I want to commend Mostafa for his exceptional professionalism and dedication. After dealing with another technician who brought the wrong motor twice and caused unnecessary delays, Mostafa stepped in and resolved everything efficiently.He listened carefully to the issue, removed the incorrect motor, and took it to the Goodman distributor to attempt a warranty swap. When that wasn’t possible, he went above and beyond by sourcing the correct motor, installing it, and restoring my unit to full functionality.His expertise and commitment to doing the job right saved me from an incredibly frustrating situation. I highly recommend Mostafa for anyone needing reliable HVAC service.Thank you for your hard work and for going the extra mile to ensure everything was done correctly!

I am so fortunate I found Gentle Air. My experience was everything you would want-responsive, on time, incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and very fair pricing.My a/c developed a problem on a Saturday night. I contacted Mustafa at 8 AM on a Sunday and by 9:45 my unit was working.Highly recommend!

Mustafa is a great and honest HVAC Contractor. He figured out the issue very quickly and is an expert troubleshooter! Had someone else come out before I called him and they were trying to replace everything. So glad I called Gentle Air and got someone that is honest and knows what they are doing. I had my house AC units replaced yesterday with Mostafa, my AC system stopped working, he responded very fast, he provided a fair estimate same day, next morning he arranged everything including crane and the new AC units , he worked very hard till 8 pm to get the job done at my house, he is very honest, very knowledgeable, i am highly satisfied and the house is cooler than ever , thank you gentle air for your service.
