & another tech Xavier came to my home yesterday morning to resolve a problem I had with a “system alert” & the outside unit not running. He did a good job of investigating the source of the problem & determining that the unit was requiring too much amperage & shutting down bc it was outside limits. He adjusted the limits & the unit has been running without problems since then. He did a good job of explaining the problem & what he did to resolve it. I only hope we don’t have more problems as we’ve had to have technicians out at least 8 times since it was installed last spring.

Had an evaluation from Legacy and 3 other companies. All companies did a good job but Jared from Legacy was the best. He did the most complete evaluation and presentation. He recommended not replacing our current electric/gas ducted whole house HVAC system. But as I had recently installed solar he gave me an estimate on a small 9000 BTU 115v Misubishi mini split heat pump to allow us to heat and cool our bedroom with electricity we produce, without wasting resources to heat and cool the entire house.The install started on the day it was scheduled and was done in 1 day. Kyle and Stephen did a first rate job of installation. The system works flawlessly. We could be more pleased.

Richard Margarum at Legacy Heating & Air Conditioning was by far the most informed, conscientious, diligent and earnest HVAC tech weve had experience with since we bought our old house with an aging HVAC system 3 years ago. After his service visit, which successfully got our system up and running again, we realized how poor the other companies service visits had been. He gave us the most comprehensive and precise analysis of the state of our unit, what could be done, what had been done by others, and what and why he took the actions he did on it. We finally understood much more than we had from other techs explanations, and we also realized that we probably would have saved a lot of money and hassle had we discovered Richard and Legacy when we first bought the house.We recommend them and Richard very highly, and we will continue using them for future service.

Just had our second service for this unit and Jacob did a wonderful job cleaning and checking the inside and outside unit. Again Jacob is very friendly and he keeps you informed about what’s going on. We also had Skyler come out to assist Jacob! Jared came out ( very friendly & knowledgeable), gave us a great price and the system was installed on a Saturday, which was so appreciated. Both technicians that installed the unit also very friendly, professional and efficient! One small concern had come up that afternoon/evening and calling after hours was easy. I received a call back shortly after I left a message. Sam showed up not even 10 min later and spend some time to ensure the system was working accordingly. He found the only problem to be was the thermostat, which he replaced. He stayed until temperature dropped, gave me his direct work number to touch base the next day! Our experience with all employees and the service was awesome! If we could give more than 5 stars , I would!!! Thank you to all of the staff at Legacy AC!!

I need to share something that brought me to tears and reassured me that there still is people in this world that care about people and not only money and fake promises. In the midst of having my AC go down I was dealing with the loss of my 2 sisters. Both had passed away within a week of each other. The stress created by my loss multiplies when things like your AC goes out. To my surprise Alex Zharov,, one of the leaders shows up at my home with a sympathy card signed by the office staff offering their condolences and prayers. My heart over flows with appreciation for Alex, Garrett, Jacob, Lex, Niki, Jenn, Amber and all the staff and technicians that showed compassion while providing excellent service. Legacy Home Services demonstrated honesty and integrity to me in a world where that is hard to find. I arrived home late to find the HVAC wasn’t cooling. I called Legacy to see what their availability was regarding sending someone out, and was told they would dispatch a technician asap (thankfully I have the Legacy Family membership plan for priority service). 45 minutes later, Richard M arrived, and after a quick diagnosis, discovered the blower motor had failed. Bad news for me was my system uses a 1hp motor (rare), and he didn’t have one in his truck. The next morning, Richard called informing me they had a motor in the warehouse, and he was going to be out to replace it after I got off work. I highly recommend Legacy Home Services for reliable and fast service!

My wife and I would like to express our complete satisfaction with our purchase of a new replacement a/c system from Legacy Heating and Air Conditioning Services. Our Trane 4 ton system replaced a beleaguered builder installed a/c system that did not really provide optimum service for the 12 years that we had the 3 ton system. Our service Technicians who the install, Kyle Davilas and his associate worked diligently and expertly as they installed this new system. In addition, they replace fault builder installed duct work with a new methodology that improved air flow and cooling dynamics. It is actually chilly in our 2500 sq. ft. home now at the temp we set on the original a/c.If you have to replace your current a/c system or are building a new home, do yourself a service and check with Legacy for a solution.By the way, our sales person spent all morning with us investigating the current system, inside, outside, and in the attic for what we had installed. Octavio was great. He checked our new split we had put in our garage, then offered to inspect our existing units. We had previously had issues with one of our units rusting out after only a couple of years use. At the time no one could explain to us why this was the case. Octavio explained that because our house has foam insulation instead of conventional insulation, our existing units were too large and there was no vent to allow air to circulate. As a result there was condensation and rust.He then recommended smaller units, with great efficiency ratings and a vent to allow fresh air to circulate and avoid rust and corrosion. He did all this in a friendly, professional, and non pushy manner.We highly recommend LegacyI would like to add that we had our two new units installed last Thursday Feb 15th. Justin and Roger were the installers with Jakob and Eric additional help. They arrived early and started organizing their equipment outside before we even knew they were here! (their appointment was at 9). They got started right away and worked continually until just before 4pm. I asked them if they took a break, but said they preferred to continue till the job was done. They were all friendly and polite as could be! It was a pleasure to have them here. Justin took at least 30 minutes to go over the thermostats and their functions with us.The units have been working wonderfully! Now we are comfortable inside the house, and also in the garage working out! (Legacy put a mini split in the garage for us last summer and it is great!)We highly recommend your company, your products, and your wonderful employees. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, professional and courteous!

We have been under a hard freeze for the past few days, and woke up with the house cold. My new Trane heat pump was running but was blowing cold air. Nikki from Legacy Heat and AC scheduled a service call as quickly as she could.Octavio was here promptly at 8:30am to service my unit and make the repairs. He listened attentively as I explained the problems and he resolved the issue in a very timely manner. He then explained to me what the problem was and the steps he took to remedy the issue. He even made adjustments to my system so that it would run more efficiently in the extremely cold temperatures we have been experiencing. Legacy is the only company I trust, and Octavio was awesome. Even though it was a bitter cold 14 degrees outside, he did the job properly. My home is now once again, nice and toasty warm. Thank you Legacy, and a warm Thanks to Octavio.

Update 8/21/24: Still using legacy and happy every time. Skyler came out today and took care of a few issues I was having. Couldnt have been happier with the service and he got me set up with a better filter schedule that saves me quite a bit of money.I cant say enough good things about this company. Every person I have interacted with was very friendly, helpful and eager to make sure things were done correctly.I had a complete system installed last year and today it stopped working. Nothing but warm air coming out. I was very upset and concerned that I had been taken advantage of. I contacted them through every means I could and was not shy with sharing my displeasure. I received nothing but calm assurance and professionalism in return, even from my original salesman. The after hours service got back to me within 10 minutes and someone was dispatched with an expected arrival time of an hour. They showed up within less than half and hour, I was blown away and very pleased that a service call was actually EARLY. The technician was extremely friendly and accommodating and had everything working again within about an hour. The best part was there was no problem with their product, fire ants had destroyed an electronic component, obviously no fault of theirs. No charge at all for after hours service and all is well.I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and probably even some people I dont. Go with them, you will be in good hands.

It was time to retire the 22 year old HVAC. Richard came out and made a great quote for a Heat Pump from Trane. The installers, Kyle and Marcos(I think), are excellent. They where able to remove the old unit that was in the attic from a 20 access. Than they installed the new system thru the same small access. Total time from start to finish was fairly fast.The total process was easy, painless and was done professionally. I would recommend Legacy Home Services for any work.

First, Legacy was recommended by my sister. Legacy had done a complete new A/C unit install for my sisters home. She told me that her and her husband were very please with the work that was done, so she suggested to call them.
