    Excellent service and quality workmanship. We worked with William and his Koolpro team to fully replaced the entire AC system on our property. William is extremely knowledgeable and after a thorough evaluation of our property, presented a range of options for us to evaluate. We had an excellent dialogue on what option worked best for us and subsequently the work was promptly completed. The Koolpro team worked hard and diligently around our young family to complete the installation. We recommend Koolpro!

    Called around looking for someone to check on loud noise coming from outside unit. The person I spoke too was pleasant and willing to work on my issues eventhough it was new years eve. On day their technician arrived he went straight to work. His diagnosis was it was the compressor and recommended a few things to ease the initial start up of amp load provided to the unit and a compressor cover that may dampen the load. He explained everything in detail. He was polite and patient with all our questions. We eventually decided not to install the recommended items as it may not fix the loud noise coming from an aging compressor. Thank you.

    Brett was amazing! He came at 5:30pm on time, he wore his shoecovers, communicated before and during his visit. His transparency and professionalism is something you dont see alot now. He worked quickly and effectively. My home is now nice and cool now.

    The Koolpro team did a fantastic job throughout all stages of the planning and install of our new mini-split heat pump. Highly recommend. The crew that came out was very knowledgeable and communicative. I would suggest you reach out if you have any type of HVAC project - they are very knowledgeable about subsidies and tax credits that apply with this technology also.

    The team from Koolpro did a fantastic job. We had a Builder Grade system that came with our 14 year old house in Cross Creek Ranch. The technology in our new Trane-heat pump A/C system is a noticeable improvement. My wife loves the new system, it’s a much better comfort performance than what we had before. She also likes that it’s much quieter and now we have more temperature balance throughout the house. Good thing Koolpro had discussed the benefits of the heat pump setup paired with the A/C Otherwise, we would have chosen the cheapest replacement option. Now we are very happy very happy we chose it. We trusted Willy and the folks at Koolpro on this replacement upgrade and we are glad we took the Koolpro recommendation.

    Will and Sebastian came out to for a routine maintenance. I was slightly apprehensive when I saw how young they were - but within a few minutes, all fears allayed as they moved with speed and efficiency and worked smarter than a lot of older techs that have serviced out units. Will even fine tuned the A/C so now it cools better at higher temperatures. Im impressed and love the way these two work. Well done guys!

    The Koolpro team are phenomenal. Everybody at the facility was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and skilled. I received a very thorough estimate and site visit to determine my needs and then pair me with the right system for the job, a mini-split. William, the owner, took great pride in his work and ensured I had a first class experience start to finish. The company even accomodated my request to purchase the system and hold it at their facility until I could line up a contractor to do some of the supporting work for the project. Installation took one afternoon and was well done. Be advised that many variables come into play with electrical options to power the unit. Walk through that with William and he will give you terrific advice as well as options. After installation, William and his son came out and personally inspected the system and ensured the unit was operating to standards and specs. The system has been operational for a few months and is working beautifully. The installation of the unit on the outside of the house looks very professional and will add greatly to the value of my property. Try Koolpro and you will be impressed.

    Koolpro just installed a Mitsubishi-Trane Mini-Split air conditioner/heat pump. Every step in the process went wonderfully: initial call for a proposal and speaking with Janice, the home inspection survey with William, then receiving a detailed submittal / proposal, coordinating the install, and the installation by William, Brett, Sebastian, and William. The original Lennox lasted 5 years and I experienced two leaks within 4 months. Glad that it was removed. Koolpro is a Diamond Certified installer and thereby can provide a 12 year parts warranty - best in the industry. In addition their installation is textbook quality which gives me confidence that the equipment will be problem free for a long time. I was very impressed with William Molina and his team, and you will be impressed too.

    We’ve worked with Will since he designed and installed a brand new HVAC system in our house several years ago. He has done an excellent job, within the budget and timeframe we had, and very high quality service.     Koolpro did a truly excellent job from being on time to the point the work was completed. They repaired a leak the company that installed my HVAC system could not identify. They also identified a number of code defects from the other companies installation. They were knowledgeable and thought in terms of service excellence for ten years not ten months. I highly recommend them.

    Best customer service in Houston.We were going through a tough time trying to get help to fix our attic and AC ducts after smoke damage from a fire in the townhouse next door. After many frustrating attempts with different companies, we were lucky to find Koolpro. William visited our house, explained the recovery process, listing the products to be used, the amount of time that they needed, an accurate estimate of the cost, and two days after had his crew working; he kept us informed about the progress every step of the way.I highly recommend their service.

    UPDATE:Just had Brett and Tyler come out to install a new condenser and evap coil, flush lines on an old system that still ran on r22. Was not an easy job in my hot attic, tight space too but they got it done! Stayed till almost midnight so I would have AC for the night. Very appreciative of this group, have always provided great service at reasonable prices.OLD POST: William Molina is the man! Came out on a Friday evening before holiday weekend on short notice. Explained everything he did, let me watch and educated me on HVAC. Always looking to learn new things. Jamie, lady who answers phone, also very helpful and responsive. Will continue to use their services for maintenance.

    I have been been getting HVAC/Refrigeration services done with William for many years now. He is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. It’s hard to find reputable people but you can’t go wrong with William and his company.Recently, I had to have my walk in cooler dismantled and William and his crew did an amazing job. I was walked through what would be involved and while at the site what stages they were at. Everyone was careful with handling all the equipment.     KoolPro sent a tech out to do routine maintenance last year. The price was fair, the tech was professional and on time and we were very pleased with the service provided. As we were in the process of selling our home, the buyer’s inspector found a small issue with our system, unrelated to Koolpro’s maintenance. While we were under some serious stress and trying to wrap up the sale of our home, we called Koolpro again. William (THE OWNER) came to our home at 8:30pm to be sure that everything was right with our system and we could proceed to close on the sale without concerns over the HVAC system. The invoice for repair was clear and exactly what we needed so that our buyer knew that a professional addressed the issue and that there was no need for concern.     Very good and professional service. They revised the whole equipment part by part and take the time to do so. This is the second year using them for the regular AC maintenance check up and I am very satisfied with their service. Also, the sensors they offered for the day to day monitoring is a super convenient way to check the operation of the system from an application on your phone.
