Very professional, courteous and hard working. Nathan G. , Ben, Greg and Armando arrived at 8am and worked all day until 8:30pm to install two brand new AC units. They put mats down to keep the floor clean and at the end of the day they swept and mopped the floor before finishing. 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks Ikes air conditioning for doing such a great job!

My 80+ year old mother counts on Ikes AC to service her unit regularly. Recently, the drain line clogged and overflowed. Looked like she might need to replace it but the scheduled repair couldnt be made for 4 days. After hearing about the delay, Frank, a supervisor, came out the next day and let her know he had someone on the way to take another look and do the repairs if needed. Richard, a Senior tech, came out, took a look and said he believed it could be fixed w/o a replacement. In less than 30 minutes, he had the A/C back on and gave me some tips on how to keep the drain line clear. My mom was thrilled but also grateful to see Richard again, as he had been to her house many times before for regular service calls. I appreciated Frank stepping in to resolve the issue and Richard for taking a closer look and for the clear and detailed explanation. I definitely recommend Ikes for your AC needs! They treat you like family!

Ikes saved our life! Compressor fan started grinding on Thursday. Called another company and they said that a new system was warranted because the parts arent available, system is old, yada yada. We suffered through a hot weekend until Monday when Richard came to give us a 2nd opinion (BTW: Ikes does free 2nd opinion so long as you have an invoice from the previous company) it was determined that the fan system needed to be replaced and that the coils needed to be deep cleaned. Price? Way, WAY less than a new system!! Repairs took place today, thanks to other Richard and Nathan, and everything was working great...UNTIL...The system shut down unexpectedly and the house started getting hot. Spoke to Tammy at Ikes and after Nathan and Other Richard were done with their assignment, they came back and with a little help from Richard, figured out the issue and fixed it accordingly. Nathan and Other Richard stayed and ran tests to ensure everything was working just fine. After a couple of hours, everything was working great and the temp is slowly dropping again.Thanks to Ikes and Richard, Nathan and Other Richard and Tammy and Priscilla for taking care of me and my family. We are very happy customers! 😊

Ike’s Air Conditioning is an excellent company employing technicians and estimators who are professional and respectful. Richard G is knowledgeable on all of their products and he answered all my questions completely and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I had 2 other companies give me an estimate to install four mini-splits in my home. The first company focused on emotional pressure and stories about their company rather than facts about the equipment. The second company sent a “technician?” that didn’t even know how to measure the square footage of a room. Even the estimator in the office wouldn’t give me any information on the equipment. Ike’s installation team were all respectful of me and my property. They worked conscientiously to finish the installation on time. The financing and payment process with the office staff was easy. The ladies in the office are friendly and knowledgeable also. I’m very happy with my Mitsubishi mini-splits. Choose Ike’s and you will be very satisfied.

Great company with awesome employees! I had a new system installed by Ikes. I dealt with Richard G, the first tech that came out to my home, he was very professional and walked me through different options for a new system. Frank, I believe one of the supervisors was really nice came out and brought some portable A/C units for us to stay cool through the night until our new system was up and running. All the guys that performed the install were professional and communicated every thing they were doing. Richard M and Josh H, performed all the tests and made sure my unit was running properly and they cleaned up all their work areas! Even the ladies at the office (Priscilla and Melissa) from my initial call and during the payment process were extremely helpful. They got me set up on a maintenance program and scheduled a quality check in the coming weeks! Overall everyone at Ikes went above and beyond to make us happy customers.

Great experience with Ikes Air Conditioning. Very professional and efficient. Richard diagnosed the problems with my old system in a way that was clear and gave me confidence he knew what he was doing. After a little research, I determined the price to replace the system was fair and the new system was of good quality. I had a short schedule and Ikes replaced the system within 24 hours. Nathan and Watson did a great job, worked quickly, and kept me appraised of the progress. Im now sitting in a nice 72-deg house. I highly recommend Ikes.

I moved to San Antonio about a year ago and bought a house site unseen as a military move, in the middle of summer, from Alaska. I quickly realized I need some extra help with my AC system. I called several places but nobody in town was as helpful and responsive as the people at Ikes air, something I should expect from a fellow veteran owned company. They installed a mini-split in the added master suite which made a huge difference. We go a summer later and the regular AC unit in my house was freezing after about 45 days of +100 weather. Richard came out and explained my options thoroughly of whether to repair or replace. I decided to replace after considering the cost benefits, rebate incentives, energy savings and a warranty. The install team knew exactly what they were doing, even moving my new unit down a bit, out of the sun and closer to the shade which has made such a difference. Even Priscilla in financing was informative providing me with all my financing options as well as rebate paperwork and cash up front discounts. Just a really well oiled machine over at Ikes, Id definitely recommended them to anybody.

If youre looking for a great company to upgrade or simply install a new system then I highly recommend Ikes. We spent weeks looking for a A/C company to assist us in upgrading our current system for a home we had recently purchased. We met with 3 different companies and Ikes came in with the best price by far, not to mention they were upfront about our current systems and did not try to sell us anything we didnt need. We first met with Bill and Frank who walked us through all the options for our current systems. They were extremely professional and kept everything upfront and honest. They were quick to come out an inspect our home even with all the craziness going on, they were able to work with our schedule. Once we explained to them that previous companies were offering us outrageous pricing with equipment that seemed extremely marked up based on the research we ourselves had conducted, they offered the perfect solution. Once we decided on what we wanted their crew of installers (Nathan, Richard, and Watson) came out within a day and began the install process. They were very thorough and respectful of our house. They worked vigorously to make sure that our systems were working as quickly and smoothly as possible, to make sure we didnt go one second without conditioned air so we didnt have to suffer through this Texas heat. So again. if youre in the market, I highly recommend you give the office a call and ask for Priscilla. She will make sure that you are taken care of and get you set up with a appointment as soon as possible.

A BIG 5-STAR rating to Ikes Air Condition, Inc.. Their professional staff (Mark, Frank, Eric & other) did a FANTASTIC job of removing all the 45+ year old large box ducting and replaced with the more efficient smaller round/insulated ducting in our one story home in Leon Valley. All new registers were also installed. The job was completed in ONLY ONE DAY!! They left our home very clean and free of any debris. We are looking forward to see if our CPS bill reflects a 20% savings from the installation of this more efficient system. We will enjoy knowing our $$ is not wasted from heat and air going into the attic via all the leaks in the old ducting!! Thank you to all the staff at IKES!

My experience was fantastic from start to finish. I chatted with someone online first. Then within an hour a customer representative called me. Within a couple hours a technician was at our door. His name is Richard and he was amazing. So nice. Very warm and genuine. So knowledgable and professional. And incredibly good at explaining our furnace system and how to maintain it. Richard quickly determined that the system was in good working order, but we had a faulty thermostat. We choose the thermostat option that was best for us and he installed a new one. Our system went down on the last evening of the week of the winter blasts that hit Texas hard. This morning, I googled hvac service providers. Ikes popped up on the map and was located not far from my home. So I looked up their website and read a couple reviews. I liked that its family owned since 1972. I was so relieved that Ikes A/C could get Richard out to our home so quickly. Even though temperatures have now warmed up a bit, Im thrilled our system is back up and running and more than thrilled with Richard and Ikes Air Conditioning. Im now very motivated to have them back for preventative maintenance on the whole system, which has been on my list since buying this home 3 years.

Ikes has been servicing our two HVAC systems for a number of years. Our downstairs system consisted of a 21 year compressor and a 16 year old furnace. The blower motor has always been annoyingly loud and finally died last week. Ikes offered to replace it, but we decided to upgrade the entire system instead. They installed an Amana two-stage 16 seer 3 ton unit. I was very concerned about the noise level as the unit is located at one end of the kitchen. Bill (owner) assured me that this unit is the quietest Amana offers. We are extremely happy with the performance a quietness of the system.The team at Ikes starting with Priscilla the office manager to the installers Pete, John, Brandon, and Frank were all very attentive to my needs. They did an outstanding job installing the new system as well as painting the furnace closet, re-decking the closet floor, sealing it and all areas that could draw hot air from the attic not to mention how tidy everything looks inside the closet.I will continue to use Ikes for our service and maintenance needs andwould highly recommend them for replacement work as well.

I just wanted to give a review that is overdue... two years ago, Ikes Air helped me when my air conditioner kicked the bucket (a short life span of 5 years) and replaced it with its upgraded warrantied model.Yesterday, the compressor was diagnosed and fixed, all within hours of finding the problem. Like all emergencies, it was over the weekend and never convenient. My daughter had to go to Camp Grandma, while my husband and I had to endure a house with 90+ degree temperatures. Arrived on time, very professional and courteous with Covid safety precautions in place. Very honest and not just telling what was going on with Austen but showed me numbers and explained what was happening with my system and how to upkeep and help keep my system cooling and lasting longer. Definitely recommend. Not in any way pushy to upswell something, very informative and patient when asking questions.
