I had an issue with my heater not working during this cold weather. I woke up to a cold house and called Glenn Aire. They were respectful, informative, professional and extremely helpful!! They got my issue fixed properly and in a very timely manner. I’ve used a variety of different A/C companies in the past trying to find one that was a good one and finally found one. Glenn Aire will be my permanent company when I need hvac work done.

Update to review - After further discussion with our great salesperson, Luke, the review was changed to five stars. Luke called and spoke with my husband and I and clarified where there had been confusion. Further, Glenn Aire had reached out to Jordan to give the referral fee he deserved, but they were gracious and gave him not $100, but $200, the $100 we were to match as well (and still plan to). He added he was genuinely apologetic and didn’t want any bad feelings after having been referred. I appreciated it, as we all have our good and bad days, and one interaction should not detract from the overall great experience.I would recommend Glenn Aire as they went above and beyond to correct a problem, and that’s what makes one business stand out above all others. From their salesman, to their installation crew, to their follow-up when there is a problem, because of their diligence and professionalism, we will continue to do business with them without reservation.—————Overall, the experience was a good one, however, three stars was because of the customer service received after installation. Initially this company was referred to me by a great waiter (Jordan at Cristina’s Restaurant - awesome food and service in Granbury). When I called to set up a visit, the representative was kind and she said if we went with them, the referrer would get $100 and we would get $100.After the initial visit with Luke, the sales person, we decided to go with Glenn Aire. There were a few hiccups, one being the quote of the first unit. The labor was accidentally omitted, which raised the initial quote for that unit quite a bit, but we’re all human and we said we’d still move forward. We started with replacing one unit, then decided to replace another as the prior owner of the house hadn’t maintained them needing 3 of 4 units replaced in total. We had company coming in two weeks, which they were able to accommodate, and Luke was even able to locate the same color unit that would be replaced (white would have been visually distracting over the art pieces - see pic attached). The install went very well, but later when calling about the referral, Ashley was dismissive, talking over me and telling me how I was wrong and that I didn’t understand what she said. She stated that our discount was “already” in our quote. I’d reviewed the quote and there was no indication of any referral fee, perhaps that should be done in the future to decrease confusion.Nonetheless, I said that was fine, but I wanted the referrer to get the $100 and she said that if he wasn’t their customer that he wouldn’t get it. I like to understand both sides and I could have been wrong, but instead of remaining kind and being patient while I tried to clarify why he wouldn’t, she ended the conversation when questioned further, saying “bye” and hanging up. Perhaps customer service doesn’t matter after the sale and install, but this made an otherwise good experience a bad one.We stay in Granbury almost every weekend and I’ll be giving the waiter our fee and his (total of $200) this weekend. I wanted to add, during the sales visit, Luke explained the details of their annual maintenance contract. He suggested them for all 4 mini splitters, which would be roughly an additional $800+ a year (cleaning the filters, etc). After quibbling over a meager $200 referral fee, not even 3% of the total we paid, we will have to reconsider should we do any further business with them.

Upon his arrival he greeted us and asked about the issue with our AC Compressor he then began his Diagnosis to hopefully resolve the problem. Our AC quit working the night before with 80 plus degree temperatures outside and trying to run fans to keep our 2 week old baby cool. Next morning I called Glenn Aire AC services for help. They said they were booked till after 5:00 pm that day. But could come after 5:00. We thought our baby would have to wait. But, Glenn Aire called right back and said, ”To help your baby, we rescheduled you in. A support technician will be there around 11:00 am instead.” We said, “Thank Jesus”. Chase Griffin arrived within the hour and did a great job in assisting me with my AC needs. It took no time at all for him to spot and replace the bad capacitor and it was immediately blowing cold air. Chase was polite and had a wealth of knowledge and gave me pointers on ways to help extend the life of my AC unit. They were so great that I decided to purchase the yearly maintenance plan

Its been two weeks since Glenn Aire has installed our new ac system. First of all, they were thougherly professional, maintained a friendly yet quiet demeanor, and stayed until everything was complete. There was a small hitch in the wiring of the inside unit but they figured out what was holding things up and solved the problem. They all were easy to be around and worked with us to get all the items to be changed into the area they needed to be.All in all a fairly smooth operation which a bit longer than I expected but the job was complete and they cleaned up afterwards. Great company to do business with. Id recommend them to anyone.

I had my thermostat replaced by another company and still had issues. The other company then told me Id have to call someone else for help. I begin making phone calls as inside temperature rose to over 80 degrees inside my house. Another company in Granbury told me it would be 7 or 9 days before they could get to me.I then called Glenn Aire. It was Saturday, June 25th, 2022. I was told I was 4th on their list and they would make an attempt to get to my house that same day.That same afternoon Brant Smith with Glenn Aire arrived at my residence and quickly began diagnosing potential issues. Brant was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and communicated like I was more than a number. Brant spent time running tests, monitoring electronic read outs, then throughly cleaning outside unit. When brant arrived it was 84 or 85 degrees inside my residence. Hours later it was and very thankfully still is 72 degrees and very comfortable. I did purchase a year maintainance aggreement as well.When others didnt have time to help me and when others flat out bailed, Brant Smith with Glenn Aire solved the problem and saved my sanity. I would like to say that from the initial contact to the finished service, Glenn Aire far exceeded my expectations. I had a couple of other quotes, and while they werent the cheapest, they offered the best value for my dollar. Luke provided the knowledge that I needed to make a good decision and explained each offer. Xavier and his crew did a fabulous job on installing 2 4-ton heat pumps. Clean work, attention to detail and thorough testing. I really liked that they consulted with me when it came to placement due to new building codes. They also took the time to explain the new system and thermostat settings. With a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty, I wont have to worry about heat or AC for the foreseeable future.

Glen Aire had a tech out to do a diagnosis to see why A/C wasn’t cooling . He called us when he found out what it was and let us know the options. Our system was 13 yrs old we decided not to bandaid the problem. We then talked to Luke there salesperson and one of their main install guys who were both helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us a bid on 2 different systems . After we had decided they had everything at the warehouse and were able to get us fixed up early the next morning.Very pleased with system and the way the guys took care of use . We just moved into our home a few weeks ago and were having problems with our heating system on the coldest day of the season. I called the former owner of our home and they recommended Glenn Aire company. I called and they were so friendly and made an appointment for us the very next day. Nathan listened to our explanation and thoroughly checked our system, explaining to us what he was doing and kept trying things til he found the problem, a broken wire in the thermostat and fixed it. He explained to us the company’s twice-yearly maintenance program to keep our heat pump in great shape and we opted to choose that. We’re nice and toasty now and highly recommend Nathan and Glenn Aire.

It’s Sunday and 97 degrees. Ac unit blew a fuse due to a short called Glenn Aire and Nathan was out in just a couple hours after a call. He came in went through both the handler and condenser and found the short he moved the wires taped em up and replaced the fuse all while walking me through the issue. This guy is top notch and Glenn Aire is lucky to have him on their team. Will not call anyone else moving forward but Nathan at Glenn Aire for AC service. Our whole air conditioner went south on us at the beginning of the summer hot spells and had to be replaced.We like the Trane HVAC products and obtained three estimates, Glenn Aire being one of the companies that came out to the house. (Matt was the person from Glenn Aire.) That is when the good feelings started.To begin with, while Matt was at the house there was a complete analysis made of what was needed to properly cool/heat our home. Three different Trane systems were explained and priced out for us to consider. No pressure to buy some other product either. We were told about other products and how Trane compared with them but no pressure to purchase some other product.Estimates of electrical savings for the three different units were given as well as how the installation would be handled. In the first full month after the installation the estimated savings proved to be very close. No ‘out in left’ field estimates.Matt was polite, honest and willing to answer all our questions and even answered questions we did not know to ask.It took a whole day to install our new system. All the while the installers were working they conducted themselves very professionally, they and their work area were kept clean and they were willing to explain what they were doing.At the end of the job they cleaned up and had the system up and running to our satisfaction. We would not even know the installers had been there except that there was a working A/C unit and we were no longer sweating.Would we recommend Glenn Aire? You Bet! Good people, good workmanship and good follow up after the installation.

I needed to have the HVAC checked in a house that I am buying to find out why it is not cooling or heating correctly according to the Inspection I had made on the house. I live about 2 hours from the prospective house. My realtor gave me the name of Glenn Aire and called them on a Tuesday and was able to get an inspection set up for Friday. Charles, the technician who did the inspection, found several problems that could be fixed right then and included with the inspection that corrected the cooling problem. Unfortunately he could not do the same for the heating side but was able to come up with the solution and provide an estimate for the cost of their work needed. The Inspection was thorough and satisfactory. So if I do end up buying the house I can call Glenn Aire right after closing and set up a time for them to go to the house and make the repairs needed.

Had an issue with the digital thermostat not communicating with the cooling system in new construction home so that it would not cool. The company which installed the system could not get out for 3 days in Texas 100 degree heat. Glenn Aire of Granbury, Texas was promptly ready to help. Charles (service tech) shows up in an hour, diagnoses and fixes the problem in 10 minutes. The company which installed the system had reversed a couple of wires which caused the communication failure. I will use Glenn Aire for all future HVAC maintenance.
