    Grady’s A/C was called to my home in response to a request for. Second opinion given by another AC company Phil’s Good AC. Grady’s assessment, diagnosis, and repair was completed in less than 3 hrs. Phil’s AC wanted me to pay them an astronomical amount of money to repair a fan motor that did not need replacing. Luckily, I have some working knowledge of many maintenance repairs from a previous life and called them out for their incompetence.Grady’s was fair, clear in their communication, and quick to repair my AC at a nominal cost! I can’t say enough to describe their work ethic. I did not tell Grady’s tech, what the previous company tech said, till after they told me what they thought was the problem, to get an unobstructed opinion on the system. As I suspected they were on point, and were able to repair my problem quickly.Thank you sooooo much Grady’s you top tier as it relates to integrity and students other craft AC/ and Heating.

    I called American Homeshield today because my furnace wasnt turning on. I asked if I could please request Gradys Ac out of Alvin because of all the great reviews . They showed up the same day, at the time they told me and fixed my issue right away Christian the technician, was very kind, explained everything, and fixed the problem promptly.     We recently had Grady’s Air & Heat Services complete an expansion of our HVAC system, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. After receiving multiple quotes, Grady’s offered a highly competitive price that beat all the other offers. They included a complete replacement of the original ductwork, which added mixing pots and dampers to significantly improve the airflow to each room.I was very impressed with the efficiency of the installation process. The crew managed to install an 18 SEER 3-ton unit and replace all the ductwork for both the 3-ton and 5-ton systems in just two days. Remarkably, our house never went without cooling during the installation, and we stayed comfortable throughout the process.The crew was respectful, hard-working, and maintained a high level of professionalism. I’m already noticing a reduction in the running time of the original unit and an overall decrease in power consumption.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the work done by Grady’s Air & Heat Services and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

    The service was scheduled quickly and the problem was solved on the same day. I submitted my request on Thursday night and I was worried that Iight not get my AC fixed before the weekend.     Was having issues with my ac unit, on Wed. The thermostat wasnt staying on. Finally got it working and it worked all day until this morning. Woke up at 5:15 and it wasnt on. I send Gradys Air an email stating my issue and Lindsey called me about 8:30 and by 10:30 I was notified that a Tech would be here between 10:45 - 1pm. I received a text and email stating that Christian was in route to check my ac. Gradys is Awesome!!!! We are enjoying the cool ac now!!!

    My AC was dripping dramatically in my shower, so I contacted AHS and they sent a tech from Gradys to my home. He was prompt,, polite, and most importantly, effective!! He figured out where it drained and blew out the clogged line and it was pretty icky. I hate thinking that thats been dripping in my shower. I was really grossed out by the thought of cleaning it up as he diligently cleared the clog in my old unit. After maybe 20 minutes, my lines were cleaned... And so was my tub! This professional man took the extra time and effort in my tiny hot bathroom to rinse super hot water and clear my tub of most of the slime. Not only is my a/c working efficiently now, but I didnt have to gag myself with the nasty undercurrent of home maintenance (that I cant maintain because of the location and pipes). It was my first experience with a/c repair in Houston, and I was extremely pleased with the thoroughness of the service.

    We had a complete new system installed and we’re extremely happy with Grady’s A/C from start to finish. I called Grady’s to inquire about a new system and after speaking with Zach the owner felt extremely comfortable. Beto the Service Technician came out to our house and quickly diagnosed the issue and worked extremely hard to see that we were satisfied with the new unit and price.     My 15-year-old Lennox AC was beginning to blow semi-cool air (not as cold as it used to blow), so I called Grady’s AC out of Alvin because I had been told they were a reputable AC company, and they did not disappoint me! Grady’s provided me with a next-day appointment and called to confirm the times that the technician would be at my house in Kemah, TX. Fernando was the technician and he was able to show up 1-hour earlier than proposed which was great. Fernando was able to diagnose the problem within 10-minutes and told me I was low on Freon, then he provided a reasonable price to place Freon back in the system so it would blow cold air once again. There was no high-pressure sales pitch about replacing the system because of its age, he simply said “I recommend putting the Freon in the system and then monitoring it to see how cold it blows over the next few months, if it starts blowing warm air, he recommended a leak-test but, considering the age of the unit, adding Freon should fix it”. In less than 20-minutes the AQC was blowing cold air and the family could not be happier! I am impressed, Fernando was great, Grady’s is my new AC company!

    Our master bedroom AC was not cooling and we reached out to Grady’s AC and could not be happier! The technician who came out, Fernando, was extremely thorough and we ended up getting a new unit as our older Trane unit was failing. He took time to answer all questions and was extremely informative of the process. Delilah and Lindsey were great with scheduling and provided updates and the team who installed our master AC was led by Will and included a UV light, air purifier, and thermostat which allows for portable access! This is an amazing company and I can assure you there are numerous bad companies which will try to tell you that the Freon levels are low or try to make a quick sale but I would not hesitate to reach out to this company and American Standard although pricy is the best brand out there.

    I called Gradys Wednesday morning with a failed AC system not working and keeping or house warn. Set up an appointment same day, they shown up within a few hours. Tech gave the bad news which I already pretty much knew. So we scheduled for a complete new install. This install wasnt small with all new duct work being installed. They showed up at our house at 7:30 the next morning with 5 and 6 people working. The group of guys all very nice and worked hard and didnt leave until 10:30pm at night. The system install was all completed and everything all cleaned up. I can actually see and walk all around in my attic which I could not in the past without climbing over many rows of ducts. They completely redesigned my air system. Very nice work and all involved are customer service driven. I highly recommend Gradys Air & Heat. What stands out is they dont sub out the installs, its all done with in house employees. Thank you Gradys AC & Heat.

    Professional, quality, value! Grady’s AC & Heating technician, Beto, arrived at the appointed time, cleaned and serviced our AC system, left the area clean and orderly. Reasonably priced. A great value. Then young Beto went one measure beyond - he was present when my wife received very bad news and offered to stay on site until someone else arrived. The offer was not necessary but it revealed his heart. Think about it.

    We are blessed that we came across Grady’s Air conditioning and heating service company. Our upstairs AC went out on a Friday night. Saturday we talked to Jessica. She was very knowledgeable. Very nice, understanding. They sent out a tech Gregden. He explained everything so well he was not here to make a sale. He was here to get the job done. That’s exactly what he did. How hard he worked I felt like he was working on his own home to make sure that we were OK, and that you don’t come across much these days. I am definitely going to continue to use this company.     I want to say that after a conversation, I realized the owner of Grady’s is a stand up dude. They promptly addressed my AC going out by warranty. Unfortunately the supplier gave the tech the wrong compressor so after 10 days it went out. Grady came out himself, ordered the replacement, went to pick up in N Houston, and came back to finish. That’s when we found out the first one was the incorrect model compressor. I can only respect a person that stands behind his work and his word.

    I was really concerned when I needed a new AC/heat unit this spring. I found Gradys Air Conditioning and Heating Services on the Internet. That was a great find. They sent a sales person (Fernando Salinas) that worked as a tech before so he knew systems first hand. He explained what I would need for my 1350 sq. ft. house. He explained the difference between a unit with a heat pump and one without. I scheduled the install. I had a family member suddenly come to Sugar Land to care for a terminal brother and I had to delay the installation for a week. Gradys was so gracious and accomidating, it was amazing at a diffecult time. The following week they installed the unit. When there was a slight problem Fernando came out personally the next morning to take care of it. Problem solved and the system is a real relief. No more worries about unit leaking into the ceiling, or odd hot rooms and cold rooms. I would 100% recommend them.

    Absolutely amazing!!! I used home warranty companies in the past for AC issues and my experiences were always terrible so I cancelled my warranty a couple of years ago. My neighbor highly recommended Gradys so I called them to diagnose issues with my central AC. By the way, I was never put on hold and they were very responsive even after we rescheduled. Fernando came out this afternoon and performed a thorough inspection and test. When he answered my questions, I could tell he was very experienced and I was impressed with his knowledge.     We just bought this house not even a month ago. We came home Last night and the air was off. My husband replaced the batteries in the thermostat and it still would not work. We have been with another local AC/HEAT company for years and when we called them, they said it would be after hours between 5-7 pm. This was at 8:30am.     First, I love Grady’s and their staff Lindsey and “my HVAC guy” Luis. Please keep in mind that I own a new home with an AC that is still under the manufacturer warranty.During the pandemic, at the hottest time possible, my downstairs unit stopped cooling. I submitted a request through my warranty Grady’s was assigned. Lindsey called, asked a few questions, gave me some instructions, and a time slot. I was emailed and texted when Luis was on his way, which was before the time slot, and then Luis called me when he was close. Keep in mind this was during the pandemic crazy time, so he showed up in a mini hazmat suit in the middle of summer for my protection. He called me boss which made me smile because he was so professional and knowledgeable it felt wrong, but I liked it. He inspected the inside and outside and then told me the news. My coils had a leak, and these were not repairable and had to be replaced. He walked me through the whole examination and diagnosis process to make sure I understood. Then he gave me the really bad news, even though everything was under warranty, thanks to the pandemic, we couldn’t get the parts for months due to all the supply chain issues. Long story short I just opted to have them build me a nice new American Standard Coil unit and paid the difference from the warranty company and it cools like a champ. He and the other Grady’s team members did a bit of duct work to improve the airflow as well.Jump ahead a couple years and my unit stops cooling again. Same one, still under warranty. So, I request service and request Grady’s. It wasn’t very hot, so when I got the text, I responded that it wasn’t a rush, because it was in the middle of the night, and to just hit me up in the morning. Lindsey calls me at like 8:03 AM, and I had to smile because it was like she was waiting for me to open. She asked me some questions, gave me some instructions, and then setup a time. I got a text that the tech was on his way and then another when he arrived. When I opened the door, it was Luis. I gave him a big fist bump and he said what’s up boss. Love that guy. He diagnosed everything and ended up having to patch a hole and replace a valve. He explained everything so I would know what to look for, so the next day I went up to check and outside to check and everything looked good. When I went to check the valve, I could see he had replaced some tape, and foam, etc.Grady’s is a stand-up company. Each time they do work, they work with my warranty company to keep it as inexpensive for me as possible but also give me all the options in the event I want to improve my heating and cooling solutions. Unfortunately no tech was available but they were able to walk me through some steps to troubleshoot my system and got it functioning well enough until Monday morning when a tech was available to come and fix the system.     The professional of working with Linsey on the phone, the technician who came out and assessed the problem right through the installers was so refreshing. I called in due to duct work issues. The technician inspected and explained everything he found, none of which of course was covered by my home warranty. Not only did he explain, but he showed me so it wasnt a scam. They were able to fit me in right away due to my availability. I have signed up for the annual maintenance because of the professionalism. Highly recommend.

    I was referred to this company through my home warranty. I contacted my warranty company due to the fact that I was having air conditioning /cooling issues with a home that was only 3.5 years old. Some of the rooms would be much warmer than others. After Gradys very professional technician (Luis) inspected the entire system (2 units) he had determined that the duct work was improperly installed in the home. Corners were cut when the new construction occurred and several things had been done that should not have been. I did not have returns hooked up to my unit and I had zero dampeners which prevented the ability to adjust the air flow to areas of the home.I scheduled an appointment for repair and the team came out and fixed everything and made it right- the way the original installer SHOULD have done the job the first time!It is so noticeable now - the bedrooms that used to constantly be warm and stale with no air moving is now cool and comfortable! I have been extremely pleased and impressed with the professionalism, the quality and also the price. They have won over a new customer and I would highly recommend them!FYI- If you are suffering from some rooms that are warm- it is not always your AC unit- it could be an issue like mine where the installation was wrong and poorly and improperly installed. This company knows what they are doing and took the time to inspect, investigate and find the problem and they provided me with a solution!

    I needed our AC fixed at our homeschool co-op ASAP. I called multiple people and two of them even said they were coming out and never showed up. When I called Grady they immediately realized the urgency of getting our classrooms cooled down and sent someone within a couple hours of my call. I wasn’t even able to be there when they came and had to rely on other people that were there to let them in. They called me and let me know of each step as it was happening, gave me the price before they did any work, and immediately fixed it. They had all the parts on hand. I assumed I would pay a crazy high price for getting such fast service but it was even cheaper than my best case scenario guess. I will definitely call them again.

    Gradys was chosen by our home warranty provider to repair our A/C unit. We were first contacted to let us know to expect a call the next morning, Sunday, and an estimated arrival time the service tech would be given to us. Just as we were told, we received the call, given the timeframe in which we could expect the service tech to arrive and the technician arrived within that time period. The service tech, Luis, was professionally polite, friendly and ready to troubleshoot the system. Luis and I discussed what I had observed just as the compressor unit failed. Safety first as energy isolation was achieved at the local breaker panel for the unit. Luis found three problems. Repairs were made. I recommend Gradys and Luis if you require their service. It was nice to have cool again after two days without. Luis and I discussed an upgrade to the system which I will undertake in the future. I will remember Gradys for that future job.

    We had Luis come over because one of our units was not blowing cool air. While he was here I also sprung on him that I wanted our thermostat moved.He was very nice and took his time doing everything. She gave ample notice and follow up calls and was very plesant.Luis Parauo my tech was a wonder. Very nice and professional he I introduced his self right away, gave my equipment a thorough check. Trouble shot the problems and got my heat on. He didnt mind showing me what he was doing or explaining since I thought maybe if it happened again me knowing what be did would help me I wanted to watch. Many people are nervous being watched but he was pleasant showed concern for my safety when I followed him into the attic.
