    Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, helpful AC technicians. Mr. Hartman quickly fixed a very costly mistake another AC company made. He had us cooling the same day of appointment. Great communication for appointment, including when in route, no waiting games. Great communication during appointment as well. He had to leave and come back. We were nervous but he Honored his word with no excuses or run around. Invoices sent to email so no delay for information needed. They answer the phone and very kind and caring. No run around. I was very impressed with their willingness to listen and help. The other company left us in a traumatic nightmare for 9 months due to negligence and more..they were able to resolve. They double check all equipment before and after work was done. Very meticulous. And answered calls after when I had more questions or needed more information. I am very grateful for the services. And grateful to the teams knowledge of HAVAC.

    The folks at Hartman were great. From the initial visit, through the install of a complete system. They didnt pressure me to buy anything, but the price was right and my 30 year old system needed to go. They installed the whole thing in 1 day, super convenient. The installers were professional and just worked hard all day, no breaks. The new system is great, very cool and crisp. We couldnt be happier with the service and the results.

    The technician that was dispatched Out to my residence was Dustin. he was very professional and knowledgeable went through an explained the components at which I needed to get replaced in order to keep my AC system up and running. Performed a speedy installation with the parts he had on hand, and verified a systems check to make sure both units were operating correctly and efficiently.     I called Hartmann Comfort solutions. My A/C was freezing up and they wasted no time in sending out a technician.The technician Daniel was professional and knowledgeable in fixing my unit.The owner Donice was very nice and professional.I will definitely be using them for all of my AC needs.Also, love their maintenance contracts very affordable. If you don’t have one it is worth the money to get one.

    We went through a few AC service providers, and this is by far the best experience! They provided AC and furnace maintenance and gave us the best quote so far for a whole system and were great explaining everything necessary to be done. We would definitely do business with them again especially to install a whole system.

The Buyer’s home inspector found some issues with the HVAC system and we needed to get them resolved quickly in order to meet deadlines for the closing. The Hartman team scheduled the visit to meet our tight timeline, arrived on-time, then completed the work and kept us moving forward with the sale of our house.     Needed an inspection done after another ac company did a less than professional install. The technician was very thorough and professional. They showed up right when they were supposed to didn’t waste any time and found multiple issues that the original AC people failed to do correctly. A gas leak was found that could’ve been life-threatening. I would recommend these people to everyone.
