STOP SEARCHING AND CALL L and K!!Ya’ll by far the best service!!! If you want honesty, experience, reasonably priced, quality service, L and K is the way to go! Steve saved us A LOT of money and provided exceptional and tenacious service! My house was hot and the outside copper line would freeze at night with the AC on! I had 2 techs from different companies come out and they couldn’t find anything wrong with my AC unit…Steve is the 3rd tech and initially he couldn’t find anything wrong either but he stayed and troubleshooted the problem and Thank God he found a solution! I thought I had to buy a new unit but I didn’t have to thanks to Steve from L and K. Thank you SO MUCH STEVE!

Steve was amazing. He first came out and tried to repair my ac unit and couldnt because the compressor was locked up. He explained everything he did to try and fix it. He didnt even charge me for the work he already done.He then gave me 6 different choices on the unit I needed. Then he went out of his way to pick up my unit from Austin and installed it the same day. If you want professionalism and courteous work done then there is no better than Steve. He will forever be my heating and air specialist. Thank you so much Steve for your support in my time of need.

He was able to diagnose and fix an issue with my system that another company had already misdiagnosed two times and he was able to work it to completion in a realistic timeframe.If you have the time, Steve will freely teach you about your system if you dont already know. And if not, hell work hard until the job is complete.Call Steve. If you’re in need of an honest and reliable Heating and Air company call L&K. I had an old outdated system that needed a complete overhaul. After a few quotes, I chose to go with Steve who was able to get my A/C up and running sooner than other companies and at a competitive price. On top of that Steve presented a couple of A/C system options and prices and let me choose what worked best for my budget. Thank you L&K!!

Family and veteran owned and operated Steve Williams is a great man he is very knowledgeable and knows HVAC very well. It’s apparent he has been in this business for a very long time because of the knowledge he has and the passion. They earned my business they will be the only HVAC contractor I go to from now on for any of my heating and cooling needs. Not only are the Williams great at what they do, they are also really good people. my AC was damaged from the winter and Steve came down and repaired it. the very next day I found out there was more damage than we saw initially and he came back out first thing in the morning and found more underlying issues up in the attic and repaired it and my heat and cooling works perfectly.-very competitive rates-very friendly and professional-very flexible with scheduling-very Honest and does not upsell his customers

This was a great experience with a local family owened and operated buisness. Steve a very knowledgeable tech showed up on time, even early, not to critisize anything, which has happend to me by other companies,(your filter is dirty, ur coils have dust on them when was the last time u servised ur ac?) Always looking to up sell me. he was willing to give information to keep my unit in top shape. all around amazing job, would highly reccommed him to not only my friends, but all my family as well thanks again Mr. Steve.

This husband/wife duo are actual miracle workers. My attic unit went out in 107 degree heat. I called multiple major companies in the area for emergent service. Only one major company in the area came out and they told me it would take *5-7 business days* for the part to come in OR I could replace my whole home system for which they could not give a timeline. The very next morning, L&K drove over, checked my system, physically drove to pick up the part, and had it installed/fixed by early afternoon. I didnt even have to be there - just remotely opened my garage door. All in less than 24 hours during the hottest time of the year. These guys are lifesavers!

I am so glad I called L & K They were very professional and knowledgeable. My air conditioning quit functioning, I have a special needs child that has temperature control problem so I was in a panic. I called several places and explained my concerned and all of them said they did not have nothing til end of the week. L & K responded and came the say day. He was very good and now my house is cool. Not only did Steve come out the same day we called (wasn’t an emergency) but he went above and beyond to ensure we got the best service possible. The problem we were having had been going on for years without a solution. Steve came and figured out what the problem was within minutes, did the research to get our part replaced under warranty and then continued to ensure the other 2 units in my house were working top notch…. All within a few days and while we weren’t home and my dog giving him a hard time. He respected our home and our dog as if it was his own. I will only use L&K from this day forward.

If you have any heating or air requirements Steve is your guy. Talk about a legend, this guy is reliable, honest, kind, and literally just an all around great person. We bought an OLD home and the next day our AC went out. I called several AC people and Steve showed up within 2 hours, fixed it and explained everything. A couple weeks later we had some more issues in the night. I text him and he came out after 10 o clock to repair it and then refused to accept any money. I couldnt believe it. I should specify the issue was unrelated to the previous work. He was like a blessing in disguise with all the good dad vibes reminding me to close my garage when he left. His wife even called to remind us to shut it that night. A few more weeks pass and we call him back cause our electric bill was insanely high, first bill cause were new in the house and we wanted him to make sure nothing was funny with the attic ducts etc. Checks it out and diagnosed the problem instantly. Promptly fixes it today. If I could give Steve a million and one stars I would or if I could come up with a massive franchise business just to hire him and work with him all the time I would. While Texas is hot and I dont want my AC to go out I also know Ill be taken care of and in good hands if it does. And for single ladies who are worried about getting taken advantage of by service men. Do not fear! Steve will inform you, treat you with respect, charge fair prices, and restore your faith in humanity. Steve thank you for being the best serviceman ever. If you need an AC guy call Steve. Even if you dont need an AC guy you might one day so call Steve.

I’ve been using them for a while now and can honestly say the level of service is the best I’ve ever received. He explains anything you want to know. One time he knew immediately what was wrong just by asking a few questions. He had my heater working in a matter of 10 minutes. Today, I replaced a very old system with a new one. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are polite, responsive, and affordable.

I absolutely loved this company! He was very nice and friendly. Very honest work at that. He even walked me through some steps over the phone so that I can self trouble shoot the problem. When he came over to the house, he got straight to work and looked at everything they could or may be the problem. He found it and fixed my fuse free of charge. He stated he do nothing but he did! He drove from Belton to our house and got the ac working again! I will be using his services in the future!

We are having a cold snap and as my luck goes, the heating unit went out. I have a home warranty, but I figured no way they would get here until next week. I searched for someone local, called and they came out within an hour. They drove here on icy roads to see if they could help.They didnt have the part on hand, so the repairman drove to another city, on bad roads, came back and installed my part and got the heat working again. You do not see service like that anymore. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks L&K

I cant thank them enough for their help. My a/c actually broke a few years ago. Every contractor told me I needed a new unit. Who wants to spend roughly 6k? However my unit was about 12yrs old. Instead I purchased several portable units for the bedrooms in my house. Needless to say my family and I weretired of going through another summers like that. I didnt want to go through any of the more common contractors, I wanted someone more personable. That is exactly what I found in L&K. Mr. Steve is awesome, very professional, gives it to you straight, will work with you, and has a great sense of humor as well. He actually did my install a few days earlier than what is was scheduled for even though I was waiting for payday. Mrs. Elaine is sweet, kind, and very helpful. Mr. Steve ended up having to come out twice. Mind you my unit was 12yrs old and the compresser went out. He was determined to fix it, and he did. Unfortunately because it was so old it ran for a week and it broke....hard. The closet that houses the inner unit had a problem with the floor as well, it dry rotted, so I had some 2×4 holding it up. Mrs. Elaine put together a quote for me with three options. I picked the most cost effective one for my family. The best part was they discounted the price of the work that Mr. Steve did the previous week. He replaced the outside unit and repaired the floor for the inside unit and cleaned it up pretty good, I believe it needed a plenum as well. Now my wife and dont dread to come home and cook, that is no fun. I will be having him back out soon to replace the inner unit soon its old of course and on the clock. THANK YOU L&K!!!

Not sure why Pat doesn’t have a huge online following, but he is WONDERFUL.I’m guessing most of his work is from his regulars, who get their ac/ heaters normally serviced and or word of mouth( how I found him). Trust me when I say I never felt more comfortable after the work was completed- and so blessed to have found himHeat had been out for over 3 days. A GOOGLE CERTIFIED repair man had already been working on this issue a couple of days, and I felt very worried about suddenly have 3 different parts being broken on a furnace that I just had checked in JULY- I swapped repair guys!! Best choice I could have made.Pat was knowledgeable and fixed all issues in a total of 20 min. Want it done right the first time? Call Pat. Offers flat rate fees ❤️❤️❤️He recommended leaving a message because his hands are usually busy, he will get right back to you.!

Air conditioner froze up on a Sunday at my sons home in Belton,Tx.. Called L&K and was informed that they were currently on a service call but they could get to me today. They called 30 minutes later with an ETA of noon. Told us how to unfreeze the coils before they arrived, because this would cut down on troubleshooting time. They showed up when they said they would. They checked the unit out and had to remove the coils to clean them. A/C unit is in the attic, hot space and tight. They removed the coils, cleaned reinstalled and had to also add more freon to the unit. They were very professional and courteous throughout the repair. They cleaned up the area in the house where insulation fell out of the attic even though we told them we would get it. I paid nowhere near the price that I thought I would for a repair call and service on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend L & K if you have any need for A/C repairs. I am making an appointment to get my own unit checked next.
